2026-09-19 15:00 Giant woman! Giant woman! GIANT WOMAN!!! One of the first truly big milestone episodes. I’ve been waiting for this. Also you’re gonna be so shocked when you find out that the gems are actually all made out of chocolate. Even Steven’s. His is mint flavored.

I hope things go well with the Youtube conversion! Steven probably doesn't make it easy by singing all the damn time.

Joy (a.k.a. Gentle Lionheart)

Don't worry, the concept of fusion gets touched upon *a lot* in this show and it's always amazing to see two lovable clods come together to form another lovable clod 😌 All will be revealed in time, but until then I'm loving your theories about how fusion works so far!

xattygt

I still can't believe garnet is blueberry and strawberry flavored

Regina Diana

Gods, Amethyst and Pearl are such clods sometimes. Also, Fusion is by far my FAVORITE part of the world building of this series. Without going too deep into it I’m sure you’ll be delighted to know that there are many episodes revolving around fusion and the processes thereof. They’re also hands down some of the most heart wrenching, emotional episodes in the show. Can’t wait to see your reactions to them!

Sanmei

Just wait until Steven fuses with Cookie Cat, creating a new entity the universe has never seen before!

ThePirateJaz

I'm pretty bad at coming up with spoilers, so I'll just say get Hamish ready for- well pretty much most of this show~

Sam Marsh

“All I want to do, is see you turn into, a giant woman, A GIANT WOMAN!!

Dániel Koltai

If fusion blew your mind now, you're not ready for the end of the season.

David Johnson

Dragonball Z Abridged did a "parody" of "Giant Women" for their series called "Super Saiyan..."

Reym

Yeah, it's why I tell people that despite seeming very "filler-y" season one of SU is vital, because it feeds you so much information just by letting you experience it. It's more showing than telling and I definitely prefer it as a storytelling method, but it does demand a LOT of patience from an audience, so I get it can be frustrating. Haha! The payoff is worth it, though, I think.

Willow Arkan

It's so sweet hearing Opal reassure Steven by repeating the song to him, got me to tear up. This show can just be soo sweet and gentle.

Andrew Pineda

Excellent callouts with the DBZ fusion dance and also mentioning Quincy arrows. :)

Annieme

There are basically 3 1/2 crystal gems atm ⭐️🌎 iirc

Liam Gradwell

All I want is Mosco to meet the Giant Woman! And that has finally happened. 😆🎉💜

Annieme

Mosco, you Do make, as Steven says, some extremely important questions 😌

Corey Peters

There so much to take away from both these episodes

CaptainChar

shh don't let her know about that one

CaptainChar

you can see Mosco's eyes sparkle just like Steven's starry eyes in these episodes

Annieme

I love that we are all steven learning as he goes xD

Corvo Joka

I know this is out of pocket, but if you'd ever do Anime reactions; Would you be down to watching Trigun Stampede?👀

Corvo Joka

I still often humm Giant Women when I do chores or random tasks~

largo778 .

the first time I heard of the "Giant Woman" song was the "Super Sayian" song from DBZAbridged... which is kind of a full circle moment now that I think about it (insperation wise)

Phoenix_mercury

She's said no anime on the channel(for yt at least) cz the copyright is a bitxh

Corvo Joka

Ahh I see, thanks for the heads up!

Tristan Haller

Rule of thumb: if you find yourself asking the question, "Was that an anime reference in Steven Universe?", the answer is emphatically *Yes.*

Arianod

All I wanna do is watch Mosco lose her shit and turn into a mess as she watches Giant Woman ^^

JHB

"He's asking all the right questions!!" as I hit another milestone and actually fall out of my chair laughing.

Joey Quixote

They dropped the F-Bomb. It's like when you're playing a game and you unlock a new power and that unlocks so much more of the map and story. You're in The After now. Every day for the rest of your life, it'll be there. You think you're washing the dishes when actually "All I wanna do..." Editing a video? "Is see you turn into..." Trying to sleep at 3am. "A GIANT WOMAN!" Yeah. That earworm is never going away. How they got away with "Meat Beat Mania"... Ya know what? I'm not gonna bother. Steven falling in the cave and basically landing on his head. Cartoon physics coming in handy. The milk... LEMME TELL YA... Everyone I live with LOVES their milk. But there's one of em, just one, who only seems to like HALF of the glass they pour. The rest... SITS. I just did dishes (again...) and about six of the glasses had curdled milk in them... It. Is. RANK! The kitchen is airing out now...

Ze Bee

A spoiler free sneak peek that I'm really excited for her to see: "Hey Adora" ^^

Iruma Mob 100

Now now now, we all know Gogeta, Goku’s and Vegeta’s fusion dance fusion is better than Gotenks 😆

Blaze

the concept of fusion in steven universe is really fascinating! shame we never see it again after this episode.

PB

someone please screen-cap all the times Mosco is happy to watch Steven universe… For science

Warren Schnur-Holmes

When Steven learns that being half human, he can fuse with different boardwalk rides things start to get really wierd. Like Cronenburg 'how is this on a kids show?' wierd

Corey Peters

the end of the season i think her mind will be blown plenty before that. Like her reaction to episode 20 will be interesting

Emmy A.

Giant Woman has one of my favorite moments of Steven Universe; there’s such strength in the simplicity of Steven’s uncertainty when he asks Opal if she knows who he is. It’s such a little kid reaction. I don’t know how else to explain it. I really don’t. It resonates with me so much because it feels so emotionally genuine. It’s also a great example of the amazingness of this show. I mean that moment easily could’ve been nothing but pure excitement and enthusiasm from Steven, but that moment of uncertainty – it gets me every time. Steven’s bond with the gems, his emotions – they’re the heart of the show. I love it so much.

HeroNotFound

THIS SONG HAS BEEN STUCK IN MY HEAD FOR YEARS!!

Eliteguard99

Pearl and Amethyst un-fusing the moment it dawned on both of them that they completely forgot about the beetle is sooooo relatable lmao.

Animegirl

I have a theory that the reason that things Aren't performing as well on your or your gf's YouTube, Is because your patron are not looking at your youtube after they watch here on patron.

Haldon Lindstrom

Yeah, would have been a really cool concept to follow up on. That's the problem with episodic shows like this - fun ideas introduced in one episode, and then never followed up on. Frankly, I'm just amazed that Cookie Cat turned up a second time, even if he was evil

Connie Clemons

There are soooo many theory videos from when it was still coming out so this show will definitely make you feel like you need to peice things together

astroghost

i decided to join your patreon because of steven universe and i'm really glad i did so i can see your full reactions to every episode including the songs! this show is one of my all time favorites you're gonna love every episode

Glacier (Rían)

there's actually 6 arms on the crystal gen hide out statue :]

frameschick

23:20 *distant Scottish noises* So cute. ^_^

marnacles

The reaction to fusion as a concept did NOT disappoint
