If there was a sequel series to She-Ra, or even a movie, y'all sapphics would *perish*. You were so caught up on the mutinous seagulls who took his left eye, that you missed how he lost his right eye. "Don't know; came at me from my left!" There's a perfectly good reason the eagles waited until the last minute to show up. They're fucking drama queens. Viren is going to be surprised when he completes the ritual and discovers it was actually a Space Elf (a spelf, if you will), marriage proposal. "Catra, no!" "...what did I do?" "Sorry, sweetie. Force of habit. Callum, no!" You need to bulk record a few you episodes so you can get ahead of Elijah so you can tease *her* with what's in the next episode. Like the flashbacks to when Aunt Amaya was a pro wrestler. Y'all saphhics will *perish*.

The whole bit with Villads is comedy gold to me. It seems like too many jokes piled into one place, but it balances out nicely. First Elijah, now you... What is it with you sapphics and shipping two women who are trying to kill eachother? 😄 The way for Callum to make a connection to the sky Arcanum is to become a primal stone himself. And the only way to do that... is to eat a storm. Very impressive, it's actually linked to dark magic, as he has to say "Aspiro", but in reverse. So rather than exhaling, he's inhaling. He's our little Kirby! Just running around Xadia consuming primal sources. Hey! If the moon were made outta barbecue spare ribs, wouldja eat it? I know I would. Heck, I'd go back for seconds!

Joy (a.k.a. Gentle Lionheart)

Brilliant reaction! I love it whenever Villads interacts with our main cast! It's too bad the mutinous seagulls end up teaming up with a giant sea monster to crash the ship, leaving callum to fall into the ocean and learn about the ocean arcanum instead! I never saw it coming with all the importance they seem to be placing on sky magic..

I can't wait for the reveal that the mirror elf is just a total prankster and the ritual is all just a complex way of pulling a rabbit out of a hat.

Flufux

Note how the elf in the mirror looked directly at Viren's staff at the start of the episode...

"It's very like the eagles in Lord of the Rings" except Dragon Prince has an actual *reason* why they couldn't just fly the whole way.

Annieme

Ok but that sadness/nostalgia you felt with the intro not being she-ra ever again is how i feel sometimes when you go “3..2..1.. hey there” and i always just fill in with “hoards and rebels” and end up feeling sad/nostalgic/probably something close to that same feeling you had at the beginning 🥲

David Johnson

I think Viren's logic - such as it is - is that this mirror was kept by the Dragon King. Therefore it must be a powerful artifact. Viren needs power to defeat the "Xadian Threat." So he *needs* to figure out what it does, especially since he lost the dragon's egg. He's making tons of assumptions and seeing everything through his desire for power, so this logic is... bad. But he doesn't see this. Then he gets his meeting...and thinks he no longer needs the mirror's power. No longer needs to *risk* himself to get it.

SweetCandle

The soldier that told them that the others were just on patrol and he missed his scheduled check-in was signing "Danger."

Wyrx

Yeah, that was great! They really handled it well, esp liked the part with 5d effects we got at home1! Just stellar💯☀️👌👍 perfection

Annieme

Lmao. I think you’d have to be in our brains to truly understand the sapphic shipping, but… I’m just gonna say, its a wonderful, mysterious, miserable place 😭😂

Ashley Silver

We sapphics do be quirky like that.

Catradora fan

Ah yes She Ra brainrot 😋🤣 any woods that aren't named I call them Whispering Woods 😁 Mosco is growing less denial? I never thought I'd see the day 🤣😂😅

Wee Lass Reacts

OMFG THAT HURTTTTTSSSSSSSSS I feel this in my soul... Maybe one day??? Fingers crossed??? and if that day comes imma CRY!!!

Flufux

I'm, of course, not gonna say, but good to keep in mind nonetheless.

Ríon

These reactions always leave me brimming with things to say, but no way to say them. (Spoilers! ;’P) But damn, as usual: good reaction was good reaction! :’3c And I can’t wait until yo- *sniper shot*

Annieme

Omg hopefully!! If that day comes, imma also cry!

Joy (a.k.a. Gentle Lionheart)

Ha ha good guess! The sunfire elves tried doing that, but Aunt Amaya used her pro wrestling skills to stop them 💪 That's when they used their ability to communicate with seagulls (Mermista and Seahawk taught them that) and told them to capture the crew, but alas, those seagulls had other plans ⚓️

RavenFairy

Hay I just joined, and just wanted to say love your call outs. This episode is so great I grew up in the military and I love how there is a representation for how the relationship between animal and human are great and how they need each other. And I know you are going to love the next 2 episodes

Dafydd Mac an Leigh

You go right ahead and ship Amaya and the elfin general — they're secret girlfriends. Unfortunately, their respective governments won't let them declare their love openly, so until they can find the right circumstances to elope, they have to put on these displays of conflict for their troops just to spend time together. It's kinda tragic, if you think about it. Almost as tragic as people on the internet still going on about those godsdamn eagles in Lord of the Rings...

SweetCandle

What? You've got a problem with me shipping Gwaihir and Nob?

Dafydd Mac an Leigh

So help me, if I have to look at one more piece of fanart depicting those two eating carrion like Lady & the Tramp...

Haldon Lindstrom

As frustrating as it can be, I love the show's decision not to provide translations for the signing, especially since they show so many people in the show who do sign, and don't make a big deal about it. I heard that the showrunners wanted to show the non-signing audience what it can be like to not understand what is being said around you, and needing to pick up that info from context clues or the replies of others. True or not, I love it.

Speaking of never seeing another episode of She-Ra again, you could react to the She-Ra shorts on YouTube. There are 5 of them called Swift Wind Adventures. Back when She-Ra was airing, they came out during the gap of season 2 and season 3 and they were cute comedy shorts. There was also Princess Recruitment shorts, but I don't recommend bothering with them. They are just clips from the show edited together. The Swift Wind Adventures were actually animated to be shorts not a compilation. This is a playlist of them all https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLs7xyq9gbMEt1F3zClkZee5V6ZAUECQWT
