The song that played during their dance was Lady Gaga's new song The Dead Dance :)

Ryan

The bartender is played by Casper Van Dien‏‎ ... the only ever thing I've seen him in the wonderful satire "Starship Troopers" as Johnny Rico. I agree with the lazy writing trope of writings just adding a character to be another character's partner. The best relationships build up over time - but it's a balancing act. You can't rush it, and you can't drag it out. One of the worst Sapphic flame-outs I've seen was when a character was introduced as "the girlfriend" and the actress left the show after the season because she hated the role... after the main character proposed. The writers had to pull a rabbit out of a hat to write her out of the show cleanly. The best relationships I've seen - Sapphic, straight, Achillean, take a season or two to start AND THEN don't put the characters in stasis. They continue to grow and evolve. They have storylines outside of their partner, they have relationships with other characters. And they always break up at least once... ---- Enid: "The truth is... you are my pack, Wednesday. If I wolfed out and couldn't change back, would you come and find me?" Wednesday: "I have no problem hunting you down." Ah, yes, two gals being pals. Completely heterosexual behavior. No subtext. Straight as a beam. [/sarcasm] ---- "red eye" - red eye flight, the first flight out in the morning. Wheels up at like 5am. Which, given Bruno is from the Philippines... Manila to New York is a 16 hour flight. Sophia must really love tall, dark, and bland. ---- They didn't explain the plan? They didn't explain the plan! Wednesday's face when the plan goes perfectly. She almost looked like she was going to smile.

Also another fun fact: during one of Gaga's concerts in London, Emma and Evie (Enid and Agnes' actresses) joined Gaga on stage and danced when she did The Dead Dance.

Agnes's growth is great and she looks so beautiful in that dress and her curls. Honestly though, everyone looked stunning at the gala. Dort burning Gideon to death was metal as hell. But also yay! BIANCA IS FINALLY FREE!!!!!

A lot of shows around teenagers give adults the idiot ball to justify the plot way too much and Wednesday never been one to try to avoid those type of tropes. Adds to the campy undertones but as a full show does make some characters like Morticia come off worse. For Gomez I think it works oddly enough. He just comes off as very caring and in some ways too caring so he trusts too much.

Thing I'm left to wonder is, just how much of Ms. Capri's dire warnings about "alpha" werewolves can be trusted, and how much she's manipulating Enid for her own ends? I mean, nobody ever called a Billie Piper character a *good* wolf...

LikeCat

I see what you did there... We'll see it in a um... Moment. 😉

That's a Blink and you'll miss it reference...

Wednesday, Enid and Agnes. The gothic Powerpuff girls

Cyren Cooper

My thoughts went to the Gotham City Sirens with Catwoman(Black) matched to Wendesday, Harley Quinn(White) to Enid and Poison Ivy(Green/Red) to Agnes. Cool Fact: Emma and Agnes' Actress recently had the Chance to be dancers for Lady Gaga. There are Videos of IT online, they looked great. The Song in the Show for the dance ist also by Gaga.

David Johnson

And it's interesting. The whole season she's been shot to look like she's smaller than Wednesday and Enid. Just a little, creepy girl. Yet when she becomes "herself" for the dance, we can see she's actually slightly taller than Enid...and strong enough to spin her in the air.
