FROG GANG RISE UP

xattygt

I really hope this does well as its one of my all time favorites.

Meãjay

Amphibia fans don’t fail me now. We got this! Look I don’t mind if the other shows win but again I just need Amphibia to get a W because yes it’s popular but it’s still the underdog especially when talking about the big 3 Disney shows in recent years.

Sam

I really hope this wins, it’s actually my favorite Disney cartoon ever, and I don’t say that lightly

Taigan

While I won’t be unhappy exactly if Amphiba wins, this is my least favorite of the three possibilities. I think because it took so long to get to what I thought of as “the good parts.”

LaviPastelQueen

I enjoy this show a lot so I hope it does at least get a chance at winning

7Lights13Darknesses

I'm voting for this and mlp. I love amphibia I watch MLP so much as a kid.

Lonely Pancake

I want this and mlp to win I don’t care for adventure time personally

Daniel Davies

I’m hoping this and MLP will continue, this because it completes the trifecta of Disney shows, with ‘Gravity Falls’ and ‘The Owl House’ and ‘My Little Pony’ because I’m a Brony, and that show was a pillar of my life for almost ten years.

Kit

The way I shrieked when I got the email about this!!! Amphibia holds a very special place in my heart I hope you enjoy it!

Liam Gradwell

Amphibia is 2nd at my top favourite Disney shows, below Owl House and above Gravity Falls. Hope it does well, because it’s so good! 🥹💙

Henkotron

Hell yeah!!!!! Amphibia reaction. I hope this stays around so much

Chris P3

Really happy to see this show in the running. Elijah did some great reactions, but only posted select episodes prior to the third season, which she did in full. Matt Braly previously worked on Gravity Falls with Dana Terrace, put out a graphic novel last year called Family Force V (definitely worth checking out), and might have a Sony project with Rebecca Sugar lined up IIRC.

Yoshinatorsaurus

PLEASE! everyone give this video the love, likes, and support it deserves, because this series really deserves a full YouTube reaction, just like it's loose sister shows, Gravity Falls and The Owl House, and there's just not enough people giving it a chance.

xattygt

I feel like amphibia had the best "filler" of the big 3 disney show though imo

Sarah Stephens

Heck ya! I know it probably doesnt stand a chance against the other two options but i love the hell out of this weird AF show and hope that you still give the rest of it a chance at some point

xattygt

I feel she was kinda smart in doing that. I absolutely adore amphibia in its entirety but season 1 reactions often gets noticeably less views as it one of those shows where alot chooses to only watch reactions to "the good episodes"

Dani

One of my favourite show, l'll make sure to engage with your reactions on youtube because I really want to see you continue it !

Marceline_mother

The rasp in her voice sounds like Catra's VA

pneuma163

I adore this show. It has so much staying power, too. The characters and the world are so good and weird.

ArcticBanana

Gonna be honest, I think I like Amphibia just a little bit more than The Owl House. Both are fantastic, but there's something about how casually dark Amphibia is that appeals to me. I've seen a lot of people claim that Amphibia is somehow "more childish" than Owl House, but Amphibia is actually quite a bit darker. The Boiling Isles are extremely dangerous, but everyone knows that and prepares for the danger, whereas in Amphibia that danger is just part of life and everyone has long since accepted that they're only somewhere in the middle of the food chain. A person getting snatched away by a predator is used as a simple background joke. There are *seriously heavy* topics explored in this show. Two other specific things I like about Amphibia: 1. There really aren't any filler episodes, or at least not what would properly be called "filler". Even episodes that don't directly contribute to the overall plot at that present time contain many elements that come back later on, often in meaningful ways. 2. Even though at least one character learns a life lesson in almost every episode, the show doesn't belabor the point. It's not like My Little Pony where every episode ends with "Here's what the lesson was that I learned today, let's spend three full minutes explaining it in exhausting detail." No, somebody learns a lesson, the lesson is acknowledged, they grow as a character, and the show moves on. One last thing: Amphibia aired one season ahead of The Owl House, so you're not going to find many references to Owl House in the first season, but from Season 2 onward there are references *everywhere* (and also to Gravity Falls). After you finish Amphibia, it'll be fun to go back to back and rewatch Owl House to see how many references to Amphibia you can spot now that you know what to look for. EDIT: Oh! And one last last thing. There *is* an acknowledged pacing issue in the first season. Most reactors only watch one or two episodes a week (usually two, in the case of shows like Amphibia and Steven Universe), so it can feel like some things drag on a bit. But when Disney first aired Season One, they aired the new episodes daily Monday through Friday, so we actually got through it and obtained all the worldbuilding information really quickly.

Rob Bob

love this show

Albedo12

God, I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed this show. Personally I'm rooting for this and Adventure Time. The second season of Fionna & Cake was so good, and I think the road there is worth taking. I don't know much about MLP but if that gets picked, I'll be happy for the fans at least!

Possum_shenanigans

Resubscribed to her patreon just for this lolol, i really hope it happens :'D its my ult comfort show and the story progress is so on brand with what Mosco tends to enjoy

Joey Quixote

The way I lit up just hearing the theme music again. And the somber closing theme. It's been a while since I watched. But I'm remembering how much I loved it as it aired. Honestly, my top pick of the 3. Just edging out Adventure Time for the sake that it's significantly shorter. That said, it'll still take a year to finish. (if this wins) I'll be there for the views! Season 1 is a lot of world building. Not that Season 1 is bad, just that Season 2 onward is where the show really shines. Season 1 can be a little episodic, but you'll get your lore. I had a hunch Sprig would be your favorite! Such a goofy little guy! Loads of little brother energy. As for Polly, fairly accurate assessment on your part. And Hopediah Plantar is voiced by the legendary Bill Farmer. Most famous for his nigh permanent role as Goofy (and Pluto) in the Disney universe. Show creator Matt Braly is part of the Disney animation clique, alongside the likes of Dana Terrace and Alex Hirsch. Braly worked on Gravity Falls. One of the most notorious bits he created in Gravity Falls was the Big Henry bit in the minigolf episode. Where the little golf ball person went into the mines to deliver Mabel's ball and died of asphyxiation? ... Good times! ... Don't... uh... Don't let that temper your expectations of what Braly brings to this show... Cough. I hope this does well, and if not, I hope you take the time to watch it. It may not be your cup of tea immediately, but by the end of the series, you'll be happy for the journey.

David Johnson

While public (government run) schools in America don't go in for school uniforms, a lot of private schools do. Fun fact, that wooden frame for the episode titles is actually a real physical object they made for the show. "In this world, it could be anything." Yes. Yes it could.

morthasa

This was a show that's been on my "I need to get around to watching this" list since forever. Going to be pulling for this and MLP.

Tutku Altınbilek

Amphibia was a huge part of my life and ever since I started watching your channel I hoped you would react to it. I am incredibly happy I can afford your patreon now and I will hopefully get to watch this series again with one of my favorite reactors!

Cody Schultz

I know Adventure Time will probably win, but I love Amphibia so much I really hope she watches it.

Henkotron

Since you're also a big fan of little animation details. I give you a hint. In the first episode when Anne saves Sprig from the red mantis. Pay very close attention to everything about Anne.

summer

COOL

Amadeus

Funny Frog Show yeyyyy

Wee Lass Reacts

Some people are reporting a 10 second pause at 10:30 but only for some people. If it happens to you, just skip it, seems to be a Patreon player issue as its happening for some and not others!

Spadeas

Ah Amphibia, the twin sister of The Owl House separated at birth. I'm almost joking, they do have a lot of comon, like being only three season and the story of girls being swaped into another world. It's still funny for me that both of them were airing at the same time and come from two different person, sometimes, the star align ^^. I love the show, but I still have trouble with the first season for some reasons, I just hope that it would be one of the two that stay on the chanel, because the show deserve it (but I love MLP FiM too).

Spadeas

Thank to make me remember to check Family Force V (I'm a toku fan so of course I heard of it), and now that I think about it, it's true that there is a lot of animes and video games ref in the show, and some pretty obscure (not everybody know getter robo for exemple), so that make sense that Matt worked on a toku inspired comics after ^^.

SauceyRed

Honestly I’m surprised she hasn’t already reacted to Amphibia, considering it’s basically The Owl House’s sister show, and the fandom venn diagram is *almost* just a circle. Nice to see her trying it out though, hope it goes well!

Flyby Stardancer

Not all schools in the US do uniforms, but some (mostly private) do. I transferred into a public (us definition) school district closer to where my mom worked as a kid, and they didn’t do uniforms. However, if I had gone to the schools I was supposed to based on where I lived, I would have had to wear uniforms.

SickleSaint

they also take place in the same universe

SickleSaint

The episode where luz comes back to the human realm Camila is looking at a news article on her tablet that talks about a girl who went missing and it has a picture of Anne and there's an episode in amphibia where they hint at the owl house, I won't spoil which one.

Spadeas

I knew that already, but didn't wanted to point it out right now, because if Mosco continue and find out, it would be more fun ^^

Raine

I love Amphibia!! I really hope it becomes one or two🩷

Yoshinatorsaurus

For the future, these shorter episodes are ALWAYS packaged in pairs, and unlike Steven Universe, the two are considered segments of the same episode. (So for example, this would be episodes 1A and 1B, so just episode 1. And the next pair is episode 2, etc.) Just letting you know to avoid confusion among fans when labeling them.

JustMonika

I love amphibia! And it’s the same world as the owl house and gravity falls. I’m hoping for this one or mlp both are amazing!

BakaSama

Ah, Amphibia. Such a great show. It fits perfectly with the Owl House and Gravity Falls. It might also be in the same universe as the Owl House, depending on how serious you take the Amphibia Easter Egg in the Owl House. Count me among those pulling for this and MLP. I’m just concerned because IMO the first two episodes of MLP really don’t do the show justice.

Alan Munro

I hope you stick with Amphibia, it makes a really interesting contrast with The Owl House. As one video analyses mentored while Luz is struggling at home and loves the new world she’s found herself in, Anne is happy at home and really don’t like where she’s ended up.

supersoaker

OK I forgot, what was gonna happen with these test reactions? You upload better performing ones where?

Sam

These little content contests always stress me a little, But im going to do my part to support Amphibia, and not stress about it much cause the other shows are both good too

Corvo Joka

Amphibia's greatest strengh is it's phenomenal humour~

Corvo Joka

YouTube and less well performing ones on Patreon and then later eventually on YouTube as well.

Yoshinatorsaurus

For me, it's not a pause, it just skips completely from you saying "That was just yest-" to asking if Sprig is a teenager or preteen. I don't know what's going on or how to fix it.

Miholiday

I love this show plus Adventure Time so much!! I really hope they are the two that get picked 🙏🏻

Alyssa Hernandez

Ah the fun frog show! It seems so simple at first then suddenly you're invested and in love with the characters. Hope everyone watches and engages with this series!

BGTitan

I do really enjoy this show. People like to compare it to Owl House cuz it aired at the same time, but they are different. That said, Amphibia is fun and the humor is right up my alley. Also, Brenda Song being the main character makes me very happy.

Kevin Morris

You really need to watch the outrow. I love this show! Anne and Sprig's friendship is so heartwarming.

Verdigree

I’m not American but they do have schools that do uniforms in America, there’s lots of Catholic schools and private schools, I assume the SJMS is like a Saint Joseph’s Middle School, or maybe Josephine, James, Jacob or Jonathan, I don’t know that many saints

marauderluverz (Luci)

Omg! I have been hoping youd start watching this one and getting to see you react to the first couple of episodes was as fun and interesting as I hoped it would be. I really hope this winds up being popular enough for you to react to the whole thing. With this being in the same universe as Owl house and gravity falls I really think youll enjoy it. On top of that, the creators of all 3 shows overlapped and helped work on each other's shows. It makes it really fun and I look forward to hopefully seeing you react to the whole thing.

Geass

The answers to your questions may surprise you.

Haldon Lindstrom

I'm excited - I think this show will bring you a lot of joy. Just a question - do you need views on the Youtube official, or do views here work as well? I'm happy to do both if that is helpful, but I need to know to queue up the Youtube versions if that is needed.

Christine Dzioba

YES!!!! I have to admit it took awhile for this to grow on me, but when it did, i rank it with Owl house and Gravity Falls. It’s not just bouncy and fun. There are adult, dark themes if you catch them. Thumbs up. Caution, there will be hanky times.

Daniel Auerbach

I refer to The Owl House and Amphibia collectively as the Disney issekais. Hope you continue this series. It's quite charming.

shkspr1048

At last, the triumvirate is complete!

AJ22 AKA AJ Universe

You cannot imagine how thrilled I am that you're watcvhing this show, for however long you end up doing so. I'm known as the Steven Universe guy. I have a near-encyclopedic knowledge of that show, I obsessed over it so hard. THIS is my favorite cartoon of all time.

Christopher Pinon

Honestly forgot how much I love this show and how lighthearted it can be! So excited for you to keep watching

Arashi

I've heard a lot about Amphibia from the Steven Universe and Owl House crowds. Should be good to see what it's about.

HeroNotFound

Ahh this show had so much potential, and it realised 90% of it!

Pan Boi

I haven't started watching the reaction yet, but my god!!! You should've seen my face when I saw this notification before I went to work earlier. I have been so, so, SO excited to see you react to this show. I hope it does super well, but as long as it doesn't get last place, I'm more than happy! I love this show so much, but I fell out of my hyperfixation on it a while ago. I'd love to get back into it again with your reactions :3

Yoshinatorsaurus

Yep, that is indeed Brenda Song as Anne, the same person who played London Tipton on Suite Life of Zack and Cody and Suite Life on Deck. Also, Hopadiah (Hop Pop) is voiced by Bill Farmer, the same man who's voiced GOOFY since 1987! (And Pluto since 1990.)

zak392

AMPHIBIA! OH MY GOD at last. One of my favorite shows I miss it so much!!

Matthew Outlaw

Same, I'm also seeing a skip in the video here

Vex Valor

Excited for an Amphibia reaction! It'll be nice to rewatch this show with you :) Polly is my favorite, but all of the main cast are very endearing and I love the humor the show. School uniforms in America do exist, but they typically are only at private schools. I also love Brenda Song's voice acting and hope she does more characters in the future. She is so good at it.

Vex Valor

Those are the two I am hoping for as well!

Vex Valor

it happened to me as well. The video paused for a few seconds while the timer was still going then cut to you mid sentence about trying to figure out about what age Sprig is.

Sam Walsh

Loved this reaction and so excited to see you reacting to Amphibia! I definitely hope this is one that stays. Also makes me want to do another rewatch

SilverFoxDemon

Oh I love Amphibia! I have a strong feeling this show is going to stick, especially since I would put this up there with Gravity Falls, The Owl House, and Steven Universe. I also really love MLP and hope it gets second, but considering it's going up against Adventure Time, chances are low. I'm pretty sure that the Adventure Time fans outnumber MLP fans.

Cali Jester

Had me dying at sniffing the marker before recording this.

Lichen

I deeply hope you continue this series!! Adventure Time is also absolutely incredible, but it’s so long that I fear it would be ages before you get back to this one. Worth mentioning that Amphibia canonically exists in the same universe as Owl House and I’m not exaggerating. There’s the direct ref in Owl House that you already saw and we get an brief but explicit crossover later in this series as well!

Blackmyth

Another show that's even closer than Steven universe would be star vs the forces of evil.

Eliteguard99

Seriously though Amphibia is a show I hold very dear to my heart. I found Anne so relatable and I didn’t quite know why until the very end of the series when I put it all together. The finale of this show made me decide to see a therapist for my depression I’d been battling with for a few decades back in 2022. Now I’ve been happier the past few years than I have been for most of my life. Thank you Amphibia.

Porpoise Power

School uniforms aren't very common in the US public schools, but private schools usually have a uniform.

De’Angelo Enriquez

Of the three test series I do hope that this one gets one of the two current slots because unlike AT and MLP which number in the hundreds of episodes (283 and 221 respectively), this one only has 58 episodes which should only take 28 weeks not including this first reaction. And then, if the loser of this test was still decently popular, it could take up Amphibia’s slot after the 28 weeks conclude. IMO.

Timvi

This is one of my favourite shows for sure Amphibia has a special place in my heart. It's brought me so much joy, especially through a rough time so seeing you react to it makes me very happy. I really hope you enjoy the show and it becomes a regular reaction series.

Justin Riley

Sadly, she's already not too fond of the first episode of Adventure Time

max boocheck

This is the best out of three in my opinion

Jesus Zavala

I wanted to save up to rejoin your Patreon when something popped out... Saw this and immediately sign up again, THAT'S how much I love this show! I do hope this gets picked up, not only cause it's my favorite but because it's the shortest of the bunch, and since both Adventure time and MLP (I LOVE those too) are REALLY long it makes it so eventually we'll get all three sooner!

Panic Blitz

You want me to pony up the money to get back on your Patreon? This is how you get me back on your Patreon.

Finnnnn15

Yay yippee Amphibia!!!

danielle pyles

This show and Kipo is ssoooo worth the watch

Gab Gab

Here in America, whether we have uniforms or not is based on the school. Some schools have uniforms, others don't. Especially in some private schools you'll see it more

Lindsay

Rooting for Amphibia!

Amphibia Cultural Legacy

Well done. You would be congratulated for uploading more Amphibia reaction videos.

RetroBeastto

Omg yes I LOVE Amphibia. You are in for an amazing time if you react to this series

max boocheck

I signed up for a Patreon on again just for this series

DJ Thunder

You should also react to the alt theme with lyrics

DizzyDreamz

theyre private school girlies. got the patreon for this and rwby. cant wait to watch the full versions of the trifecta of the best shows disney has made.

lance freeman

I binge watched this show on this Tuesday and finished it at 5 o'clock in the morning today. It was the only thing I watched, I didn't watch YouTube or read anything. It's that great of a show that as far as I can tell was never cut short like The Owl House or Steven Universe. They made the story they wanted and finished it. It was also nice to enjoy while I've been sick this week. And with me having finished it I can finally look into watching reactions to it. Keep up the great work, I have my interest in seeing you watch this and Adventure Time.

JustMonika

This show is amazing I garuntee you’ll love it since you loved owl house

Syllephia

Welcome to another episode of Moscow Considers Eating Characters of Children's Television Shows.

Jyoster

Well, this looks interesting, I'm looking forward to watching it alongside you all. Heard good things from this show.

armadillo_arts

for reference!! anne, marcy, and sasha: 13yo sprig: 10yo polly: 5yo hop pop: 68yo

Michael W

I had vowed that if this became the Patreon exclusive I would sign up for it. I’m here to fulfill that vow.

Marcy Wu

Completely missed Anne's eyes glowing blue when she said "DO SOMETHING"

SauceyRed

Okay since you're four episodes in it has passed the trial, so I'm absolutely hyped to rewatch one of my top 3 favorite shows it with you! Last I rewatched it (through a reaction) was... a couple years ago? Either way it's been too long. Let's gooo!

SauceyRed

I've been dying for some of the reactors I've discovered in the last few years to watch it, but with the show's reputation it's been a struggle, no clue whether it would perform well throughout, especially past season 2. It's still one of my top 10 favorites, and it's absolutely close to SU in terms of how much I like it (all 4 seasons).

Blackmyth

Yesss thank you I needed that

Amaya

I watch both now still and I'm 21

Andy 322

Hey, I'm new here. Anyone who knows if there is a way to open videos on here on Smart tv? Thanks!

Vegvisir92

you're from Scotland...surely bad weather covering passes should be common knowledge to you?

SweetCandle

Compare "Hey, this is pretty good" when Anne tries the food Sprigg brought her to "This stuff is good" after Teen Eda tries apple blood for the first time. If I didn't know they didn't, I could easily believe they had the same VA.

Raven

this is my first time watching this too, is the glowing blue eyes at 21:25 an animation error or am i crazy?

Obsidianfox

I remember commenting on youtube that id be so happy if you reacted to this and one of your mods at the time said you were thinking about watching this on your own instead of reacting. Im so happy you decided to react!
