The conversation between zeus and oddyseus in 600 strike is done as an addition from neal illustrator. She got zeus's VA to do it. It's a different take than the other animatics. Rather than him just being powered by the bag. Instead she went the route of him being empowered by the gods that agreed to set him free. From the god games song. It's a take I personally like more as it makes more sense on how oddyseus is able to defeat a literal god rather than wind jetpack haha. I love both ofc but this one is super cool.

you should watch jorge's livestream premier of the ithaca saga!!! (jorge being the creator and voice of odysseus <3) it features most of the cast re-enacting and reacting to the musical when they went to the REAL island of ithaca to celebrate the release of the final saga, as well as the canon animatics and animations that jorge himself commissioned from fan animators (including a lot of recognizable names!) the premier is GREAT television; entertaining and also informative

I think it's funny mosco saying she remembers some of the Zeus talking part when its only in this animatic and not in the actual song. I get it tho my brain tries to put pieces together when there aren't any in the first place. Making memories out of thin air. I'm assuming Neil just got Luke Holt Zues' singer\VA to read lines as Zues' for it.

I knew it! I knew you'd love Aphrodite's design in Anniflamma's "God Games." None can resist. 😂 Also, I'm so happy that you chose Neal's 600 Strike. It's a really interesting take and the extra dialogue adds a lot more depth. I still can't believe they got Zeus' VA to come back.
