I think you skipped a chapter or two. Chapter 15 ended with them fast travelling out of town and chapter 16 consists of them leaving town...a day later. Doesn't really flow

Do you post those chapters as you finish them, or do you have a buffer? Also, how much chapters do you estimate the book will have? ... I can't stop reading, but I'm in a constant fear of finishing the book D: xD

Hm, I'm a bit confused by the "revelation" our protagonist had this chapter. As far as I can remember he repeatedly stated in earlier chapters (including those from book 1) that most Rituals are of utilitarian nature and only some may have use for battle. I therefore find it contradictory that he'd suddenly view his rituals in a different light. Maybe I've misunderstood something, just wanted to point out that it strikes me as odd. :) PS: Found some typos: - "Alexis and Bard rounded the corner, having [decided] that they wanted to see [...]" - "If 24 hours [elapse] without [an] influx of at least 500 points of mana [...]"
