Seriously, the first thing I thought about when he received the bonus to perception was to go back to the mayor and see what is up. They did not, so the bonus won't help him find out what his intuition was telling him. Probaby some stupid shit like the Mayor is a wolfman and the people like the Mayor, so they don't want any shit going down.

Ooh, skill and class forging, nice! This gives some very interesting opportunities. It looks to me like there is no benefit to merging high level skills. Especially since the forged skill may turn out to suck and it would hurt so much more to lose a high level skill than, say, a level one skill. Unless progression in a forged skill takes longer than normal?
