Scorched Earth

Aww man: What’s with all the hate?

Jake Palmer

There has to be an episode in these kinds of "video reports from the front lines" and its affect on people's view of wars like this.

Ilya Fishman

This isn’t journalism. She’s very brave. War sucks. This is not a war nerd worthy interview.

Ander Pierce

It wasn't the most in-depth interview ever but I liked hearing from an educated person on the ground. If nothing else it's a good perspective

Ilya Fishman

Having a non-expert 26-year-old emote about how "evil" Azeris are, is not informative. It would be great as a 10 - 15 minute segment to give us an idea of events on the ground, but not much else. The bottom line is, we KNOW what happens when the bombs start falling onto people - death, misery, destruction. Turkey needs to be kicked out of NATO ASAP or we will find ourselves even more tethered to a genocidal neo-Ottoman maniac.

Jake Palmer

I don't recall her saying Azeris are inherently evil in the interview.

Henry Finucane

This interview was really great, and she was very impressive. John and Mark's hardware nerding seemed sort of weird and interruptive- they almost never do that.

This was in October. So RWN should follow up on the end of this terrible war. Right now Azerbaijan is taking the gold mine in Armenia ffs
