[Cosmos] Rogue - Phase-Shifted (Patreon)

I didn't do this last month, but I figured I should release some of the exclusive content separately. This allows for patron feedback and you won't have to wait for the compendium's release! This subclass will be exclusive for the $5+ Patrons and will show up in Guide to the Cosmos released at the end of this month.

This was the hardest subclass for me to pin down, but it turned out well! I struggled with maintaining the Cosmic theme without veering too hard into general sci-fi. This was caught between a dark matter-wielding weirdling and some sort of multi-dimensional phantom. I settled on the quantum multiverse, and drew some inspiration from the Echo Knight.
