[Rings] Item - Chalkram (Patreon)

Another chakram for you! This item started out as the pun (as usual), but slowly developed all the characteristics there. I was looking for ways to incorporate the "ring" shape of the magical side, and landed on using "circular" spells.

Perhaps this chalkram can be found in the ruins of a civilization dedicated to the worship of the circular shape. It could be a sun-based culture or a math-based one. It's pretty cool!
