[Sands] Item - Dunebringer (Patreon)

The other major item from Oathea, this legendary weapon shares a similar mechanic to the Cloak of Tyrant Sand. Its charges increase over time, allowing you to use its stronger abilities and increase its DC. The +1 also slowly increases to +3!

Dune Caller is the final capstone ability - strong and hopefully not too powerful. There's no reason why sufficiently strong creatures at the Level 15+ level couldn't succeed on the save or leave the area. This ability also creates some minor terrain changes if necessary!

Most importantly, this weapon is the only thing that can destroy the Cloak of Tyrant Sand. A great way to end the campaign with a daring escape from the sinking city.
