[Jungles] Item - Jaguar Jacket (Patreon)

This item started with a bad pun (the upcoming Leopard Leotard) and eventually became a whole set. Each item in this set is a fashion item themed around a large predatory cat. Individually, each item is designed to be of uncommon rarity without attunement requirements - this allows lower-level players trekking the jungle to obtain these clothes and wear them early on.

In continuing on my quest to give stats to lesser-used armor/weapon types, I realized that hide armor is a pretty unattractive armor option since most medium armor provides better defense. I ended up giving this a flat +1 benefit, which is still poor otherwise.
