[Jungles] Monster - Gazing Horror (Patreon)

Deep in the jungle is a Gazing Horror, a terrible monstrosity who bewitches its victims with their eyes. Their backstory is unimportant, as the most guides would say it's too late once you've seen their eyes.

This monster has three eye-based effects, which I really like. One to frighten (and cause consistent disadvantage), one to deal damage, and one to control. The last one is the most dangerous, since there's no recharge. If your party is small, you best be careful!
