DuskchantWeapon (mace), spellcasting focus, very rare (requires attunement by a spellcaster)  

Held by the high court of the Sunset Circle, this mace scepter is the symbol of the dusk elves' reign over the Greywoods and its surrounding territories. The royal Ravenspire family currently wields the weapon in its march against the fringes of noon elves, seeking to cast the light back into the dark. 

To attune to this weapon, you must spend the duration of the attunement period holding it and chanting the words written on it.  

Night Bringer. This weapon is a spellcasting focus. While holding it, you have a +1 bonus to your spell attack rolls and your spell save DC. When you cast a spell through this weapon that deals necrotic damage, you can roll one additional damage die.  

Twilight Mantra. While holding this weapon, you can use an action to begin chanting words of the dusk. For the duration of the chant, you create an area of dim light in a 15-foot radius sphere centered on you, which moves with you and spreads around corners. Once per turn, when a creature in the dim light makes an attack roll, you can cause the dusk to impose disadvantage on it (no action required). The dim light lasts for 1 minute or until you cannot speak, are incapacitated or die. Once used, this property cannot be used again until the next dusk.  

Create Darkness. This weapon has 5 charges and regains expended charges daily at dusk. You can use an action to expend the required number of charges to cast the following spells: bane (1 charge), bestow curse (3 charges), darkness (2 charges), darkvision (2 charges), inflict wounds (1 charge), pass without trace (2 charges), silence (2 charges).
