I'm pretty proud of this one because I wanted some unique harvest actions for obtaining these plants. I looked at thieves tools and the idea came pretty quick. The plant itself is similar to how specific wasp species form special bonds with specific fig species by crawling into them and ... dying. :)

---

The kingslock is a curious flower with an overdeveloped labyrinthian lip and anther cap, shaped by years of co-evolution with the natter wasp. Only specific species of the wasp knows the path into each kingslock, a process that both feeds the wasp and facilitates pollination of the kingslock. They typically grow in secluded cliffside groves far from civilization, attainable only by the best of rangers.

Harvest. You can attempt to retrieve a kingslock ovulus from its keyhole by making a DC 21 Dexterity check using thieves' tools. On a success, you carefully extract the ovulus without damaging the flower. On a failure, the kingslock reabsorbs the medicinal properties from the ovulus, rendering the ovulus inert for 2d4+2 months.

Royal Antitoxin. The ovulus of a kingslock accumulates a nectar-like secretion that has desirable antitoxic properties stronger than those of typical antitoxins. A creature that drinks this antitoxin gains advantage on saving throws against poison for one hour, and if the poison is worth 500 gp or less, the poison immediately ends for the drinker. Alternatively, the GM may decide this antitoxin is the cure for a specific poison.
