Alcides is both an Archer and an Avenger at the same time. He's forsaken his demi-god self and thus has lost his Divinity. Hippolyta was able to hit Alcides because she has high Divinity. In fact, both of them possess the same Noble Phantasm, War God's Sash, which would boost one's Divinity and other stats. The anime cut out Tine commenting on the fact that both of them have the same Noble Phantasm but use it differently. Hippolyta engulfs herself in divine aura entirely whereas Alcides only applies it to his bow. Also, good catch on Francesca's Servant and Francesca having similar speech patterns.

I love how Richard has his own fake roundtable and faker excalibur. He's just the best saber ever.

What you mean by Orlando's men seem fraudulent. It literally explained why the priest can attack and they can't. The vampire literally violates the rules of humanity, so anything that represents humanity without conceptually enforcing its own rules such as Servants has no chance against him. They simply got countered as their only humans. Nothing fraudulent about it. Whereas the priest represents God/The Creator, and the Church. Not only that both his weapons and his robot body have been blessed by the Church, so they carry the concept of Purity, which weakens vampires and other dark creatures.

Cmon man Hippo has a peak design. They upped her saberfaceness for the anime tho. She has the Artoria cut for a funny reason if they decide to keep that part in the anime.
