I felt this episode was a bit slow but about the Mikan girl, I assume the "sister" was just her thinking about her family in her last moment. Maybe she is still faking it but idk. I'm not convinced, she looks like a naive airhead type of character to me. Also, for the drugs, In my eyes the game sedative is yellow red not white red. I see an hint of red due to the red recipient but in the end it looks yellow and red to me. So I definitely think she took the transmitter first as a mistake and hurried herself to take the sedative drug, making another mistake because she said she could have just postpone her participation to the game. What makes me think she took the sedative 100% is her statement "but out of 29 times, she had not once successfully fought off this drowsiness" as it is her 30th game, meaning she already took the game sedative 29 times and this is her 30th failed attempt at trying to resist it. That's why I think she took both drugs.
