As per True Assassin's note, when Faldeus is examining the photos of victims of the Plague, it's stated that the Plague thing is False Rider. The thing with Richard's Excalibur is that it will never be as strong as the actual Excalibur, even if he were to wield the real thing it would still be weaker than Artoria's. Unlike Artoria, however, Richard's not shy about spamming his Excalibur. If I remember correctly, Artoria doesn't spam her Excalibur because it would become dulled if she fought dishonorably, or something. Saint Germain is an enigma. I always thought it would be funny if he showed up in a Shelby Cobra (as a reference to Age of Empires 2). It would be even funnier if the Cobra Car could become a Berser-car class servant. But anyway, Saint Germain just casually using technology that shouldn't yet exist, sporting an outfit from a way later time period and directly addressing Ayaka, even though she's just viewing Richard's memories. Bro is just straight up weird. I love how uncanny Jack looked when he was transformed as a nurse. Like a proper psycho.
