Since it was already teased and the story will be different.. In the game you are P-Chan - a mysterious person(?) who seems to be Ame-Chans (KAngels) boyfriend/manager. And you are deciding what she does, what kind of streams she does, what drugs she takes, or if she goes to a therapist... You manage her account, you manage her life, her stress level, affection, basically everything, it has a ton of endings - the game is mostly focussed on KAngel and a little about P-Chan. So I guessed that an Anime could never be a perfect adaptation, it couldn't work if its just like the game. So they seemingly changed a lot, added a lot, I guess also dropped quiet a bit. I am.. curious where they are going to take it. Right now it rather seams like "inspired", instead of "adaptation".

actually so creepy that I just did a playthrough of this for the first time and immediatly an anime for it came out.

I have seen some of the game but the main thing I have heard everywhere is the amazing soundtrack... I think its copyright friendly as well since its from a game so if your ever looking for crazy music, you might want to add that to your roster with COTE and Blue Archive tracks. It tickles that part of the brain that satisfies people with adhd.

I've watched most of the Needy Girl Overdose reactions on You Tube and you're the only one that seemed to get anything out of it. They all either can't take dark tones and themes or just couldn't take in the information. I can already see the irony when people online inevitably get mad at the anime for being dark, just like how everyone in the show is mad at KAngel.
