Wow.. We got so much clarity in these two episodes. I have a whole new level of understanding for both of them, but especially for my love SHIN. I love him even more now and just this show, as well. It's interesting the way we have gotten to know both of them for that to potentially completely change once we find out what really happened between them. I think we would have had a much harder time forgiving SAINT if we hadn't seen all these episodes of him showing remorse and quite literally doing ANYTHING he can to make it up to SHIN. The situation is so brutal but somehow beautiful.

The acting in so amazing, especially in the super intense and emotional scenes with SAINT and SHIN. Their chemistry is crazy and I can't stop talking about SHIN's beautiful and expressive eyes. The beautifully emotional side of this show is a nice and important contrast to the brutal violence, if that makes sense. Anyway this show is really quite special! Looking forward to continue it. “i just wanted to see your face” — right, 'cause that’s not gay at all. “good. otherwise there will be a fight every day. i’m sick of it.” i think everyone is forgetting that the main reason shin is always fighting is because he gets provoked. ken and his minions are usually the ones starting things, and half the time, shin is just defending someone else. so i really think it’s funny how ken can literally threaten to hit ms. jan — and actually try to do it — not once, but twice, and somehow get away with it, and no one does anything about it. instead, everyone just decides to team up against shin out of nowhere, and it’s so unfair. i’d be acting up too, honestly. like he said: “everyone already thinks i’m a bad guy” — might as well go with it. i wish i could give shin a hug. he’s been through so much. :( “...then you disappeared.” “you were the one who avoided me.” and then you realize — yes, shin is hurt because he lost his dream, but what probably hurts him the most is that he was abandoned by his best friend when he needed him the most. i always say shin would’ve forgiven saint if he hadn’t just left him on his own. to be honest, i think it was really smart of the show to make us love saint before revealing what he did. seeing him beg, watching their dynamic — it helps us not completely hate him when we finally find out the truth. what he did was messed up, and shin has every right not to forgive him, but showing what happened not only helps us understand shin better, it also makes us want them to reconcile — because we’ve seen just how deeply regretful saint is. that last scene in episode 7 is so beautiful and emotional. the way they look at each other, the pain in saint’s face as he lets go of his chance to reconcile, the shock on shin’s face and all the emotions he must be feeling in that moment… i will always love it. and if saying that shin is the most important thing to him isn’t the most romantic thing ever, i don’t know what is.

i have a love-hate relationship with episode 8 — peeta annoyed me so much “can’t you guys be friends again?” like girl, just because you don’t want more work, you’re DEMANDING?? it’s not his responsibility to bring saint back. even if saint did leave school for shin to comeback, it was saint’s decision at the end of the day. “no need to sulk like a kid.” “be kind to him a little, shin.” as if just a few days ago they didn’t just find out what really happened between them. as if it was “nothing.” as if just because they know now, shin has to forgive him on the spot. like, yes, saint has been trying to make up for it, we’ve seen him doing everything he can — but shin doesn’t owe him forgiveness. and YOU don’t get to make him feel guilty about it just because you’re bothered by the idea of saint leaving. if you knew how saint was on classes -always sleeping- then you should’ve dropped the vice president charge or something lmao.. sorry i got i little carried away with this but it’s really personal to me the way even after knowing everything that happened, they still push shin to forgive him and make him overthink and ughhh lmao

“you don’t get to leave me behind again” well yes!! that just reaffirms what i said before that whole section (the end) is the reason why i love this ep so much, the way saint sounds so hopeful when asking shin to just tell him to comeback, he just wanted to hear him say that:( also, they don’t fool me, both of them were playing with chadjen as an excuse to hug saint’s dad looks attractive when he’s sober lmao and yes !! the ending song is sang by sky and nani, it's called "promise", if i have the chance after we finish the show i'll request this and another mv they have together cause they use every chance they have to be gay lmao nani loves to sing and perform, he's a really good singer actually, really underrated imo, he showed his skills on a fancon he had with sky and left me -who's been following him for so long- speechless thank you so much for the reaction !! im so happy you're enjoying the show so much
