I had so much fun catching up with STRAY KIDS, I really enjoy that 2019 sound of LEVANTER and it probably is my favourite of all these songs, I really liked the MV too. Even though all their songs won't be songs that I will listen to regularly I still enjoyed reacting to everything! They're super talented and as I said towards the end of the video, let me know specific variety content from them that could be fun for me to react to, like a getaway trip variety show thingy or something like that. You guys know what I like at this point 🌝 Let me know in the comments~

Hi Johan, I think SKZ is a group that I definitely don't think you're going to like. They are talented and charismatic, but I've been following you for years and I think their discography won't be your cup of tea.

I talk about this in my reactions to them, both in the YouTube and Patreon video. they have bsides that I really like but as I say in these videos - they music is very hit or miss for me. with that said, I still enjoy reacting to them because I like the members. but the reason I stopped prioritizing them as a group I react to is because most of their title tracks aren't my type of music and I've been very open about that. but STRAY KIDS won the poll and I'm glad they did because I had fun reacting to them 🥰

so happy to see you react to skz!!! I ulted them from like 2021- around late 2023 but fell out of them as I found that their music wasn't for me anymore, not because it's bad at all but because people change and your taste changes yk? similarly to you, I find that their songs are very hit or miss, I think the last title track I enjoyed was LALALALA in 2023 but they def had a few b-sides that I've loved in recent years, specifically their song 'I Like It' which I rlly recommend! I still adore the members though and will always root for them. Their variety content is also always soooooo fun to watch so if you're ever up for that ii think you'd have a GREAT time lmao. it was like going down memory lane watching these reactions and it was so fun, so thank you! <3

ahhh skz… i used to ult them back in the day, and now my best friend is trying to pull me back into the fandom. i’m not opposed to it, but their music really depends on my mood—sometimes i love it, sometimes it doesn’t hit. either way, i still love all the members so much, and i have such a strong attachment to each of them. watching this with you brought back so many memories and good feelings. they’re incredible performers, and as people, they’re just genuinely great. i’d honestly love to see you react to some of their variety content too. also, this just reminded me how completely in love i was—am—with lee know and hyunjin. god, i love these men and the way they dance

If you were looking for some variety stuff to react to from SKZ I think you'd have a lot of fun with their EXchange Island SKZCode episodes! It's a two episode jeju island travel variety show where they take the concept from the dating show exchange island and try to pair up romantically with each other over a weekend. Johan, even tho you didn't like most of the music I really enjoyed your reaction!! I'm pretty sure you would more enjoyed their bsides (for example dlc, fnf, I like it, star lost, the view etc) or maybe one day react to their solos from either skz-replay album or HOP album ( from hop album they even have mvs and I'm pretty sure you would love lee know's song Youth!!!) for travel content they had really fun skz code episodes from Australia (episodes 63, 64, 65, 66)

Perfect timing I've been on a skz kick lately. I had kinda lost interest in them but after seeing them in Amsterdam 2 weeks ago I'm now totally obsessed I just can't get enough. Like you said they are so talented, their energy is unmatched, they always commit 110% and the fact that they write and produce everything is so impressive to me. You are right about the song "Cheese" being a diss on their haters. They make references to both "God's Menu" and "Side Effects" the songs that basically coined the term noise music. "Cheese" is the first song on their NOEASY album which sounds very similar to noisy and if you look at the album cover it pretty much says it all. Also if you follow what they say with the fingers you either end up with a thumbs up or a middle finger depending on if you go by ad libs or not. When it comes to variety skz code episodes are definitely a good pick you can't go wrong regardless of which you choose.

i LOVE the thunderous choreo soo much. when that song came out it ended up being like my third most streamed song of the year because i would just put it on at the gym and it just hyped me up so much idek why. i always love a cocky clackback kind of song and i feel like that's what that is. i also am a back door enjoyer--she's fun! always a blast! and god's menu will always be that girl.

also to note, they have some really emotional-pop songs (thinking of older title tracks I Am You, Voices and b-sides like Waiting For Us) that are definitely in Johan's lane! even a few 'harder' songs may be enjoyable to him as someone who respects *performers*! it is hard to get to deep cuts though. guess we'll have to see what our vice president corey has up his sleeve! **upon review, looks like johan has reacted to IAY and Voices before, they're on patreon!

They have a ton of more ballad type songs that would be more your vibe. Your eyes and case143 are both sooo stinking cute….your heart will melt. Placebo & 24-25 are both christmas songs but great. Mountains, Drive both fantastic. b sides are the way to go for ya. Hollow is beautiful esp on the first take live. Red lights and escape you would totally love ( bang chan and Hyunjin unit songs) i think you would enjoy artist if the month behind scenes video too since u have already seen his performance. Goodbye by seungmin is the most recent ballad i believe. Bang chan wrote it and gifted it to him to sing for him. Its really sad actually but so beautiful. Cenima by lee know and seungmin is pretty. Ahh so many you have yet to discover. Hyunjin has some solo ballads too. Skz code is their variety show and its so cute & funny and you get to know their personalities so much. Minsung and hyunlix compilations would also be right up your lane! ❤️

you have to watch skz code! it’s their variety show and it’s so entertaining! i’d recommend their “skz family” episodes lol they’re hilarious. basically half the members crossdress and act as a dysfunctional family where everyone is cheating on each other 😭
