Listen to me struggle to focus for 3 hours while also complaining about the heat, it was so distracting and I can't wait for better weather next week 🫠 So sorry about that. I still enjoyed this episode and I hope you guys did as well, both JUNMIN and JUNSEO grew in my eyes.

I am so sad about CHRIS leaving, I was really looking forward to seeing more of him on this show 😭 Seeing the eliminated ones really reminded me how brutal this show is. Looking forward to the C episode! Let me know all your thoughts in the comments~

C episode is rough trainee wise. So many great performances not being shown during the auditions is also annoying. So many competent trainees who can dance,sing, and rap and mnet is focusing on the same 5/6 people. I’m glad the shows are combining now though, bc I cannot do these back to back 3+ hours shows.

sorry for the long rant in advance but i truly need to yap about this. so i watched all the pr videos before the show started airing and made a list of the boys i wanted to keep an eye on. Lee Hyeop was very high on my list and i even voted for him a few times at first but then i was thinking i should wait for his audition to really see what he has in store for us. after starting this episode today and realizing how many auditions mnet decided not to show us i went ahead and watched them on youtube and Lee Hyeop's team's was definitely one of my favourites so i was about to go and vote for him only to find out he was eliminated??🥲 the lengths mnet and star masters go to make sure the people who they don't want to debut don't make it far is truly insane because he could've been THE main vocalist and his rank and yt views were literally enough to not get him eliminated.. also, i don't know if it's just me but i really don't like the fact that star masters get to eliminate trainees so easily. like what are we even voting for if they're just gonna throw out whoever they want to?? if they already know who they want to have on the debuting team then just go ahead and make them debut instead of giving us and all the other trainees false hope that they could make it. it's truly just rage bait for me at this point and it makes me want to stop watching this whole shitshow😭 especially knowing what happened in c planet today..

The more I think about it the angrier I get about this episode and whatever Mnet is doing with B2P 😅 I'm actually not even sure if I want to continue with the show at all, they got rid of so many contestants I cared about at once. Leading with my one pick, Hyeop, of course. I'm glad his elimination pissed off the Korean audiences as well. I don't want to go in too much detail, but you get the impression that Mnet just didn't want him to endanger the top ranks, I mean he was 7th in the blind pick, 11th and 13th in the live results, and in the end they got rid of him before the votes even made a difference. Though I have to say I do like how they show him in the end, in every shot he holds his head high and with dignity. Also I'm pissed that they showed even less of the auditions than in BP, I would've loved to see so much more, e.g. the one Jellyfish team that performed Verivery's GBTB in front of the original singers, Seowon with the gayest song choice and gayest performance ever (Feel the Pop), and of course the DRIPPIN boys that did an all-star worthy rendition of "Be Mine" by Infinite (though if they showed that, they would've needed to explain how it resulted in a one- and two-star respectively, which is a CRAZY grade for what they actually did)

honestly, i’m too tired to even be mad anymore. but sure, let’s keep pretending that every male trainee should be able to belt out high-pitched notes like it’s nothing—while dancing a full-out, high-intensity routine. makes total sense. it’s not like vocal range varies or anything... and apparently, if you can’t hit the notes in hola solar—a song that’s out of range for like 90% of male singers—you’re just not good enough

junseo is the lead dancer on wei so it makes sense for him to lead the choreography, he's also the maknae there so seeing him here as a hyung the trainees rely on is so cute and wholesome for me

Thank you for the reaction! I hadn’t watched K episode this week, so watched it for the first time to your reaction. To be honest, I’ve never watched any other K-pop elimination program like this so not sure if the level of drama is consistent to other shows in the past. I don’t know how true it is but I saw something said by participants on a livestream that many were asked to act in a certain way. I guess the same goes for the masters too, being expected to act in a certain way or scripted that was likely contracted. Also agree the editing is kind of weird, you can see how parts have been cut out for suspense/dramatics, or two halves of different sentences edited together. Low key worried for the reaction for C planet episode 😬 hopefully the subtitles on Viki are more accurate than the live stream ones as the lag made it confusing as to who was actually saying what.

The discrimination on the C episode is so obvious... even the treatments they get is different from K episode.. So sorry for the C trainees
