I love that hoodie it’s my favorite thing I bought it a while ago. Thank you for the personal video by the way I’m going to have to buy another one. It’s so cool.

xlokoslayer

love the reactions!!, is there a specific schedule for episodes being released, or just a couple of days in between each one?

KevUrb

I feel like everyone has that handsome squidworth reaction 😂…. But yea, just like how this show usually does, your valid questions will be answered with a back track a couple episodes down the line explaining how such and such is possible.

Daniel Garcia

I like this kid better than beardy nerdy 😁

Daniel McClure

By the way, I loved the wrath of khan reenactment you did in the video you sent nerdy thank you. I laughed so hard.

IQLou

Great reaction

Minerva Ravenclaw

I wouldn't say the colossal transformation is a flaw, I would explain that the shifter can control the transformation, just like Reiner controlled his transformation to protect Falco, the colossal can control the impact of its transformation. That would make sense rather than just saying it's a flaw, although true it's not explained but we can speculate

Minerva Ravenclaw

Great reaction tho, I'm glad you're enjoying this season. We're also enjoying ✨

Ideophagous

Titan shifters have access to some memories, not all memories. Great reaction though!

Moons

WHO is this guy with Clarus ???? 😂 jk but thanks for the reaction it was great !

Fernando Gomez

They can’t access memories at any point. When Eren was having those nightmares it was probably because he had just learned about Marley and had that point of reference to “remember” his fathers memories. When titans transform its fueled by their motivation to do so. Reiner didn’t want to fight but the kids yelling to keep going forced him to get up.

Matsumoto Erkin

I agree what you said but a Reminder that Eren Transformed AFTER Billy at the end said Marley declare total war against paradise island. Note that, This is NOT a justification for what Eren did

Jorge Hernandez

IIRC In the first episode, someone says they heard an explosion when the colossal appears.

Mysthe

You're so strange without a beard >.< And yeah, Gabi is somehow a new narration of Eren story. Did you notice that the guy on top of the Cart Titan shot by Sasha had photos of his team in the cabin? It always break my heart

NB
>>109192265

I have a feeling they did not even recognize that those guys are Marleys and not Eldians. The same goes for the gate guards.

Franklin

I've always thought the collosal explosion was an ability that the person can choose to do or not when they transform.

Franklin
>>109189036

Yeah. I've always thought of the explosion as an ability they can choose to do. Makes more sense to me

Moons

I’m exited to see your reaction to episode 8 because I like part of that episode a lot but I also found the execution of a certain event kind of lackluster on first watch. It’ll be interesting to see how you feel about it.

Moons
>>109189036

I think they were talking about the second time the colossal Titan appeared and instantly disappeared in s1 ep4. There is no explanation for this in the show and he never disappears like that again. Even in the fandom it’s considered to be one of the only plot holes in AOT so it’s better to just ignore it and move on.

bloosmoke

nerdy is as unrecognizable as jean is in this episode lol

Leon Sims

can someone explain to me why the patreon videos are blurred and muted. and youtube isn't?

shmaimeee
>>109197440

because its a full reaction rather than an edited one and if they played the full video unblurred it would be copyright violation, so u have to get ur own copy and sync it up

Leon Sims

I’ve not seen no one else do this or have a copyright problem on Patreon 💀 but okay Ty

shmaimeee
>>109198258

yeah theyre not really meant to do that plus if they get caught their channel/account can get taken down, thats why most reactors choose to do the sync up method

david ammerman

Remember in season 3 after Armin shot someone. He said we aren't good people anymore. We aren't killing monsters trying to eat us we are killing people because their views are different

Hamza Jirrari

If you think that our main squad are bad now normally you should think the same when they planned to capture annie knowing that innocent people will die , armin totally said it to defend erwins plan "People who can't sacrifice anything can't change anything"

NB

Can‘t wait for your Episode 8 reaction. I am kinda sure that you guys will like the rest of Part 1 very much.

Filip

Just like in the first season, not everything is explained right away. You will get explanation, even a plan. Also don't jump to conclusions so quick.

Leon Sims
>>109198258

Lol Not me fortunately. My first time seeing this on Patreon. That’s why I was so confused

Gu
>>109189036

If he means that ep then yea s1 had a few things that weren't decided yet out because season 2 was released 4 years later, although in hindsight didn't really isn't too relevant because that area was quickly put off limits because of the Titan invasion, so any leftovers of the colossal from that episode would have not really been relevant

Eugene Conner

Control of the Titans is a skill. It's been implied that Bertholt was just very skilled in battle and in controlling his titan. He was so quiet that people miss those implications.

Thepaicoman

I like how falco is more calm and collected than gabi even though both went to indoctrination or maybe gabi is just that hot headed lol

Marco

You can assume that there was a pretty big explosion on the other side of the wall in episode 1 as the ground shakes and people are knocked off their feet.

Gu
>>109204548

Tbf that was a completely different situation but it was intentional this ep to make them look impactuful and dark.to elaborate the full context wasn't given for many reasons including appealing to our sense of revenge.

dekutreesprout

watch episode 8! it definitely gives a real impute of the situation, it answers most of your ending comments :)

Manny

Great reaction y’all! Questions are answered much faster this time along compared to the first 3 seasons lol. This season is definitely worth the wait of the first 3

Gu

I think while the the last Trifecta s3 p2 was pinnacle heroism , now this trifecta is the opposite in terror-ism. A parallel season 1 cover s4 p1 shows Eren attacking Marley to say how the oppressed becomes the oppressor.

Aaron Wittwer

Hange was just commenting on the success of Armin's plan. I think you misunderstood, but they are not implying that Armin just decided to improvise when he nuked the harbor. They are just giving credit to Armin for devising the strategy for the attack overall.

Mitchell Edward Newton

Remember that Willy Tybur was organizing this meeting to attack Eldia. It's a self defeating prophecy. They think he's evil and attack Paradis and Eren, creating the evil they so fear in Eren. Now you're getting it nerdy. There is a deliberate method to the release of info in the show for a reason.

Gu

This episode is honestly the pinnacle of hatred, revenge, Carnage and terrorism and just all out assault on the very entities that have been abusing you for more than 60 episodes straight(Marleans) and the warriors too tho I sympathize with them, it also shows how humans repeat history and epitome of hatred between two nations whos history is long one of hatred.isyamana did a genius idea bringing out this impossible to bring out dark feelings of humanity conflict and war and the unfounded hatred that we had for whatever the source of the titans was he made us feel what it actually like to be an oppressed without realizing it. Who would've known that the 3 season we've been fighting the titans we have actually been witnessing in realtime an oppressed nation fighting for freedom and the collosals Armin nuking the port was insane everything since s1 we saw has come into a complete parallel mostly showing exactly the hypocrisy of war and how you can easily perceive mass atrocities if you are blinded by propaganda in the audience is sense he said isayama kept the audience blind to the truth till now we get revebge but yet it feels very rewarding yet conflicting yet hypocritical yet horrifying how dark human nature can be to the audience itself. Seeing the colossal Titan a weapon of mass destruction as general cavil said he hoped to see it used against Paradis one day finally being used against Marley themselves.when ep 1 happened we wished for the same thing to never happen again , here we are for seasons in and now we are cheering about basically the same thing being done to someone else.

I disagree. Marley has been escalating this fight from episode one in order to prolong their dominance on the continent. For decades they sent living weapons to terrorize them. Then they invaded, lost, and now are manipulating the world that they have been oppressing to join their fight. At what point does the ones being attacked say enough is enough and go on the offensive? Besides, declaring war is the political equivalent of "I want all the smoke". You want to rid the world of us? OK, challenge except. 100% justified.

Armani

Nerdy saying ” that’s a massive fucking assumption” is wild 😂 I bet everyone in the comments section was like.. “have you met yourself Nerdy cuz that’s exactly what you be doing “ 😂

Chris Bobinski

I can't watch this without the beard. Is there a filter that we can turn on? There are a lot of VFX artists in Toronto that need a job. Is there a Patreon Tier where I can pay more to get the beard back, and get a Beardy cut?

Epicastro

You look 10 years younger.. goes well with the content. I like it.
