Kianna Shannon

Yayy!! I was just looking on here to see if this was uploaded yet and it’s now the perfect timing ✨

Ruth Genger

I can't wait to watch this in the morning when I get off work

Dark D

Quick word. Only 6 episode in this season, but they are hour and a half each so it's kinda longer than season 7. Eithet way both are too short. Can't wait for 8x3 😁

Dark D

Also those icy tiles flipping in the intro represent where the walkers are in that episode. Every episode they advance more and more and come closer to winterfell.

remaininganon

You have to understand Sansa’s hesitation too. After everything that’s happened, the starks JUST got the north back. Then Jon gives it away to Dany like a month later lol. Ofc Sansa is gonna be like wtf is this bro

Demon Rick

Just a Tip episode 8x3 Turn Off All Light, Full Brightness & watch it at Midnight Trust 🤝 welcome😭🤣

Nettles

Wow the shirt !! 🤣🤣 now ☝🏾 one of yall gotta wear the gold Lannister tank. It should have been worn for 6x10 when Cersei burnt up the sept and sat the iron throne. 😭😭

Nisa Faro

look in my honest opinion yall should start snowfall after this! when it comes to the best shows of all time, snowfall is on that list.

Joffrey 👑

Is it just me or was the shows volume way too low in this one

Lans Aperaamo

Spinning the block on them hot springs is craaazy 😂

JenChristiF

Not you. It’s low 🥲

JenChristiF

Yea it was hard to see the dark scenes. All I see is their tshirts coming through the screen

Nettles

55:46 “Arya I don’t like this” 🙂‍↔️ 😂😂😭😭😭😭

Nettles

01:01:50 Adison is looking for any reason to hate Dany. That lady offered to let Randyll retain his lands and titles. He could have literally walked back into his life and kiss his wife with nothing changing. But he chose to burn. Dany is doing what every single King in existence has done. Dany is doing what the U.S. has done. What Ned did… Bend the knee ⚔️ or die.

Gabi

Could you guys sort out the volume and subtitles for the next episode so we can see them? Thank you

candle

No, yall just keep making excuses for her. "She's doing what every single king in existence has done" - not a good argument for someone who literally makes her ENTIRE brand about being DIFFERENT than other rulers. Her whole stick is "breaking the wheel" and here she is excersising the exact same tyranny as her ancestors when they build said wheel. Pulling up on STRANGERS as a foreign invader and saying "hey so you have only heard terrible things about me and my father was a murdering psycho but trust me i'm different!! anyway either you submit to me or you die a horrible death :)" is not the fair "offer" you're making it out to be. You're defending colonialism with that type of mindset. And for the record, Ned, Robb, Jon, none of them EVER behaved this way. They punished men who already AGREED to follow them for rebelling against their commands. Men who were under oath. Entirely different. Daenerys was a shit ruler with no real plan and only an obsession with being "the one". As a reminder, she wanted to burn the slavers cities INCLUDING its citizens in S6 and Tyrion had to talk her out of it by reminding her of the innocent lives. Holding on to the girl she once was and refusing to accept who she became eventually is delusional behaviour.

Remy

Dany is above her station. She’s not the Queen. She has no right Queen or not to burn people. Look at you justifying her dark side.

Remy

Guys couldn’t hear or read a thing

Jade Richards

Shes his aunt that’s why drogon looked at them like that the dragons can smell the dragon blood

jordan reedus

You can’t be the “breaker of chains” but be putting Randall Tarlly in prison. She gave her ops the freedom to choose. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Katie

I was gunna say they should wear dark clothes for ep 3!

Manospondylus

She needs to have Qyburn make a paternity test. Then make it mandatory.

BRAN BALL

To have been with y’all from the start of this. Very bittersweet and went from YouTube and became a member here!

candle

A stranger going „Do what I say or die“ is not a free choice, it‘s a threat. Stop the cap. Y’all wouldn’t defend this if someone came to you and your family on that type of energy lol

Irie

@Aly girl then go be under Cersei lmaooo if the situation was reversed, Cersei ain't even gonna ask you to choose, she'll just kill you and your whole family :)

Brian Clancy

Bro I hope you continue Peaky Blinders, maybe even start over wit ur boy Brandon since ur only 9 episodes in. If you are looking for another show by chance I hope you check out "The Last Kingdom" sometime.

AllyBoo124

When Sam finds out his brother and father are dead it makes me so sad. Sam is such a sweetheart and I just wanna give him a hug, and also like what’s happened to his sister and mother now that the men are dead? Like Sam technically can’t become lord Tarly because he’s a man of the nights watch and an almost maester. But it does just break my heart😭

Elizabeth Esposito

Adison, you should the last kingdom. In my opinion it's better than games of thrones

bits

@irie why are you comparing to Cersei?? Cersei is bad too so I don't get your rationale. Just because option B is worse than option A, that doesn't make option A any less bad.

Jon snow

But who’s talking about cersei why do u have to compare them? You know u got nothing to say when u have to compare her actions to Cersei.

bits

candle

Who's talking about Cersei? Me pointing out how hypocritical and wrong Dany is doesn't mean I think Cersei is any better? Why do yall love to just talk without having anything legitimately reasonable to add to the discussion? Smh

JenChristiF

True. Volume too low and text hidden.

kingBD

Tough for me to fully answer this without some form of a spoiler coming out lmao. Me personally i didn’t mind either Dany or Jon being on the throne or even them ruling together. They were more or less the same type of person/leader its just one had dragons and one didn’t. Obviously its more to it but probably let them finish this season before super diving into stuff

hothoney

Not the snow demons doing arts n crafts 😭😂😂

Hey! Yeah, I was just curious if it even matters if another house is ruling but I'm gonna delete the comment to prevent anything spoilery, thanks!

Irie

She is wrong and she's hypocritical but yall acting like she's the scum of the earth lol she gave them a choice and they chose it, any ruler with that kind of manpower would do that, man or woman ... also I brought up cersei bc it literally could be worse 😂 her ego is too big and she is definitely wrong, I agree but she's not as bad as yall portray her to be. She killed Sam's family, she didn't know they were related, and she let Sam know straight up and looked him in the eyes. She didn't run away from what she did. We're in the middle of a war people 🤷🏽‍♀️

james moore

I love this season. Idc what anyone say lol

james moore

The only thing I hated was the hour long episodes. I wanted it drawn out longer but I know why they did it that way.

AllyBoo124

Something about if Jon was raised by his parents. Even though he technically isn’t a bastard he’d still have a similar issue. Obviously rhaegar and Lyanna being in love was a secret and if rhaegar ended his marriage with the Elia that would’ve made the dornish relationship and alliance rocky. As I think rhaegar and elia’s children would still have first claim to the iron throne but they might’ve viewed Jon as a threat and tried to have him killed regardless. Like that would’ve been a wild life, like who knows if his siblings would’ve even liked him. Maybe he still would’ve grown up in the north with his cousins to keep him safe. And that might’ve changed his relationship with his “siblings” since if he’s not a bastard they don’t have to feel any type of way about being close. And Jon wouldn’t have gotten shunned. All very interesting things to think about.

JenChristiF

I didn’t hate it, but it felt rushed . I think I needed one more episode at least

candle

Same!

Elina

My only critic is, that it is to short :-)

Cristina

Makes poetic sense that Jon would ride Rhaegal, named after Rhaegar - his dad!! 🥹 I wish there had been a way to preserve knowledge from Rhaenyra’s days to make dragon saddles lol.

Cristina

The drip is elite

Mya Marie

I didn’t think we were going to make it to season 8 !!!! Let’s gooo

RockICE

Crazy they just auctioned all the props and costumes the iron throne sold for $1.49 million

Gmoney

Nah she’s a bad person but so is pretty much everyone else and there’s worse ppl in the show it’s ppl that try to act like she’s a good person with her facade that r the problem

G-Wang

1:32:50 Jon actually does burn his hand when he grabs the lantern. He screams when he grabs it and later when the lord commander gives Jon the Mormont family sword, Jon’s hand is bandaged and Mormont asks him when he’ll be able to use that hand. Daenerys is the only Targaryen that is immune to fire. Viserys was burned by the golden crown and Aegon in HOTD was burned by Aemonds dragon

The Emerald Duchess

There was a collaboration with the luxury designer, Balmain, for costumes the last 2-3 seasons.

To be fair, Jon didn’t bend the knee just to bring Daenerys to the North. He did it because he wanted to—because he fell in love with her. Once she saw the White Walkers herself, she didn’t need him to bend the knee, nor did she ask him to. She was committed to the fight by then, driven by seeing the threat firsthand and by the loss of her dragon. Jon bent the knee of his own accord, because he began to believe in her. That’s all well and good, but he didn’t actually tell the Northern lords the full truth. Instead, he told them he bent the knee to secure her support for their fight. So it’s not that the Northerners are mad about having new allies—they’re angry he gave up the North’s independence for her, something they feel they have every right to be upset about. Since season one, the North has fought to free itself from southern rule. Finally, they reclaimed their home, crowned Jon as king, and he turns around and gives their sovereignty away—to a Targaryen, no less, from the very dynasty that Ned Stark (actually Jon’s uncle) helped to overthrow. These things don’t exist in a vacuum; you can’t expect the Northerners to just be happy that Jon gave away the North’s independence to Daenerys. For them, independence is everything, especially when it comes to bending the knee to a Targaryen, a foreign southerner with no inherent ties to their homeland. The North is their life, their culture, their pride. After the threat is vanquished, they still need to live on, to face whatever comes next, and they’re not willing to give that up. In a broader context, the North’s anger isn’t misplaced. Their independence is more than just political; it’s tied to their cultural identity, pride, and survival. They’ve fought through countless betrayals and sacrifices to secure their freedom. So when Jon bent the knee to Daenerys—a Targaryen no less—it felt like a rejection of all that struggle. For them, the North isn’t just another piece on a political chessboard; it’s their entire way of life. Maybe Jon’s decision makes strategic sense to him in that moment, but for the North, it’s a painful reversal of everything they just fought to gain. Yes, they understand the White Walkers are a global threat, but they also know life will go on if they survive the battle. They don’t want to trade one threat for another, nor do they want to fall back under southern rule, especially with the possibility of Daenerys imposing her own values and vision on them. To the North, Daenerys isn’t just an ally. She’s a southerner, a Targaryen, and a symbol of everything they’ve fought to be free from. Jon’s choice comes off as reckless and deeply personal, not as a carefully considered necessity. No wonder Sansa and the Northerners are resistant—they understand survival in the face of the White Walkers is essential, but they’re also trying to protect the hard-won freedom they’ll need in the world that follows. That’s why Sansa sees through Jon’s words. She asks him, “Did you bend the knee to save the North, or because you love her?” because she suspects his motives aren’t purely strategic. It’s not just about the North’s survival against a single threat; it’s about its survival in the world that will come after, where freedom and identity matter just as much.

Ironically, Daenerys did the same thing to the Tarly's as her father the Mad King did to Ned Stark's father and brother. The Mad King roasted them alive, and Dany did the same to the Tarly's, because like the Starks, the Tarly's rebelled.

Kyo

I truly enjoyed the discussion on nature vs nurture and using GoT as the canvas to describe it is a perfect way to approach it. Because I truly feel like Jon was shaped so much from having Ned as that role model. And I'm frankly happy af that yall caught that the hardships he faced in regards to Caitlin drove him to be better (not endorsing neglect, just saying facing difficulties can help build character in a much firmer mold). He had to fight to feel worthy of his father's attention while having his only mother figure giving him every reason to feel unworthy.

Kyo

I know it's likely a hot topic, but I think this is a big part of why people stuck in the hood continue the cycle. The vast majority of families are almost purely matriarchal without the counter balance of enough positive male role models. Families are raised by grandmas, aunties, and mothers with very few POSITIVE male role models to look to as guidance. And the kids get caught up in the negative influences around them before they even really have a real shot. I think it would hit any culture the same way if that loop got started and got a strong enough hold on it. It's s not a knock on anyone, I'm just lamenting that it's happening and sad that so very few are getting what they need nurture wise. You can get all the love in the world from the women of the family, but the development of the moral compass and strong values is much more effective from a masculine figure. I say this as a poverty level white girl, I grew up watching these cycles at play all around, female influence can only go so far, kids need their daddy. I genuinely mean no offense btw, I'm just stating my point of view as an observer also raised in the extremely poor parts of town.

For the Watch Fam

Arya also killed Rorge with Needle, the guy who jump on the Hound and bit him. Needle has been around at least 4 times...lol. #Stick'emwiththepointyend...lol

Dani D

Addison I couldn't take you seriously with that shirt on.

☆kat☆

Jon bent the knee because he wanted to and because he felt guilty about that dragon. I get it, but he didn't have to at that point. After Dany saw the truth, I don't think she really expected that anymore tbh. The North not being okay with all of this is perfectly reasonable imo. Given their history with the South and with the Targs. They're more than just a region. They're an entire culture with their own customs and values. And even though the immediate threat are the snow demons, they still will have to deal with the long term effects of Jon's choices, should they survive.

Shea

If you sit and think about it... Was season 8 just a plan cooked up by Sansa & Bran for the iron throne? Making the north independent from the Seven Kingdoms while having Bran sit on the iron throne doing nothing.

Wade Reiter

Bran “the greeting ruiner” Stark 🤣😭

Jess Here

"He looks all-knowing" this is why I watch you guys😂

Charlize Hendricks

Not "In memory of Yggritte"... That's crazy🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
