OHHH SNAPP

Violet

Yay!!! FANTASTIC TIMING!!

Kenia Ortiz

I’M AT WORK 😫 But I’ll very much enjoy this soon. I need a desperate pick me up right now. Thank you guys🩷

Kiah Mac

Best part about today! 🙌🏽

Kels

🔫 give me the link to the hoodies

Melissa

I love watching Jamie and Brienne fight at Winterfell with both halves of Ned Stark’s sword.

Jen Garcia

2 hrs? What a treat! 😂

Jack Tankard

I was in the black ops 6 live stream and all I could think the entire time was have you recorded this episode🤣🔥

Kimm

Watching at work lol who’s gonna stop me

Britney

This is fr what I needed today LOL yay

Tyrone Bigguns

For 7 seasons they hammer it in to you that the Dothraki are distrustful of magic and witches. But then the Red Woman walks up and magics their swords on fire and all of the sudden YAY MAGIC... and then they all ride to their death.

Irate Spec

After the fifth name, I was think 2 out of 5 wasn't bad. But then you just kept going.

A.

if there was ever a time to have witchcraft on your side, this is it.

CJMc

I like how you slipped that Knowledge Nugget in there

CJMc

It's like y'all KNEW what was needed

Mhalefit

Arya one of them ones

Carley

So excited! 😁

Zach VanDyke

no way bro looked away as Arya came flying into the screen. that’s a shame i got chills seeing that live.

Haola Michaela

Little finger is more manipulative.. Arya wouldn't have a reason to go to those levels of manipulation like those others. Arya is as clever as she needs to be to achieve her get backs and protect herself and her family.

Candice T.

That celebration during Arya’s moment was so satisfying to watch! Takes me back to my first time watching it and freaking out like y’all did! Great episode!

Thurnis Haley

Tyrion is definitely a vocal bench player when it comes to fighting. Sam is like Darko on the pistons championship squad - playing and very obviously a liability while in action.

Sherray

Arya big daddy percentage: 1,000,000%

Segichi

This is episode is just pure stupidity. 8 Seasons of this WW threat incoming and they are done like that iin just one episode. Sending men to die for nothing while they could just converge in one of the bigests castles ever built. I can only rewatch this with EDN lads <3

DeathSwitch

That reaction to Arya killing the Night King will go down in EDN history. The absolute GOAT!!

candle

They are facing literal dead men walking. They are facing magic. Why exactly would they still be distrustful of magic that will help them?! People can clearly change their mindset in dire situations like these

candle

How would they just „converge“ in the castle….? You think the White Walkers wouldn’t have gotten in? And the Night Kind just wouldn’t have gone after Bran? Or did you want to watch 3 episodes of fighting the Walkers? This inability to get with a story and just enjoy it is beyond me. I gotta believe y’all just want to complain

Qurron Franklin

When she dropped that knife and then caught it...yoooo that was CHEF KISS!!!

candle

Lol whether it worked out for them or not isn’t the point. Your comment was about how them accepting magic apparently didn‘t make sense and I told you how it did.

ackelman

Arya "Kobe, Michael Jordan, Lebron James" Stark

Damian Ives

Everywhere Jon went he became the leader everyone turned to. Arya is cool but Jon is kingly by his actions and decisions and while not knowing it’s literally in his blood. The wall, the wildlings, the north, the great army. Everytime he was THAT ONE!

Damian Ives

Ayra was all about revenge Jon was all about Justice. No comparison.

Katie

i really hope you guys watch the behind the scenes episode at the very very end of the series. They go into depth about this ep and how long it took to film and its really good!

candle

Imo the existence of Wights is an insult to the God of Death/The Many Faced God. It‘s cheating death. Makes Arya being the one to end the Night King that much better

Segichi

If you wnat to brainlesly consume slop that is fine with me, i kinda have my brain turned on. Of course they would eventualy get in, but instead of sending Dothraki to sure death for no reason have them do literally anything else ? Place the siege engines inside the castle? Put the Unsullied behind the firey trench ? Its fine to create this trap for night king but not everything had to be so dumb that it takes me out of the show. Bran himself as character is another part of this that just sucks, he did nothing beside getting Blood Raven killed, the whole thing of him being GOT wikipedia is laughable. Im enjoying myself only thanks to EDN guys being goated reactors. I did not want 3 episodes of fighting WW but the main threat that was in the shadows for 7 seasons to be something more than this shit. Cheers.

candle

It‘s called having an imagination and filling in the gaps. They had to have the Dothraki and Unsullied on the front lines for the sake of storytelling. On one hand you argue against them losing so many men but on the other you emphasise the magnitude of the threat the walkers have posed for seasons. They HAD to show us that much failure, sacrifice and despair to match said magnitude. You can call it brainless all you want but part of the magic of television is in suspending disbelief and engaging with the themes, emotions, and characters more than the mechanics. It’s supposed to give us the opportunity to connect emotionally and experience the underlying themes. A good story has to resonate with you emotionally, not just hold up to intense scrutiny at every turn. Try appreciating the story that is being created. Cheers.

candle

It’s not wrong. What you said is up there black on white. Try constructing an actual counterpoint.

Segichi

Cool. They managed to do exactly that for around 5 to 6 seasons. EXACTLY what you are describing and be able to have belivable world mechanics. I did not have to suspend my disbelief i could believe that this world COULD be real. They lost all of that magic by dumbing down characters to the point of them not being recognaisble. Closing down the WW threat was always gonna be hard. Why not show the failure by losing the North and having to withdraw ? Why not have the wall be part of it ? Why do we have so many of our heroes survive this drastic situation ? Why in exchange of the true end of the world situation we get Cersei as the last threat? A character that is the biggest suspesnion of disbelief wrench? Somebody that did not earn anything they got as a character. We get no Aegon, no Dorn as a player no prince that was promised nothing. The anwser is simple becouse they rushed this season as much as possible while already cutting the episode count of the previous one, becouse they had no clue on what to do with the amazing characters that were given them for free. Cheers.

candle

Just whining. Understand that not all of the millions of possible outcomes could be made. I‘m a book reader and a show watcher and I loved it all the way up until the end. Every character’s path made sense. Every single one. Just because it wasn’t what YOU wanted doesn’t mean it was bad. Like I said, I believe y’all get off on complaining or something and that’s why even when someone offers you a different perspective y’all still insist on nit-picking. Have fun choosing to be miserable instead of having something to enjoy then.

Segichi

Disregarding every argument as whining, and "just watch the show and eat your bowl of slop, be happy" is such a great attitude to have lamo. People complain about the show becouse of drastic drop in quality of writing. This was not a "meh i did not like what happened" this was a complete nosedive in quality of entire show bar music and visuals. There is a reason this became one of the most hated shows at the end in the history of TV. Please dont project at me i am perefectly happy being critical of something that i loved, its not that hard or complicated its just a TV show there is nothing to be misrable about. I am happy for you that you can enjoy it but i can not just simply inhale this vomit of a show and prentend like there is nothing wrong with it :).

Abigail Buck

Melisandra went an found her faith and to fully learn snd see what her roll was in this long night! ... she knew arya was important in season 2 when she told her we will meet again, but wasn't fully aware of why yet.

Avishai

Arya lowkey got the best storyline in the show. And she defeated the nightking. She objectively better than Jon in everyway besides leadership and comradery. Adison brother... I'm not gone say it. But you kinda on notice bro. Its a trend here im not gone speak on. But I don't think you being fair with certain characters.

Avishai

And I say this as a person who likes about 5 characters more than Arya. And three storylines better than hers. But I can admit the facts.

Tyrone Bigguns

Ok. If you were a Christian, and a bear was chasing you, but the devil appeared and said he could save you if you would worship him, would you? No. Because it is against your beliefs. Just like magic is against the Dothraki’s. #boom

candle

You and others thinking it‘s „vomit“ isn’t an objective fact. ❤️ Stop talking like it is. In general, stop passing of what you‘re only able to perceive as „a drop in writing“ as objective garbage. Again, other perspectives have been offered to you and there are countless videos online discerning the last season in a positive light but you keep going „no I just won’t accept it“. You WANT to stick to your negative opinion. That’s what I mean by whining.

U. E.
>>154529712

If yhe devil were to appear, I would just outrun the devil so that the bear can get him instead. LOL!

june s

"from brother to sister, to sister to sister." Adison just dropped the greatest quote of womanism & allyship without knowing 🤣

Nat

Googly eyes for Grey worm. He always holds it down.

candle

An inaccurate example isn’t a good counter point. Your example mentions the devil telling me to worship him when that isn’t the case for the Dothraki at all. They’re NOT being told to believe in the Lord or worship him. They’re simply being shown his magic as aid. Plus, what we associate with the devil and what Dothraki think of sorcery are vastly different. They doubt but they don’t see it as the literal embodiment of evil. And remember you‘re talking about Dothraki who are already following Daenerys because they saw her burn the khals and step out of the fire unharmed. That‘s magic as well.

Segichi

There are other perspectives sure, they are not able to hold their arguments in the most surface level arguments. Can you not see the massive drop in quality of character arcs writing and overal dropped or not picked plotlines? How can you even argue that everyhting is ok ? Oh right becouse you offered no proper refute just vibes and feels lmao. Its not just negative or positive opinions its supose to be a discussion.

Tyrone Bigguns

Lol how do you know what the Dothraki think of magic? They DO see it as evil, which is why they wanted to kill the witch. No matter what you say, they have shown to not trust magic and then all of the sudden they did and then they died. That’s what happened. No matter how much you apparently like to argue, those are the events of the show.

Ruth

This is THE episode of season 8 in my opinion, it goes down hill from here in many ways. I remember watching this episode when it first came out screaming all the way through. 😂😂🤣 Another great reaction EDN crew!!!

RockICE
>>154536737

It is an objective fact look up worst tv show endings and got is listed they should have let George Martin finish the book before just writing free hand not to say there wasn’t some good moments for sure

Paul Bracamonte

It would be a fun discussion if you guys tried to come up with your own strategy for this battle, using all the armies they had. Ive seen a few people try and come up with their own battle plans and its always really fun and I know brandon would have some hilarious ideas lol

candle

SPOILERS Do you want me to go into every single plotline and character? No, I don’t agree that overall it declined as drastically as you make it out. I think people misunderstood certain characters and were pissed when their fave didn’t come out on top. The fact that most of the fandom thought that Dany should have been on the throne shows the level of media literacy that these people have. Even though people are hellbent that it was somehow out of character (hard disagree) she developed into a tyrant herself and would not have made a great ruler. Her entire claim was over with as soon as we knew about Jon and she still insisted for what? Because she went through stuff? Because she had good intentions once? That‘s not what makes a good ruler. Bran is a neutral being at this point. LITERALLY the best option for the people. Someone who won’t fall victim to greed, desire, manipulation and everything else that caused past rulers to fail. But people threw a fit over it because it’s anti-climactic and they find him boring. If you only wanted your cool badass fighting and dragon riding faves to have a happy ending of course you’d be disappointed. But if you understand GOT as an accurate mirror to how devastating real life and our real history that it’s based on is, you’d never be surprised or thrown off by the ending we got. Again, it’s all about perspective and what your expectations were. The only decline in writing I can agree to is the dialogue/wording but that’s because in earlier seasons they noticeably pulled directly from the books. More episodes would have been great too but no, I would not change a single thing about the events that took place and where every character‘s story went.

james moore

Everyone hate on Bran lol, but his job was to put everyone in place. He was just watching the Night King to see how much time they had before he arrived

Segichi

SPOLIER ALERT !!! I agree with all of your points mostly here ! And thas how it will end in the books and i will have no problem with this being the endpoint for those characters. Danny will go mad and the wheel will be broken with near immortal omnipotent Bran, but that is not my problem, my problem is the road there, Danny's will complete her coinflip as a Queen but we simply will get more points moving her to breaking points, and should get more in the TV show, her lost dragon baby should not be so idiotic, that was the problem in the show it was jarring cos of cut content. Missandei represents more than her friend, she is the symbol of her doing good with slavery ect we just did not get it in the show they have minimal exchanges between them later on. She had all of the claim becouse without her Jon gets nothing, his claim stands on nothing but a passage in a book that is confirmed by his friend. In the books we will get it confirmed by Reed and hopefully his reborn will be more significant than in the show. Jon will kill her but he will not be just moping around and rehashing the same lines constantly. And Bran is not boring in the books becouse he is a character in the show he became nothing not becouse of his new persona but becouse of lack of action and i do not mean swordfights, just simply doing anything. He is the true "good" end, but from the show perspective he did not earn it in any way. Arya can still kill the NK as the prince that was promised could be a princecess and she is a northern princess. The end will look similar to the show but the road there will be drasticly different, and that is my biggest problem we lost so much becouse they had no idea what to do with the characters most of the time. End plot was driving the characters they had no agency.

candle

The earth being a planet. Water being wet. Bears being mammals. Those are objective facts. People with zero media literacy thinking GOT had a bad ending doesn’t make it an objective truth, those are opinions. Even millions of opinions don’t make something a fact.

Zackary Ingold

Brandon really a certified snow demon liaison

candle

I agree mostly except the thing about Jon. In the show, it’s already known and accepted that Bran sees all. He‘s a reliable source. He saw Jon‘s birth and Rhaegar and Lyanna‘s wedding. Thus it‘s confirmed that Jon is the last male heir of House Targaryen, son of the last crown prince. That gives him a stronger claim than Dany. And again, I thought all of Bran‘s dialogue and him being so stoic and emotional was very fitting and interesting to watch. I like cryptic characters. And it’s because of him we knew where the Night King was when it mattered and how close their army was. Imagine if we hadn’t known when they’d attack. That‘s where it comes down to different perspective and tastes

Segichi

In case of Jon, i was mostly thinking in the case of merit and overall power projection, she got the dragons, army, and indisputable claim. Bran is his brother(Bias in the eyes of other people) and his ability might be know but to a few, on the other side everybody that could argue is mostly dead. I also love the Bran crypitc behviour but its just not enough and his lines are very much TV show cyptic not very well written from other characters perspective, lets not forget he is one of major POV's. I simply needed much more from him. I agree that having that information is super important but they also bring with them always winter so you know kinda obvious. It just kinda lacking in terms of scope and impact in the end and thats why people had issue with him being a king. I love the idea of his character but what they showed us is severly lacking.

Honestly41

Also Jon put his love affairs (Ygritte) aside to honor his responsibility (The nights watch) “I have to go home now” Rob Stark actually did the exact opposite. (Red Wedding) Jon Snow was a bastard son who earned king of the north. Not even knowing that he’s actually the rightful heir to the throne. Jon Snow is a DOUBLE KING! There’s no surpassing Jon he’s a top 3-4 character in all of TV.

Kim Cottingham

Love that yall like myself loved that Arya the beast herself killed him. Live jon but Arya ththe baddest beast around, Arya Stark

candle

Yes he is Jon’s relative but I don’t think anyone trusts him to be lying and scheming at this point. He’s too detached to make up things just to see Jon on the throne I’d say. Dany definitely had the force but the entire North stood behind Jon and I feel the rest of Westeros would be inclined to follow him more as well. He‘s known as a hero, from a very honourable house and he spent his entire life in Westeros. Most of the Westerosi see Dany as a foreign invader with an army of savages and they‘re wary because of their memories of the last Targaryen ruler. Him having a legitimate claim just sealed the deal. Do you see any scenario in which Dany could have won/ruled peacefully without conflict? Show wise, not the books

EbonyR

I have been waiting for y’all to see Arya go in for the ultimate kill. Ya’ didn’t disappoint!! It was epic!

Jade

LIL SHAWTYY🤪

Christina

Arya is 1 in my book Jon is 2 I respect it the other way around as well tho ❤️

Shaylamhrs

Best reaction ever🔥🔥🔥

Ailene Evangelista

The reaction to the night king kill was epic as expected. Arya has always been my fave so I’m biased, but I was so hype she was the one to do it! Those last ten minutes I wasn’t breathing.

Carley

37:36 bless you ✨

AllyBoo124

Statute of limitations has me SCREAMING😭 that’s exactly how I felt

Rocinate

“Brown eyes, green eyes…..and blue eyes.”

Segichi

In case of Bran most of the people do not have a clue about his powers ect, those imporant ones he could easly convince about his powers so that is none issue in the end. As for Jon the most important thing is he would never sit on that horrid chair, but that is beside the point. North is not a actor at this point they are beholden to the rest of the kingdoms just to survive i dont know if they could even raise 1000 men properly. After Kings Landing Danny would get killed eventually by somebody propably, but at the same time there is nobody that could properly face her ever, people at this time still despite everything respect power. She has a Dragon and massive army so she could be there for decades. The most important factor is that people would be just too tired to do anything about it, they need food and stability. And there is no coherent Paramouncy anymore beside Vale. The rest is spent completly maybe beside Dorne ( did they ever even mention that Dorne will be ruled by a Princess, Dorans daughter ?). The only thing that could have ever worked for them is co rulership with Jon being Queens King no the other way around and not fucking around with Cersei.

bits

Ooh I love that

Damian Ives

I agree although he’s probably my favorite fictional character all time. I don’t think there’s a more epic back story to finish(yes even with season 8) than his ever written then maybe Ragnar is a close second from Vikings. Hopefully they add that or the last kingdom to the watch list.

Ailene Evangelista

I wanna say this too: Theon’s death completely redeemed him for me. I knew y’all would take him off the GOT list the moment he died lol. His death actually hit me harder than I thought. Looking at the bigger picture, I think he had one of the best character arcs on the show.

Erica Mack

I needed this today. Thank you ❤️

Fallon

We've been on this GOT journey for a while now boys, and I have been waiting for 1:24:24 since day 1. You didn't let me down. By far, thee best reaction on your entire channel! 😄 I love y'all

Courtney Jayd

This was the reaction I was waiting for ! Worth every bit of wait 🤣🤣😂😂😂😭😭😭🔥🔥🔥

Marisa Pardo

Daenerys AND her dragons crying the way they did while Jorah dies in her arms gets me every time. Jorah was a G to the end and even her dragons knew this too. 😢

Erin

This was the highlight of this awful day! 🫶🏾

Rey

THANK YOU for taking ol theon off the list before he died. Man it hurt to see him go

KayleeSabrina

Theon!!!! i cry everytime i see that scene. The way he killed every walker around him on his own at the end. for bran. Theon man ,SO sad to see him go. Im still not over it. <3 he's in my top 3 got character x

Jessica Houser

I've been waiting to see ya'll lose it over Arya coming in clutch! My top 3 characters are Arya, Jon, and Tyrion. For different reasons...but all 3 are the best to me! Everytime Brandon said "Arya was that one..." I got more and more excited for ya'll to see this! You called it from early on...Great job! Thanks for the amazing reaction...it was just what I hoped for! "Leave one wolf alive and the sheep are never safe." 🐺❄️💨🐲👑⚔️☠️

kingBD

My top 3 are the same

Azyia Boo

1:08:08 FINALLY REALIZING THE CRYPT IS A CRYPT!!! Chefs kiss! 1:18:50 RIP Theon!!! He got back in the game but couldn’t finish the season 😭 Adison you had a sad alter call voice on when you called him off the list, almost broke me down

Demon Rick

That little girl lied to yall “Fine i’ll protect the Crypt Then”🤗

Azyia Boo

LETS GOOOOO LIL SHAWTYYYYYYYYY 💖 knocked that man Bran straight out the headphones!!! I’m naming my next kid, dog, fish whoever after Arya! That reaction was the happier version of the Red wedding! Its too late for me to be this hype⛹🏾‍♀️

Tyra

Hey guys, you know Jaquan was training aria for this. He knew she wouldn’t stand with them and that she was meant to be aria Stark. He got her ready to go back.

Amy N

you have no idea how many times I replayed your reaction to the Arya scene LOL top notch reaction as always!! I remember the first time I watched this episode was the day it aired on HBO. I watched it with my best friend in an Irish bar in my town, they had this projector set up and the bar was packed full of GOT fans. me & my best friend held hands the entire time we watched this episode because we were so nervous about what was gonna happened LOL. the bar were completely silent watching this episode.. and when that Arya scene happened, we all just jump from our seat, shouting, jumping, screaming like we've won the World Cup or something lol that was one the best experience I've had!! XD

Constantdev

OMGG I can't REMEMBER the last time I laughed THIS HARD to where my stomach hurt! 🤣🤣 🤣🤣 When y'all saw the giant bust through to get Leana and he smacked her LOL!! Also y'all had the exact same reaction to Arya ending the night king that I did hahah I SCREAMED but had people around so I had to cover my mouth! Probably one of my favorite reactions from y'all really fun watch! Thank you guys for another great episode!

Evolve2Exist

The moment of silence at the end! Mood! 😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂😭😭😭 I also want to say I agree with Adison. Lil Shawty was down for her family but her whole plot was based on revenge, it was never about saving or uniting anyone and that’s why she is Number 2. She saved the day but Jon holds it down everyday! It is what it is. Jon is the 1 never the 2! 😂😂

Azyia Boo

Okay one last thing 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ Adison The Reactor!!!! Wym Arya Scottie Pippin??? She numero Uno HANDS DOWN. She the Michael Jackson of Jackson 5, the Beyonce of Destiny Child, the Deon Sanders of GOT!!! That girl been FOCUSED since ep 1. She never folded and only killed when necessary! She had one mission for 8yrs straight and that baby did that! PUT HER AT NUMBER JUAN JUAN🥇

KayleeSabrina

100% my best story line of the show

Jade Richards

Well done y’all now u need to rewatch it several times and house of the dragon there’s so much hidden info 😏😏😏😏😏you just gotta look for it hope you will be covering the new show to be aird A Knight Of The Severn Kindoms I’m sad it’s over xxxxxx

Constantdev

55 straight nights of filming is NO JOKE

Z

This is one of the top 5 Arya moments I have been waiting for you to get to! When Brandon asked about the blade I was cracking up knowing what was coming.

Z

I didn’t realize how much that would affect them (was focused on the Arya part coming) and when he said come off the list I got chills.

Melinda

Ewww what a weird take to not have Arya at 1 just because she didn’t want to die a virgin. A young lady that is completely grown, who has been taking care of herself for however long. The opinion or character order isn’t eww it’s the reason. Completely sexist and ignorant tbh.

Melinda

My top 3 is also the sameee.

everydaynegroes

It’s a weird take because I don’t want to see someone get busy on screen? Okay I’ll stay weird then 😅 P.S. I told Jon to not get busy in that snow either in case the sexiest card gets pulled again. All love though! Thanks for dropping a comment! 🫶🏾 -Adison

Melinda

Considering that the 85% of the show was them getting busy is just wild to me… so yes, it’s a weird take. She was grown and it seems y’all just had a picture of how you wanted her to stay in your mind.

everydaynegroes

& 100% of that 85% my reaction to anybody doing that has been the same. You’re absolutely right I not only viewed Arya as a young girl but was also unsure if she was even grown while watching things go down the way they did. -Adison

Kay

I have never seen Brandon so overjoyed and ecstatic oh my lord that was worth every episode up until now. Amazing. Perfect. Everything I needed.

The Lilly

Mannnn y'all commentary got me hollering in the dead of night at these people apartment complex😭😭😭 They finna put me outta here man😂😂😂

Shaylamhrs

You can agree or disagree but the fact remains that Arya will forever be #1 top character of GoT

Kyo

I'm fine with agreeing to disagree on the #1 & #2 favs, but some of Addison's arguments were wild imo. Putting the expectation of her being as cunning in regards to political maneuvering as Little Finger and Grandma Tyrell is arguing in bad faith. She started this whole journey as an 11-12 yr old girl and you're comparing her to people that have 40+ yrs on her and the majority of that was in actively in the Game. She had no real world experience to work from when she was like 14 having to hide her identity from Tywin, who at that point was essentially enemy #1. And you're talking about her journey being behind the scenes when Jon spent half the show at the wall with no primary targets after him, just white walkers. And his ops there were a result of his decisions, not ones inherited by name alone like Arya. Jon's stuff was mainly centered around the wall the whole time, while Arya had to keep on the move crossing countries and seas! As a kid! Jon was a full adult and created his own enemies, like Robb did.

Kyo

To be clear though, I truly enjoy when yall get into the debate side of things and feeling out each other's stances and arguing your own points. To me it was just weird to agree more with Brandon who for me is a lil too comfy with being cutthroat for comfort, lol! I usually lean more towards Addison's takes, just *really* not this one, which is totally fine.

Cristina

Pour one out for Lady Lyanna Mormont, the giant slayer

The Emerald Duchess

Arya just saved the whole world! I had to watch your reaction a couple times

Jennifer Daniels

It's so fun watching you guys have the exact same reactions we had all those years ago: "Damn, they gonna send out the Dothraki?" "They can't shoot some fireballs first or something?" "Man, I can't see SHIT." "WHY DIDN'T THEY DO THE FIRE THING FIRST!?!?!" "They aren't going to shoot those damn White Walkers just standing there?" "So Jon is gonna just yell at a damn dragon?" "'Ey, where IS Rhaegal, anyway?" "What the FUCK is Bran doing?" (And Arya screaming at the top of her lungs while she was supposed to be stealthy was just...alrighty then. But she still got the job done!) Now imagine waiting EIGHT YEARS for that basura. Eight...years we'd heard about the Long Night and the Night King, and winter lasted for...what, a night? 7.5 rating on IMDB, and that's being generous. And you also saw why - everybody's plot armor was made of the thickest Valyrian steel. The only real major character we lost was Theon. By the middle of the ep, you KNEW that none of the big guns were going to die - not even Jamie's one-handed ass. There are entire YT vids breaking down how terrible this war was, especially after GOAT battles like Blackwater, Castle Black, BotB, etc. Get mad at me all you want, but y'all KNOW Jon Snow made up those fugazi-ass battle plans. Tywin Lannister would've had those soldiers right and tight! 🤣🤣🤣 Re: Edd's death I'm probably the only GOT fan alive who liked Ser Alliser - yes, he was a miserable bastard, but the man stood on business. And while I watched Sam's fat ass blubbering while Edd got got, his words echoed in my head: "When you're out there beyond the Wall with the sun going down, do you want a man at your back or a sniveling boy?"

Jennifer Daniels

I think men take for granted that for women, it's a privilege beyond belief to be able to choose when you lose your virginity and who to lose it to. I sure as hell didn't get to choose...Tywin's wife Tysha paid dearly for the choice she made...readers remember the horror that happened to Lollys Stokeworth...poor Sansa had the choice made for her (twice!). *I* thought the scene was gratuitous and such obvious fan service, but taking control of her agency - from choosing a sword over sewing needles to putting her life on the line for her little brother and the whole world - is why so many people admired Arya to begin with. Why sooooo many people (mainly men) had such a problem with it, I'll never know. (I kinda wish Jorah had gotten at least a SNIFF of the goodies from the dragon queen. Dany didn't owe him any cheeks, but...you know? Cut the poor guy a break! 🤣)

Jorah should have tied her little ass up and put her in the crypt. I know it was cool to watch her kill a giant and all (yaaaay, fan service!), but her death (along with Jorah's) marks the extinction of House Mormont and leaves the people of Bear Island without a leader.

Melinda

Exactly!!!! Meanwhile I was told the reaction was because they didn't want to see people being intimate on screen.... ON GAME OF THRONESSSSS bahahahaha

Remember when Bran said “I wasn’t sure where you’d go next” to Arya? It’s because he couldn’t see her and her actions because she’s a faceless man. It’s the same reason Bran knew they’d win but didn’t know how. He can’t see her due to her being a “Faceless man” Also Berrick Dondarion was brought back that many times because his whole purpose was to save Arya so she could do what she did. Melisandre was never lying, was simply not sure who she was supposed to follow, serve and save, etc. all of it connects.

IBR a few of Addison's takes throughout be having me like bruh

Rocky🦖

When they aired this I cried when Theon died. He had one of, if not, the best story arcs. Also, Arya 🤌

BrawnaB

Lmao the long pause when it ended was me 😂😂😂

Alysha

I’m late to this post but I teared up when you took Theon off the list. ❤️💔💗😂

Coming back to put this comment in that I read somewhere else which made me cry: “It took the Night King to take out Theon. Not his dad, not his people that betrayed him, Ramsey or his uncle. What is dead may never die!”

William McClintic

Arya knifing through the lane with the cross-over dribble to hit blue eyes.

Season eight was... not the best, in general. But I love that it's Arya who kills the Night King, and they manage to tie it all back to her first lessons: What do we say to the god of death? (Since the Night King is a necromancer, he's basically a god of death since he has full control over the dead)

Chris

Arya understood the assignment.

That backhand had 5 ikes in it 🙂‍↔️

I’ve been wanting to join y’all’s Patreon for a while. After watching this episode on YouTube last night & how excited you were that my favorite character Arya killed the Night King. I had to come watch the full episode. I will be going back through every season on here. Say hey to my 2nd Hometown, Nashville

MamaKat114

Yeah, they should’ve done the dragons first & took out a huge amount, before the Dothraki charged

MamaKat114

1:16:xx when Viseryion wasn’t “working right “. I think Bran was warged into him to keep Jon away

MamaKat114

The way Theon turns his head on the ground to watch the Night King walk towards Bran rips my heart out

MamaKat114

Bran gave Arya the dagger after Little Finger gave it to bran

Rewatching some of these and really wishing I had a 'Snow Demons' shirt to add to my collection! 😂

Tori

There is a fan theory that Melisandre learned a few tricks for the army of the dead while she was gone Bran trying to put his headphones back on lol
