Super excited to finally kick off Lovecraft Country! Osafa will be joining me for this series (which I've been told only has 1 season). Here is our uncut reaction to the 1st episode, hope y'all enjoy.

Thanks again for the submission!

Welcome to your new fav show :)

HBK713🏄🏾‍♂️

Yeaa man they did not want to see us eat with this show. They was like y'all cooking too much after 1 season smfh 🤦🏿

Latinblu

Tempted to watch this reaction, but I watched the series before and the scariest thing to me were the people

Je-Ree O

Wow haven’t watched this one since it aired. Y’all in for a ride

everydaynegroes

You can still catch him on Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, & some of the other shows we have in progress. He has other priorities as well so he won't be able to join us on this particular series. On days he is able to make it the focus is to complete the shows we currently are working on together. -Adison

Shanaꨄ︎

I’ve NEVER clicked on a video so fastttt😭 LET’S GO!

Harmony

Enjoyed it when it first aired and will enjoy taking the ride with you guys!!! Let's go!!! 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾❤️

Keke

Wow this was an unexpected one. If y’all liked Sinners, y’all will probably like this show. There’s an actress that Adison might recognize 😅. Y’all should look into the show Them if you ever have the chance!

Isis Atlantis

It pisses me off that they cancelled this series! it was so good.

courtney 🧚🏽‍♀️

ugh completely understandable lol well luckily osafa is here he’s been a great addition 👏🏽

Rocinate

Let’s go!! Book is awesome as well

Isis Atlantis

18:42 I love that Osafa looks at Adison the same way Brandon does when Adison be saying something wild! LOL

Queen S

I remember this show I only watched this first episode so it's going to be interesting to watch the reactions going into the rest of the episodes blind

Kiana B.

that was michael k williams my favorite actor ever. rip. 😭

Chelsea Turner

Oh wow this is a very pleasant surprise 😁

Chelsea Turner

I hope you guys watch the whole series, it's so good. Don't know why it was canceled.

Netta S

Yayyyyy I’m so excited for this yall are in for a treat!!!

Netta S

Interesting enough there are still sundown towns today and some of those signs still are up…coming from the deep south in Alabama we definitely move with caution in specific places especially after dark

Fallon

Yes! So glad y'all decided to react to this series. It is SO GOOD, and yes all of the actors did they thang! Definitely should've had at least a second season.

Avishai

Im not gone lie, I like Osafa. But why cant we do the trio reactions?

everydaynegroes

Time. When I’m able to record with Brandon our priority is to finish the series we already have started (which are more than 8+). Brandon has other things he does throughout the week so it would be irresponsible for me to try to start another series that I know we wouldn’t be able to complete in a timely manner. you can still catch him on Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, Vikings, etc. but you will also see a few other shows kick off either including or just with Osafa as well. -Adison

Avishai

I get it. Yall be reacting in there all day everyday lol.

everydaynegroes

And I will be! But as far as my cohosts I have to make sure I don’t burn them out. ✊🏾 -Adison

Violet

This is such a good show! You should also check out the Watchmen it was one season on HBO and it was a really good mix of actual history, sci-fi, and superheroes it's nothing like that crappy movie with the same name, the show is amazing. It's how a lot of people including myself learned about the Tulsa City massacre in the twenties.

Violet

It is SUCH a waste! An incredible cast, incredible plot, and fantastic writing!! It deserved multiple seasons!!!

Netta S

Omg them was amazing fingers crossed they give that one a try also!

Dandy Means

You guys should check out hap and Lenard it's a good series too it has three seasons

Nicky A

Hippolyta is a Greek Goddess(yes I'm a Greek and Roman mythology nerd.)

Jijireacts!

y’all should react to SEVERANCE!! it is only 2 seasons and it so so crazy you would love it

jasmin

lol hot cheeto girl gotta be one of the best nicknames yet up there with lady stronjaw and build gates

jasmin

whew i remember hearing about em all up and down the gulf states growing up vinton in the boot cullman in bama it’s rough being a transplant up north cause they still got them places-feel like even more up north-but i never learned about em

jasmin

jurnee smollett is his sister she the first famous smollett though courtesy of eve’s bayou and several other credits

jasmin

some of the best series only one season i swear

Dana Launius

Oh yes! This gives me more inspiration to watch it. 🙏🏼 It’s been on my list. Can’t wait to catch the reaction 💖

Dangerouskoala

def a good watch this show got me into reading when the trailer dropped i could not wait to watch it so i read the book and Ive been reading ever since. Its like a hack almost for not having to wait for most tv shows and movies which are adaptations.

Cynn N.

The early access is definitely worth the price. This was the main show my friends & I watched at the height of the pandemic, very wild ride with great storytelling.

Cristina

Damn that's sad :( there were tons of theories swirling around at the time.

Hanna

I heard they canceled it just because of racial stuff and they didn't like who knows tho...cause she had this whole big vision for season 2 she talks about like the US split into 2 separate sections look it up

Hanna

Yesss

Joi Rene

Been working 3rd shift again and missed this one!?!?!?! Yessir

Latrell Bulgin

It got cancelled cause they hate to see a black creator winning and that's the truth

Honestly41

I think it got canceled because it was exposing too much history

Curtis Rice

Finally got a membership again after a couple months off, got a lot to catch up on. I like this show, recently bought some Lovecraft graphic novels.

Sabrina Bookert

It was canceled because it was a limited series based off of one book and they finished the book. The idea for the second season was completely different (and also awful) no one picked up the second season but she (the creator) was only contracted for one season.

La Toya Sheri

This was such a good show. I wish it wasn't canceled.

Crazy Taco

He knew the sheriff's name because leti's brother did research on the town before they went there

Carlo

Bruh you gotta understand our history.. You live in Tennessee how you don’t know fam.. how? Much love brother but How?
