Let's go!! Hope you keep up with this and then do a It: Chapter 1 and It: Chapter 2 (the modern movies) reaction because this is a prequel series to the movies.

FIFAara

Letsgooo man i love yall happy new year

Rah29

😎

Harmony

Wow! I can't believe yall doing this! You're in for a ride! 🎵A Smile is Something Special🎵🤡

Melanie

YES!!!!!

Carrie Petty

Ooh, hold on, I need to go put ribbons in my hair.

keniseee

This was hilarious watching live with everybody else😂😂😂

Missy

So Happy, you guys decided to watch this!

Keke

Yess I’m so happy y’all are watching this 🎈.

Adam Beiter

Oh my gosh you guys are going to love this show

Adam Beiter

This show takes place 27 years before the movies

Jayden Mckenzie

Happy new year guys, much love and God bless!

Blackberryicng

The time stamp is the 60's because the sign school signs says the turtle says duck and cover. During the 60's schools use to tell kids if a nuclear bomb drop. Duck under the desk and cover your head. The fear of a nuclear war during the 60's had a lot of people on edge.

Radiance

I hope the next movie watch is IT chapter 1 & 2, and then continue the series so they can make the connections in the show.

Blackberryicng

You don't meet the clown until espiode three. It's a good show please continue. Once you watch the whole thing you realize that IT is not scary as you think. Especially, once you find out more information on his orgins.

Crazy Taco

Let's gooooooooooooo hell yea yall better do the films after it chapter 1 and 2

Webster

Great show. Almost perfect season

Usedappendix

yall should do the Saw series with James, since he likes new ways to execute people lol

Ginger Elle Nichols

OMGGGGG…. I just screamed 😭😭😭😭😭… Yesssss let’s start this pennywise journey 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽💙💙💙💙💙💙…… Love yall so much 😩

MyssJackson

Please watch the movies so y'all can appreciate this show even more! It's so many easter eggs and direct connections

Jay

I’m so excited to see your reactions to this show it was one of my favorites of this year! you guys should watch a lore video of the it universe it can get very confusing very fast.you miss a lot of hidden details and Easter eggs if you haven’t seen the movies or read the book. I would love to see your reactions to the it movies.

JSaustin95

We need a Terrifier movie series reaction with James on board! Since he appreciates creativity lol

Queen S

Ofasa expression was priceless that's the same expression I had when I watched this my daughter talked me into watching this, this show is insane 😱

Courtney Jayd

That’s for yo daddy to do is crazy considering sis’ situation lol 😭

Avishai

Welcome to Derry is a very well written show. I came for horror and found insporation

JSaustin95

I'm enjoying this show but I'm sorry, why would she take her ring off and leave it at her dad's work.. but most importantly why would her dad climb ontop of exposed gears looking for it?🤣🤣🤣 I'll give them a pass but I thought it was pretty funny how unrealistic that story was lol

Usedappendix

euro trip!!! Scotty doesnt know!!

LilMsMoi

Yay!! 🎉 This was a great series!

Dmontae Sims

You guys should watch the IT movies

ericg0724

👀!! Damn let’s get it! Have yall seen the movies? I think it’s better to watch the movies first. Also Stephen king wrote this story decades before stranger things was even thought of.

MyssJackson

Stranger Things was inspired by Stephen King's IT

Radiance

🤣 they would ban us all if we suggested Terrifier

Crazy Taco

Lol great reaction can't wait for the rest stick with it yall its very much worth it

La Toya Sheri

Omg sooo excited for this one!!!! Let's go

La Toya Sheri

You guys will love this series. Have yall seen the IT movies yet? They are good too. I just watched the 90s IT a couple weeks back for the first time.

La Toya Sheri

Tbh that birth scene imo is the most gruesome in the entire series. Osafa would enjoy this series too It's wayyyy more than being about the clown trust me. Race issues, abuse issues bullying alot of things happen in this show.

Jess Tyrell

You guys will fuck with this show trust me

Leesa S.

Osafa now what you know abt EuroTrip?? (Scotty Doesn't Know) 🤣🤣🤣

Fi

it gets even sicker lol buckle up

Usedappendix

it said 1962 yall missed it talking :P

Shennon

Her Dad did not go into gears looking for her ring. He went back into the warehouse to look for the ring and there was a problem at one of the machines. He tried to help fix the gears because "He always tried to help" per Lily. Stephen King actually wrote a short story called The Mangler that had a similar story of a demonic laundry press... reminded me of that... I am guessing intentionally

Shennon

*27 years 😉

MIGUZI

Yes now to get more supernatural

Shennon

My daughter came downstairs asking me what I was laughing so hard at... watching this reaction was really fun! I enjoyed the IT movies and also the 90s TV series. I agree that the guys need to see the movies for more context

JSaustin95

Thank you for clarifying! I was hoping I missed something she said lol

Hannah Castillo

Idk if anyone's ever suggested this but I really hope one day they react to Jennifer's body!🙏🏼😭😩

Shennon

Adison- I won't lie. I initially thought the same thing about the pickles that you did!!!

KennethLu

We can be friend brother O Eurotrip is one of my favorite comedy in my teenage years the edn family should consider adding it to the list itll be a fun and refreshing movie from all the horror and crap we have to hear from Walt

KennethLu

May I also ask if anyone or the edn family member could answer me itll be great thank you in advance the question is if i sub to the 25 or 30 dollar tier do i get one suggestion per month or just one suggestion period?

Tomeisha Wade

Yayyyy we want more of this show!

Sam

Omg this show is so good!!! So excited for these reactions!

Missy

Don’t give up on this series, you guys have to finish the series, it is more than the gory stuff, there is a legit storyline and you will fall in love with the characters. The kids in this one can really act!

Nene

Ooo .. yall should watch The Faculty if yall haven’t. It’s a movie.. with usher as a youngin.

Lamarr Clarke

You Got To Get The Whole Gang For This Fam .. Trust Me

I DO HAVE GUTS NEGAN☠️

Sooooo proud of yall to agree to watch this !!!! Thank U !!! Great watch, never seen a horror show written like this

tksilent

did yall never watch the movies? kids are not off limits lol

Reggie Riobe

this season is amazing...trust me. this was funny watching y'all reaction to a good show

Chris Ogungbe

The whole it franchise is the opposite of team save the babies 😂

Karena Benford

Let Osafa know that Stranger Things took their inspiration from IT which was written in the 80's and had a miniseries in 1990.

Adam Beiter

Pretty sure that's what I said 😭

A. P.

Someone else might have already said this, but this was not made to compete with Stranger Things so much as Stranger Things is heavily inspired by Stephen King and It is a Steven King property therefore the apparent resemblance.

A. P.

Eat all of me 😂 lmao nahh fr Yeah this show didn't give a EFF about killing kids on screen, it was shocking lol

Decolonial

I can't lie. Reading comments from people giving very basic info that 99% of people already know about IT and Stephen King to EDN (who fall into the 1% of people who know very little about IT and Stephen King) is hilarious.

everydaynegroes

This is the crew for this series! My other cohosts will be on other shows that we wrap up or different upcoming content. -Adison

Nene

I’d loveeee to see them react to that. I love that movie down lol

LizB

I watched the finale. The first episode is crazy and you don’t know where it’s going. But this is a really good show.

Sam

This show is one of the best things that come out in 2025

LizB

Eurotrip

LizB

IT inspired Stranger Things.

tyronne jones

It’s definitely interesting watching reactions from people who are unaware of pennywise and his powers 😂 so this will be a fun season

Dangerouskoala

Okay I’ve heard them say it before but from this reaction I can definitely tell by his face Osafa do not like the scary shows/movies 😂

Margo Sedai

It is team eat the babies lol

Ciarah C

I need Osafa to keep at it loll

PlayBoiiTrey

lol osafa gotta fight through it lmao this might be better than stranger things.

Lamarr Clarke

Say less But They Definitely Gotta Watch It On They Own

Marrkaink

LMAO James is overly funny

ryung246

Another Stephen King series y'all would love is '11.22.63' - It's only 8 episodes... It's a time travel, murder mystery, thriller where someone travels back in time to try & prevent the assassination of JFK - I won't give any further spoilers or explanation but it should definitely be on your list... The whole show is amazing but the ending is phenomenal, and elevates it to being one of the GOAT's...

SimplySteph215

Poor Osafa 😂 I feel u man I stopped watching after like episode four or something I was just too scared but I’ma keep going because my fiancé keeps putting it on 😩🤣

Jacena

LMAO James is wild 😂😂😂😂😂😂 he here for ideas and then “look at my roof” 😂😂

Ashleigh

I tried to watch IT and I couldn’t get through the entire movie because clowns really freak me out man…. So ima try to watch this with ya’ll but maybe only in the daytime 😅

StephMurph

Y'all got me crying laughing at these reactions 🤣

StephMurph

I think think they casted this amazing well to line up with the later generation of kids the movies were based on. You can definitely tell who belongs to who between the show and the movies

Shennon

Agreed! His face during the end @ the movie theater.. had my laughing!

JM

Been holding off from watching Welcome to Derry but lets go! Are y'all not familiar with the IT series? I would've recommended the first two (new) films before this. It answers a lot of questions.

MeowCITY* 🐈‍⬛

Osafa is hilarious when it comes to scary movies/shows, he low key likes the thrill of it but doesn’t want to admit it 🤣. Also, James belongs in the GoT universe with the way he reacts sometimes lol

JOSÉ.

You don't need to watch the movies to enjoy the show but y'all should still watch the movies. It'll help with connecting some of the characters you've met and will meet. And it's a fun watch! P.S. Eff dem kids 🌚🎈

chrisrumpy

Was out decades before stranger things

Nightcrawler247

You guys should REALLY watch the first two movies before continuing. Then I reccomend The Shining and Dr. Sleep after that for just some pretty cool Easter Eggs and understanding some less important details better.

Nightcrawler247

You kinda do for the end of the season to make sense. So I imagine that for future seasons you definately do.

Wolfy! Wolfi! Wolfé!

I always hated IT the books and the movies but...I heard it's really good xD so imma try it with u!

Wolfy! Wolfi! Wolfé!

Having now watched the first episode....it's trying way too hard to be shocking. I mean c'mon. I knew that little girl was going to get offed when she appeared but I thought it would take a few episodes and not like that. It was like watching Sam get killed on TWD except Sam was annoying, like I felt bad but he was annoying. These kids weren't. Nah no thanks idk even as a horror afficiando...I think I gotta pass lol

Marc Cephas

Kids are the main course

Marc Cephas

Y’all need to watch the movies first 😂😂😂

lauren j.

The show and story is really and I think better than the 2 IT movies. But if you already have a bias of not liking IT than it ain't for you, haha.

Zion

How do I join the discord I been trying to

AztecEtzli

Scott doesn't know - eurotrip reference lol

Darron

Please Watch the Movies It chapter 1 & 2 too

Chantal

This show is soooo good

Chantal

It gets better

keniseee

At 18:43 Adison called out the kids and said “y’all gon die” so basically it’s your fault ad😂😂😂

jasmin

lol not yall tryna make it through that intro scene with jazmine sullivan

jasmin

i probably aint got it right but from the little i learned about the military from watching battlestargalactica i think the higher rank raise up thei handlast

Austin Hogan

One of the best shows that I have seen in a minute

Austin Hogan

He uses a pacifier and has no good family to speak of he gets a cute little family to take him in and the baby to kill him that’s messed up

Emelia Hunt

so glad you're watching!

Dani D

DON'T WASTE ME!!
