This group right here is top tier lol

Khay'n Xafir

my favorite reaction series at the moment!

Austin Hogan

Personally, if I was, Rob, I would’ve challenged carstark to trial by combat because it’s a little bit more fair

FindingMyJoi

6:00 That’s Walk Hard! I actually think that would be a great movie to react to. It’s hilarious.

Caleb Weir

No walking dead today?

Nancy KD

Not only am I a bookworm 📕 🐛 , I’ve written 3 books. “Dark Bayou,” “Dark Carnival,” and “Dark Legacy.” 😊 I only did the shameless plug because you asked about bookworms, so please feel free to delete if shameless plugs are not permitted 🤣

Violet

I'm 100% a bookworm. We were too poor for a TV, growing up, so my dad got us into reading. I could read before I started kindergarten, and The Hobbit is the first real book I read, as a kid. My dad always made a big deal out of it when we finished a book and it was always fun when we did our first cover to cover in one day! Speed reading and memorizing the Bible was a big part of it, too. I still love reading and Tolkien aka Lord of the Rings is still my favorite but The Dark Tower series is my favorite sci-fi and the Dean Koontz Frankenstein books are the series I'd recommend to ANYONE!!!

nattyindi

They need to watch the Histories and Lore, a lot of these questions they have will be answered and it's a deeper dive than Addison can provide

Targary

the citadel is a place like a university to study the history of westeros and some become “pastors” or “doctors”………also rob was king because he defeated rhaegar the heir to the throne and plus rob is half targaryen

Tatiahna Scotland

Must we pause for discussions? Save your questions for the discussion afterwards lol

Cloud

I'd rather they pause rather than talk over a scene, but I suppose its preference.

Rachel Trainor

When Gendry said “You wouldn’t be my family. You’d be m’lady”. He wasn’t saying she’d be his underage girlfriend or some shit lol. He meant being like family to Arya is impossible bc of their class divide. Here’s why: All he knows right now is - he is a commoner and a bastard of someone. (Low class/shameful). But Arya is a “lady” meaning “a girl or woman of noble birth” in olden times. Socially they are not even close to equal, so it wouldn’t be appropriate or respectful for him to have the audacity to be a part of her life. He knows this. That was his way of saying it.

Targary

if seeing men kiss each other makes you physically uncomfortable then that’s something you need to work on within yourself. missing a whole scene because you starting to sweat seeing men kiss is wild

Cloud

Oh, fair enough!

KING Guyton

The reason why Robert became king was mostly because he led the rebellion against the Mad King hence why it was called (Robert's Rebellion) he killed prince Rhaegar heir to the Throne. Robert's grandmother was also a Targaryen so he had the strongest Claim to the Iron Throne

Rachel Trainor

As someone who has dated men and women. It hurts when people find your way of expressing love and affection revolting. I love these guys. They brighten my day. But they’re more grossed out by men kissing than they are of someone getting their head split in half by an axe 😕

Targary

i love their reactions too! they are GROWN men acting like this. i’ve never seen this from other reactors.

Cloud

Agreed. I'll even say... I understand some people have had different upbringings. Through no fault of their own, they may have had a lot of anti-LGBTQ stuff imprinted on them. I get it if some people are uncomfortable seeing it... BUT please be mature about it. Gay people exist. Its really hurtful & unnecessary to broadcast your disgust with someone's identity.

Jen Bee

Idk, so far, it’s the other guys asking the questions. I like seeing them so interested in learning more. But I especially like seeing Adison pausing while they talk during dialogue like we’ve all been begging! 😂

Tatiahna Scotland

Yeah sometimes they ask questions, which makes total sense. But Adison will literally pause the show to ask them questions and it’s not necessary during the watch.

Targary

if they have a problem with it then they need to stop doing reactions because it’s in the GOT universe and isn’t going anywhere

Christian

James asks some good questions. i think you do need to see the bonus content to get the whole story. like why Jaime got the position on the kings guard. if i remember right, the mad king did it to piss off Tywin, since being on the kings guard meant Tywin's preferred heir wouldn't inherit anything.

Layla

And but they don’t look away when it’s two women kissing 🤔 or grossed out

Moondragon1821

My mom was a reader, mainly romance novels. I spent my youth bouncing back and forth between video games and books. Picked up her romance novels around 9-10 ( way too young but ended up writing a few romance novels and novellas as I got older, starting with roleplaying in AOL chatrooms in my tween/teen years. xD ). This current generation barely even read books for school. I can't imagine. My youth was spent reading Newberry Award books and kids these days are graduating high school without having read the classic/standard books we read in class. It's crazy.

Moondragon1821

I'm really wondering if one of Addison's comments was on purpose or just happened to line up? I literally can't even quote the line for fear of spoilering. But let's just say, many of us didn't expect that scene in season 8 before the dark episode.

Tatiahna Scotland

Adison, it’s simple, the citadel is the place where men study and learn to become maesters. You watched it already😂

Tatiahna Scotland

It’s normal for people to feel uncomfortable about certain things. No one has the authority to dictate how anyone feels or should feel.

Landon

Addison you act like you’ve never watched the show at all

Layla

Why don’t they do the same when it’s a women & women or women or man 🤔

KassyL

I've always thought of the citadel as med school for the maesters

La Toya Sheri

First time watch for me. Let's get it!

Zaki Payne

I keep hearing y'all say Milk of Magnesia. Y'all know that is a strong laxative, right? It's not a beautiful thing. lol

Zaki Payne

Robert became king because he lead the rebellion and all the people in power chose him since he had the most Targaryen blood in his veins. His grandmother was Rhaelle Targaryen, daughter of King Aegon V.

Tatiahna Scotland

Because they’re straight men… why would they enjoy two men kissing? Furthermore, they have skipped or covered scenes with a man and woman…

jessica diora

Really good discussion about Jamie. i love that scene with brienne. also enjoying Von and Osafa. the whole group is so locked in.

Chrissy C

I wholeheartedly agree. I think what annoyed me most was when they started shouting at him to cover it up as soon as they saw two men kissing. Just kissing. I think I feel more disappointment than anger.

Crazy Taco

Long John silver is wild lmao

Targary

feeling uncomfortable and acting disgusted is 2 different things. they don’t act the same way when sexual assault is happening on screen

Layla

Oh okay

Knazy

LMAO whooo gasped like that when they saw Princess Shireens face 😂😭

SilentNecrosis

Thanks for clarifying this cause I was about to.

everydaynegroes

I’m aware of what the show and its characters refer to the citadel as I just wanted to know what the actual definition was. I have an image of it in my head but wanted to see what the wording would look like vs what I would assume the wording was. A quick Google search never hurt anybody. 😅 -Adison

everydaynegroes

No ma’am I won’t delete! In fact tell me more! -Adison

Targary

we’re not arguing that it’s the acting DISGUSTED when they were literally just kissing or even showing affection

Mishka Viscardi

yeah but, James asked what the Citadel has to do with the Maesters specifically in the world of the show and you couldn't answer his question Adison 😅

Cloud

No one is saying they have to enjoy those scenes. Just be respectful. "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it."

Crazy Taco

Guys adison and osafa yall who are watching a knight of the 7 kingdoms lil baby Shirleen just literally spelled it out for yall she told ser davos this story is about king aegon and his dragons see these 3 letters a,e and g they are pronounced like Egg...EGG!!!

Avishai

its so funny watching Adison try not to spoil stuff. Bro, we all had google/youtube and could get context to the map and the houses and what places are, like the citadel without spoiling ourselves when season one was airing lol.

Avishai

To the conversation about Jorah and the other knight. I get his point. you can be friends with a changed man but the people arent gonna wanna see him or be under his authority in any way. You gotta cut him. its the same as being wed to someone for politics but chosing another for love. you cant be selfish with you loyalties when youre in a position of power.

Jhon

I still don’t understand the blocks… we know what this show entails, we know it’s not suited for anyone that’s not an adult. Plus, we’re paying for the full experience. So what’s the deal with the block? It’s just a question but it’s honestly bothering. No shade, I’m just curious why you insist on making it a thing throughout the reactions.

Lisa Marie

You talk too much over good dialog. Just pause the video. Alot of us feel this way.

Amber

Adison brought this up on a livestream not too long ago and he basically said that he just doesn’t like to show those images from a moral standpoint. He said he just didn’t feel the need to show the nudity like that.

💜 Hannah 💜

i think James would love to watch the Histories and Lore videos, obv not passed the season he's watching. because he like to know a lot of the ins and outs of what happens and The Rebellion backstory. Addison doesn't know how to respond to them, even though he's seen it (because unlike us sad people he hasn't watched it 12 times🤣)

Amber

I’m not saying it is. I’m just relaying what he said in his livestream when the blocker was brought up. I took it as he personally didn’t feel morally comfortable putting those images out there. Although I’m sure he can speak for himself on the topic again.

Tianah Morales

All the books for this world are amazing.. so well written and exciting to know more about

Tianah Morales

Not the gasp when seeing Shirlene’s face 😭 poor baby lol

Sam

😂 I love Von talking about his wedding to Dany

Jacena

5:15 Von asking the right questions 😂😂😂 James why you gasp like that?!?! 🤣

Dante

Another reason i think he does it as well is cause he streams the reactions (or atleast he did at one point i believe idk if he still does). For example if he was to stream it on Twitch & not censor it; it could result in a instaban

Landon

Facts he was literally asking is that where men go to learn how to be a maester

Roland Giles

Maaan, let me holla at James right quick. This man looks like the only one intrigued enough to find out about the history of this world -- and he can't get a good answer from nobody. Jamie didn't become a King's Guard under the Mad King Aerys off of some "come up". He was made into a knight of the King's Guard by King Aerys as a slight... a disrespect, an insult, what-have-you... to Lord Tywin to rob Tywin of his heir. - WHY? - Because the Mad King had a vicious, seething jealousy of Tywin Lannister. Tywin may have acted as Hand of the King to Aerys, but these two did NOT like each other. To be King's Guard means you have to forego any lands, titles, or inheritance to become a servant of the realm, more specifically the King. Jamie was Tywin's sole son as heir to Casterly Rock. Having Jamie ordained as a knight in the King's Guard meant that Tywin essentially had no son as his heir. (And we all KNOW Tywin's feelings toward Tyrion, so THAT wasn't going to be an option.) - Anyways, all this and many other questions (by James) could be answered just by watching the History and Lore vids to understand the world and its history. They don't spoil anything; they simply fill you in on the backstory and information the series wasn't able to provide onscreen.

Dan

good breakdown

Khay'n Xafir

The rebellion chose Robert as their King because he had some slight claim to the throne because he is partially Targaryen generations removed. Thats why Robert became King rather than Tywin

Nancy KD

Oh wow thank you so much! It’s greatly appreciated, my friend. My books are modern paranormal fiction, dealing with Traiteurs, which are what we call faith healers in Louisiana. I’m from Louisiana, and the first book takes place in the Lafayette/Abbeville area of Louisiana. The second book takes place in New Orleans, and the third book takes place in Paris and then back to the Lafayette/Abbeville area. Mix in a little voodoo and good versus evil. These books are a trilogy and tell the story of Leigh Benoit, who moves back to Louisiana to take care of her orphaned niece after her brother‘s mysterious death. Just search Nancy K. Duplechain on Amazon. My books were even optioned for a TV series for a little while. It hasn’t happened yet, and I’m not sure it will happen, but it was nice to be thought of for a little while.🤣

Tyler Renshaw

I’m sure you know but Jon and redhead gal are married in real life. She must not have needed a shower too bad 😂

everydaynegroes

lol what? You may have to elaborate on this one. 😅😭 -Adison

everydaynegroes

Shout out to you!!! One of these days I’ll be apart of the group too! -Adison

Rachel Trainor

This clears up a lot for me too. I incorrectly thought that Jamie chose to be a part of the king’s guard as an excuse to stay around his sister instead leaving to rule Casterly Rock or something. Knowing the Tywin bit makes it all make sense. Thanks!

Landon

Talm bout when he asked is the citadel where men go to learn how to be maester and you didn’t really give him a solid answer

Cleo Griffith

Lol at Cersie laughing at Therion because his daddy told him he has to marry Sansa then got her face cracked when daddy told her she's going to marry Laris a boy young enough to be her son and not only that he doesn't like girls and as a plus she has to get pregnant.

Roland Giles

You're not entirely incorrect. It's just that I didn't want to go that deep into the lore with it. But yes, that was also part of the book's narrative - albeit from Jamie and Cersei's perspective. And if you know the books and how it crafted its stories, then you'll also know that we get the insight and perspective of other characters and their perceptions. But with regard to Jamie's "comeuppance" to the King's Guard, let's just say - to keep things short and sweet - that it had more to do with some devilish, conniving decisions of Mad King Aerys, than it did with some young, fool hearty plot by Jamie and Cersei to stay together - LOL. Which ended up backfiring ANYway! -- Let's put it this way. After the deed was done, Tywin was SO pissed - he feigned some kind of illness so as to leave; resigned as Hand of the King; went back home to Casterly Rock; and get this... TOOK Cersei WITH him. LOL - so these two dim-witted, plotting-@ss lovebirds ended up being separated ANYway.

Christian

What I really like about the books is that things happen for a lot of different reasons. So everything feels super rational. Jaime wanting to be near Cersei was also part of it.

Malachi Barnes

but they got rid of the dragons in that timline. right now in ser duncan timeline there is no dragons so how could tthat have been about him

Crazy Taco

Its not that us about aegon the 4th egg is the 5th not saying hes the same one more pointing out that the name has egg in it

Koko_Rootz

U guys miss so much of the dialogue

meer.omerta

the langues in game of thrones are real languages now that people study i might make my back yard a country and make valryian our language

Elijah

If I could make a suggestion it would be to watch the intro as it changes episode to episode and depends on the locations that appear in said episode and I notice a bit of a long winded convo about confusion on where certain characters are and watching the intros I think would help A LOT imo

Tea Drinker

Alt Shift X has some great videos on lore

rdotoro

Where's the rest of the series???

Dakotah E.

How can I join the Discord?

Vic

The problem with the States is they’re too honorable to have a network of spies like they do in the south. If they had spies they would’ve known Bolton had Jaime and maybe those boys wouldn’t have been murdered.

Bradley Duke

Have you guys stopped this series?

Jijireacts!

If we want to put it truthfully; kissing and romantic interactions happen between both men and women with each other and the opposite all throughout the show, so if they can't watch it just because they are straight, they shouldn't watch the show. Also, they live in 2026 where people in the LGBTQ+ community live everywhere, so it shouldn't be uncomfortable for them to see love between gay men or gay women, it's very normal. I don't personally care that they don't show the nudity (that makes more sense to me, its a personal choice), but immediately saying cover it up because a man is kissing another man is taking it too far. Like I said, we live in 2026 where gay people are everywhere and these types of interactions are going to keep occuring in the show, so getting 'uncomfortable' by seeing it is something they have to contend with and unlearn their own biases. my thoughts remain the same with opinions of Will from stranger things; as the sole gay main character in that show. all that being said, great reaction and looking forward to season 4!

Tatiahna Scotland

You don’t get to dictate what people should or shouldn’t be comfortable watching. Let it go 😂 regardless of what you like, it’s not for everyone and they don’t have to enjoy it to appease anyone. Yes it’s 2026, they haven’t disrespected anyone, they simply decline, and that’s fine.

Targary

girl you’re still going? go take a nap!

Buddy Calhoun

“Me and dany wedding” 😂😂

Ashleigh

Think of the Citadel as like medical school

Persa

People can't help how the feel but they can help how they behave. Having said that, these kinds of feelings lead to electoral results, public policies and laws. I am a lesbian in my 50s, I grew up in Southern Baptist church in Mississippi. Christianity has done more harm than good for women and anyone who is not traditionally masculine or feminine. What happened to Love thy neighbor? If you can watch all the violence in nearly every frame of GOT, adult humans being sexual or affectionate shouldn't make you crash out. Think and feel how you wish but we are real human beings who want to support your reactions because we enjoy the panel but not the macroaggressions.

Persa

Anyone worried about morality should not be watching GOT. There are some good people but even those character are not always moral. There are so many things WORSE in this show than nudity, that is why I am confused.
