The Bear and the Maiden Fair is a popular song in the GoT universe. In the books multiple characters sing it at one time or another. One scene specifically is when Sansa is telling Lady Olena and Marjorie that Joffery is a monster. Olena has her fool sing it at the top of his lungs so the spies/ other guests don't hear what they are saying. I think a couple of times it is in the show. If you search on YouTube you can easily find the entire song.
