Let's go! I want to add onto this response... This was a very interesting episode, and really the first true turning point of the series. Now you've gotten a chance to see how loss can literally almost destroy a person, down to their soul. Morally speaking, Travis was wrong (especially surrounding the death of Andres), but he was justified in offing those other two clowns... Here is a philosophical question, to which I already know the answer from 2 of 3 EDN bros... How far would you go to avenge a loved one that you are close to and they were taken away from you? As a calm and rational individual, I would very likely end up seeing red. Now from Madison's perspective, ... (a moment's thought..) she is impulsive, and the entire Clarke family, with the exception of Nick up until this point has not taken a life willingly... With that being said, I want to say that without any spoilers... if you thought Season 2 was something, just wait until you roll into Season 3.... I also hope that y'all do some live reactions with Season 3 because both Seasons 3 & 4 are definitely on another level...

It was Madison’s influence. She kept yelling at him to get the keys. He probably felt wrong for standing there and watching the fight. He wanted to be a hero. At my job they tell us, “don’t be a hero.”

At the last minute Andres lifted the gun in the air and shot the bullets, he wasn’t going to kill Travis in g that room, and then Alicia stabbed him as a reflex.

I don’t know why, but in the first season I thought Travis still had feelings for Liza(Chris mother). Travis might have been cheating with Madison at the school they both worked at, and that’s how they hooked up, because Travis and Madison are not married. I think that’s why Chris resented his father so much. Chris felt that way before the apocalypse. The apocalypse just intensified the anger Chris had towards his father.

In the first season, Liza was in nursing school and trying to raise Chris she may or may not have been receiving help from Travis with child support etc. That’s another reason why Chris was so rebellious towards his father. Anyway, the Clarks are all Travis has left.

"Brother" T???? nahhhh. he doesn't deserve being called brother. The only part about Madison searching for Nick that makes me mad is the fact that she turned on the lights. But her being worried about her 19-year-old son who's wherever in Mexico, will never make me dislike her. Even though she did neglect Alicia a little bit we also have to remember this is the apocalypse. And she's looking for her son who is lost in another country. But I do understand Alicia being like why am I not enough? Because Madison's focus on Nick started before the apocalypse because of Nick's addiction. I don't get y'all anger at Travis for leaving to find his 16-year-old son in the middle of nowhere. And he was thinking about Madison because he realized Chris was a danger. He tried to help his son and he realized he was beyond helping. So he left. I don't think that's a betrayal towards Madison at all. He left to go help his mentally ill son, hoping he could fix him. And if those boys told Travis that Nick could possibly be alive, somewhere, I would fully support him going to look for his son. That is his literal Blood. I cannot fault him for trying to save his mentally ill son in the middle of an apocalypse in a foreign country. Madison would do the same. Everybody should do the same. I'm not just going to be told, My child could be dying under a tree and not go look for them.

The reason i stopped watching fear the walking dead as opposed to walking dead was because the main characters they showed us were mad tripping up untill this point , now that im here, might as well continue 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

I’m catching up on this season and the amount of craziness in these comments. Smh, it’s just a show but there’s no way Travis can just kill an innocent dude and people excuse it because he’s grieving. Those folks don’t know him and they barely know Alicia and Madison, AND he just killed one of their family members. Goes to show you how being a main character excuses your actions vs the actions of other/recurring characters 😂.

Sometimes people are way too critical of what the main characters were doing. It's easy to sit comfortably on our couches at home and assume that making the right decisions in a world that's fallen apart, full of walkers, with no laws, after losing loved ones; is easy. People do terrible things in our current world for no reason other than ego and greed. I'm critical of the characters too because right is right and wrong is wrong. But honestly, I can't even imagine what it would feel like to live in a world like that, trying to survive while doing everything you can to not become the things you defend yourself against.
