The writing on this series is INSANE!!!

Don't get me wrong I love a good movie but often times when I see limited series I'm reminded about how much more of a story you can flush out without having to condense it into less than 2 hours. Don't get me wrong this series is MESSY lol but entertaining none the less! This is our uncut reaction to episode 3, Let's get it!

This is my first time watching this series so I don't know if this is a spoiler or not, but I have a prediction about who all's involved in the murder(s) that I'd like to share. If you don't wanna have anything influencing your watching experience stop reading now. If you have seen the show please don't confirm or deny (at least outright) whether I'm on to something or not. *POTENTIAL SPOILER* I have a feeling that Lexy and Catherine are the same person. It's not an uncommon trope in murder mysteries that someone who was overweight and bullied as a kid goes through a crazy transformation and then acts out a revenge plot as an adult, and showing her getting assaulted in school makes a pretty clear case for that. Not to mention her husband casually buying a whole kidnap/murder kit (painters plastic. duct tape, zip ties, bleach) at the store and yeah maybe they're doing some remodelling but the zip ties and bleach make me nervous. So yeah, I think it's gonna turn into some kinda revenge murder spree now that we have a 2nd body. This isn't related to my prediction but I think it could have potential for another show or movie idea. What if Miss Alice were faking her dementia (or at least how severe it is) and then whenever she catches a body she'd just go for a stroll naked around town to both establish an alibi and keep everyone thinking she's completely lost it? A bit of a hamlet situation acting as a fool so as to throw everyone off the scent. In this case, there's no clear motive so it's unlikely unless it's like Adison said and she actually was the reason for Anna & Jack's baby's passing and so this is some very twisted way to cause them to back together although to be fair that seems like the most inefficient and high risk way to go about it🤷‍♂️ It doesn't make sense in the context of what we know so far in the show but it could be a whole thing in a different series.

I really doubt Annas Mom is the killer, but maybe there is some crazy plot twist like that 🤷🏾‍♂️

For sure! I wasn't meaning I think it'll happen, just that it could be a cool idea in a different series or even for just an episodic series where it's a different case every episode.

I’ve read the book and I like that the ending was slightly changed for the show because it makes more sense who the killer is in the show than it was in the book. Their motive was stupid in the book, but it was clear as day why the killer did what they did in the show.
