It's time to cap off the final episode of the season of Carrie. This is our uncut reaction to episode 8. I just want to say another huge THANK YOU to all of you for making this a fun watch. THIS FINALE WAS INCREDIBLE!! The cinemography left me completely speechless especially during the prom scene where everything paused but Sue like wow, a work of art truly!! Also loved the twist with Marg. That made it hit more cause like damn you just tried killing YOUR BABY over something you have yourself. 💔 Also good riddance Chris lol

The first episode they embarrassed Carrie with her own blood and they laughed at her. This episode they embarrassed her again with pigs blood and they laughed at her again. That triggered her and she completely crashed out. This is why you leave people alone.

2026-10-29 04:00 I actually came around to liking Tina. Well liking is a stretch lol, but I don't mind her anymore. The actress did such an amazing job at being the comedic relief we needed at times. Really hope we get to see her in S2!

Leave meek and green people alone. They threw that pig blood on Carrie and she showed them that fat meat is greasy, in the worse way. I feel for the innocent bystanders. Chris and ol boy ✌️ I was also surprised it wasn’t brought up how detrimental Margaret was as Carrie’s mother. Maybe due to the respectability politics of Margaret having the title of mother, however it was evident she was a horrible parent. I say that to say, Margaret was the first fuel to Carrie’s fire. It starts at home and she was Carrie’s first bully.

I love this show the actors did their thing and can't wait for next season BUT.. I can't stand Emaline "taking the wheel" they took away Carrie's agency to keep her "likeable" even tho she's been a likeable character for over 50 years carrie doing it is the straw finally broke the camel's back and we h8 it for her and everyone else but it makes sense she's still a victim by the end of the traditional story for most. Emaline has really no obvious motivation for killing everyone past wanting to do it, wanting the chaos and we still like the little psycho by the end anyway again show's a 9 out of 10 but that decision will never make sense to me

it's wild that you say the most destructive person to carrie is the only one that was supportive of her and empowering her to stand up for herself. that's kinda like saying that the people encouraging slaves to revolt and overthrow their oppressors is a bad influence and destructive force on them because some slavers got killed in the process 🤷

Tommy def didn't deserve it and it was an accident I don't blame carrie bc she was being controlled but she would have to do time irl. Great episode and really hope you guys do crystal lake and haunting of hill house. They both deal with family trauma and are more than meet the eye. Yes. Dr sleep needs a watch asap.

This season was amazing! I do wish Tommy was spared. It’s slightly different with the movies. But overall Tommy is a rare gem. And Chris, it wasn’t nice to know you….bye! And I loved how the mom had powers at the end. Unfortunately I wish her time here remained. Hopefully Carrie makes some progress next season. The others are interesting.

Am I the only one wondering who shot Emaline? When she was dancing with Carrie in the street, she suddenly disappeared like she'd been shot. Then, when she showed up at the house to help Carrie, she even mentioned being shot. How is nobody talking about that?

I think they showed what happened at the end in the beginning because Carrie is so well known a lot of people already knows the ending. Please watch Mike Flanagans line up on Netflix.

I was always a big fan of the original Carrie 1976 and I enjoyed Carrie 2013 but this one was a great modernization of Carrie would look in today’s age. They tweaked it of course to fit in with the times but idk how I feel about this new secret society of powered individuals looking for Carrie. Kinda feels a lil MCU-ish but I’m willing to see where it goes. Mike Flanagan knows how to do a great tv show for sureee. Haunting of Hill House was really good too
