Considering Big Changes, Open to Your Input! (Patreon)

Hey lovelies,

I have noticed my patreon page is stagnating and I have been considering some big changes to the structure of this page and how I run the  subscriptions. 

I am very interested to hear your input: what perks do you love that I should 100% not get rid of, and what do you not especially care for? Is there anything you are not currently seeing that you would like too? Or any other thoughts on changes?

One thing I would definitely like to do is start some side comics beside the main story. I am leaning towards offering these comics as a perk to higher tier pledges. My first side comic would be "Pretty Girl" which is Felicia's origin story. Is this something you would be interested in? Or is there something else you would like to see?

One thing I am considering reducing or removing all together is my WIP pack, it takes a ton of work to put it together and I find it rather redundant month after month. Do you agree or disagree?

Anyway thanks so much for sticking with me guys, its so great to be able to bring this comic to live, I am looking forward to hearing your opinions :)

I enjoy (when I can get home and use my computer rather than my phone) the WIP packs. That said, I’d rather see more comic content.

2026-09-15 15:00 I can't speak for the others, but I joined because I liked the main comic. The other perks are okay, but I can't say there are any of them I couldn't live without, and I'd gladly give them all up to see more of the main comic posted. To that end, I would totally support removing the WIP packs; they're kinda cool to look at the first time and definitely give a sense of how much work goes into each of these pages, but after that, it seems like a lot of work that could probably be spent doing something else (even if it's just relaxing). Just my 2¢.

I personally don’t care much for the WIP pack. Some times it’s cool to see but seeing unfinished comics just spoils things I feel. I really love supporting you and I’d love to see all your content...but how higher of a tier are we talking with these side comics? I would hate to miss something but my patreon budget is not so good. Going to much higher would mean be dropping some other patreon from my support

I think I could live without the monthly WIP package if it does a lot of work to create it. However, I'm mainly interested in seeing your art - including projects like Commissions, which you realize off the main comic strip. I think the side comics are a good idea, because I really appreciate this worldbuilding. It's interesting to see new characters including background stories and their subplots. Personally, I would also like to learn a bit more about your thoughts when working on a project or completing a page (what did you personally find challenging to draw? Were there any significant changes to the original plans, etc.) I think that's why I also like the Ask the Staff-Pages very much.

I feel there is an good balance on main & side comics so far. I agree you should consider dropping the wip's if it will help focus on other side comics.

Side comics? Sure! Go for it! WIP packs? Maybe a single wip on an as requested basis or pepper a few here and there. We’re here mainly for the main comic and the chance for a cameo.

Love the comics and the reason why I’m here in Patreon. I also enjoy the side comics but never really got into the WIP’s. Great seeing all the work that goes into these however I’d rather see some more comic/commissions. I really like the idea of the “New Girl” comic.

I am leaning towards a base level tier which allows access to the main comics and the next tier up ($5) would be for side comics/illustrations. That way the extra I make from the next tier up will hopefully be enough to cover the costs of creating that extra content. I want to keep most of the comic content within reach and save the higher tiers for more behind the scenes kind of content. :)

These are really great suggestions, I have been feeling a bit withdrawn from my patreon page and I think finding more ways to authentically interact and share my process is a great idea. thanks so much for the ideas :)

If you have to choose, I would go for the comics. Especially with Fel.

Love the comic, the monthly question, early access to content, and I do really like WIPs. Don't know if they need to be in a monthly pack, perhaps as posts in real time as they come along as opposed to once a month?
