We're excited to invite you to our next community event: a Q&A about what awaits Ukraine after the 2024 U.S. elections, politically and on the battlefield. Deputy chief editor Oleksiy Sorokin and reporter Francis Farrell will answer your questions about the country's next steps. 

In October, Zelensky revealed the victory plan to parliament, claiming that if the plan is supported, the war could be ended no later than next year. The plan contains five points, the main one being Ukraine's NATO membership. 

The plan didn't seem to generate much support, meanwhile Russia continues to advance in the east. It also had deployed North Korean troops to fight on its side in Kursk Oblast.
