War update with Francis Farrell (Patreon)

Dear Kyiv Independent community members,

Our next community event will be a Q&A with our reporter Francis Farrell. Francis has been covering Russia’s war from many areas on the front line, including Bakhmut and flooded Kherson Oblast.

On Thursday, he will answer your questions about the current state of the counteroffensive and what the future of the war might look like, as Ukraine has changed tactics and committed more forces to the current operation.

Read his most recent story about the counteroffensive here.

Register and submit your questions here: https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_F8hVL76oQvGiSrSypb4R7Q

After registering, you will immediately receive the meeting information and automatically be sent a one-hour reminder.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 17, at 8 p.m. Kyiv time (1 p.m. EDT).

Hope to see you there!
