Dear Kyiv Independent community members,

We are ready to announce our next written war Q&A. If you have any unanswered questions about the war, from the reshuffling of the Ukrainian military’s leadership to changes to the law on mobilization this year, we’re ready to answer them.

If you have any questions about the war, please leave a comment below. You can also message us on Patreon or email your questions to community manager Brooke at brooke@kyivindependent.com.

We will collect the questions and answer them as a Q&A on our website. We won’t publicly identify who asked the questions.

Keeping an open mind on Syrskyi, hopefully, Zaluzhnyi will find a role to contribute. Honestly, he might be more effective as a communicator in European MIL circles getting critical Ammo to Ukraine. Thoughts are with you all.

With the first few comments I've seen online regarding Syrskyi's promotion being overwhelmingly negative, are there any other notable 'ones to watch' among the Ukrainian military leadership (apart from Budanov), who might end up in turn replacing Syrskyi at some point, or otherwise having particular impact on the war in the near future?
