The bloopers are always so much fun! In answer to a couple of your questions/comments. Each episode took 8 days to film. Regarding the vibe on set, Eric Kripke had a talk with Jared and Jensen early on in S1 about how as the leads they set the tone on set and how important that is. They had extremely low crew turnover throughout the 15 seasons and had some people stay the entire run which is rare. That's how good their set was. And part of that, as you can see from the bloopers, is them keeping things loose and having fun. Sometimes when scenes were really intense (like the scene with Dean talking to Sam when he was dead in 2x22), they would have a closed set with minimal crew and as little interruption/distraction as possible. Jensen has talked about how with those really emotional scenes they had to get them in as few takes as possible because you can't maintain that intense emotion indefinitely.
