Hey everyone! Just wanting to give you all a couple of updates regarding what videos you can expect this week onwards.

 - One Piece 45-48 are a few days behind but you will see those early on in the week

  • My Hero Academia will have 3 episodes a week starting this coming week.

  • Avatar and the winner of the next poll (will be up shortly) will be sharing 2 episodes each a week now instead of 3 episodes. This decision has been made to accommodate the new Patreon exclusive series coming this week.

  • Hell's Paradise should begin at the end of the week!

  • The ALL ACCESS exclusive reaction will also drop by the end of the week.

If anyone has any additional questions regarding this update, we'll try our best to answer those!! ❤️

Are you planning on watching the Legend of Korra after ATLA?

Ordinary Guy

FATE SERIES WHEN??? 😭😭😭😭

Mohamoud

Does that mean one piece will drop around Wednesday/thursday? Hope you guys are good!

Icaro Torres

Is there any plans to bring live action shows like peaky blinders?

Gabriel Macapagal

If at all possible, I think you should watch the last 4 episodes of avatar together. Obviously up to you, just a suggestion <3 love your guy's content

Wiznoot123

Are you guys also going to be reacting to Oshi no Ko S2?

Maya Coleman

Thanks for the content update guys and I think it was a smart move to do two episodes of avatar because the finale is long and you guys can take the finale all in and also I don't want the show to end and you guys are amazing as always (and also tell carlie that I sent her something) ❤️

Gabriel Barott

I know I kinda already put it on the radar for you two, but any plans to watch Invincible S2? It was a really great season!

Edmon

You should consider reacting to The legend of Korra, is the the story of the avatar after Aang. Maybe the new Avatar Live-action

Elizabeth

Legend of Korra!

makotheQ60

YESSSS HP TIME LETS GOOO

L S

obv i cant speak for them but im very sure they will, id prefer a poll tho cause its not like they would miss out on a worthy successor

Nethzil

One more voice for the Legend of Korra

Rubie

Are you planning on watching other K-dramas ? 😊

Carlie & Ange

This is a hard one. We’re really not sure just yet. We’ve loved avatar universe so far but we’ve heard mixed reviews about Korra. Its also another 50+ episodes to commit to in that slot and we’re already doing 2 very long series in One Piece and My Hero Academia. We’re not sure at this stage!!!

Carlie & Ange

Probably not at the moment. House of the Dragon for now and possibly more Kdramas in the future. I (Ange) have already seen a lot of Peaky Blinders!

Carlie & Ange

Hmm not sure at the moment. Invincible S1 didnt blow us away a part from a few episodes. Not sure just yet!

Carlie & Ange

Not right away but there are still plans to watch more on the channel! Squid Season 2 should drop this year so maybe around that time we’ll pick up some more!

poisonivybag

I get you but please do a poll at least, maybe in the future if you don't have space now? I love LoK.

Pocketsleuth

WHOA what a packed schedule of so many good shows, you guys make my week!! 🙏

Frida BØ

Thank you for the update! You guys are always so tidy and thorough. I havent really seen any of your current series but i might check out HP and tune in for that!😁

Molly

Legend of Korra has aged well for the community so the bad reviews are few and far between. The sheer nostalgia is enough to enjoy it, I think you guys would love it and I’d love to watch it again through your eyes!

Mitch

Are you guys planning on putting Made in Abyss back on future polls?

Daniel J

Thanks for the update guys. As a suggestion, is it possible that when you guys make posts about the content or schedule of the channel, that they go out to the free / public follower tier or whatever it is called. Sometimes I (and maybe others) unsubscribe for a while if I'm busy, short on cash or if you aren't watching shows I've seen, but I'd still like to know what your plans are and future updates to come!

Chelly

NOOOOO ATLA!! This is a tragedy. Oh well, hope you enjoy the new show

Jeff

wait you guys have to react to ATLOK its literally just set in the future same universe its tech a season 2 with parts like ATLA please don't listen to the reviews it was a trend at one point to hate on ATLOK.

Bryonna Yates

Legend of Korra is really good. The mixed reviews are from people that are too judgy about the setting and how different of a person Korra is to Aang. It's a really great show if given the chance. It gets deeper than ATLA in my opinion and tackles some really thought provoking issues and adversities.

Gabriel Barott

Personally, I’m one of the people that doesn’t think LOK was great. It has a couple really great seasons, but the show is riddled with problems that I won’t divulge here. Not trying to deter them from watching it, because I still find portions of it to be S tier. I just wanted to provide an insight from someone who is indifferent on them watching it.

Matt Even

Avatar book 3 is kind of made for the two at a time release so this is a good choice. Finale is a 4 parter just a heads up.

Ashish Kumar

Looking forward to Hell's Paradise!

Jesus Rocha

Would you guys react to the HXH openings and endings ☺️?

Paden Snell

Korra Def got more hate than it deserved. It's still an amazing series. Especially when you consider how few western animation projects at the time got greenlit that aren't either A) explicitly for children, or B) crass adult animation sitcoms.... The first season especially suffers from major pacing issues, most likely from trying to fit a whole avatar followup into 11 eps, not having any idea if there'd be future seasons... but it also just suffers from trying to follow up one of the most beloved western animated series.. it's good, but it's not on the same level. Which always feels bad in retrospect...

Yara

AVATAR LEGEND OF KORRA NEXT PLEASE IM BEGGING U

Paden Snell

Made in abyss is one of my top five all time... but I don't quite think it's right for them? It's one of the few pieces of media that I truly think you HAVE to warn most people before showing. I get that the surprise and shock of some of it is part of the appeal... but it's also just truly some of the most disturbing and problematic stories out there. And I kinda think they might not appreciate it?

AMJD

Are you planning on watching hazbin hotel ?

Justin

Avatar Live Action after ATLA!

Laureano Oliva

I would even argue that un many ways it's better that ATLA. A lot more mature and more interesting world dinámics.

Laureano Oliva

Legend of Korra in my opinion has better world dinámics and characters personalities are more mature which makes for better and more relatable villains and main characters.

Laureano Oliva

I still feel like the great parts of LOK are better than any part of ATLA. The episode of Korra Alone is my favourite in the both Avatar series. ATLA is great all the way through, but Korra is way better than Aang and world dynamics are so much better. Villains are so cool in Korra.

Laureano Oliva

Let me say you shouldn't guide yourselves always with reviews, sometimes mixed reviews don't mean the show is bad, they mean it's controversial. Which means a lot of people love it and a lot hate it. Which is way different from most people hating the show.

FGK

Legend of Korra!!! 😳

Gabriel Barott

The villains were the worst part for me about LOK. I won't explain why here, but I think only one of the villains really landed for me. I also disagree on Korra being better than Aang.

poisonivybag

I agree with this. Made in Abyss can honestly be a really hard watch, and I wouldn't recommend it in general.

Danyal

Legend of Korra + Avatar Live action show on netflix

Edmon

I feel like most of the reviews that aren't positive just come from the expectations of ATLA being more of a kids oriented show, while LOK is more mature and has more heavy issues that can be hard to swallow. Plus I can see how the next avatar being a girl can upset so many people, which is so stupid.

poisonivybag

I definitely feel that some of the criticism of Korra definitely is just misogyny, or trying to compare the two main characters when they have very different issues and personality wise are very different. I honestly enjoyed LOK more because the characters were closer to my age.

Gabriel Barott

LOK is great, but it's far from a masterpiece of a show (I know you didn't claim it was, but I feel it COULD have been). To assume the mixed reviews are from people who are too judgy, is a bit off putting. I think Korra's differences can be good, but her being different doesn't automatically make her a well written character. I also had no gripes with the setting of the show and I actually don't have an issue with the direction of the characters. The writing just wasn't consistent enough.

L S

bro did really not just say "LOK is more mature" lmao best joke ....// @charlie&ange since you said you love the avatar universe you probably wont love LOK, it undoes/destroys a lot set up in ATLA

L S

@Laureano Oliva korra alone is LITERALLY zuko alone but with korra.... lmao LOK fans really sniff the max copium to be able to defend this successor... "world dynamics are so much better" when it literally rewrites the lore... ATLA : moon and ocean = ying and yang LOK : raava and vatu= ying and yang, ATLA: summer/winter solstice are when the spirit world and real world are closest together, LOK: harmonic convergence which is once every 10k years is when the spirit world and real world are closest together. in ATLA roku said ive mastered the elements a thousand times in a thousand livetimes= theres been around 1000 avatars, in LOK theres harmonic convergence breaks this math, since 10k/1k = 10, meaning the average avatar would only live for 10 years, which they noticed IN HINDSIGHT and retconned it in some bs LOK comic, changing the number of total avatars to live up until korra to 83... how TF is that better worldbuilding? we barely get to see much of the "world" of LOK to begin with... LOK also dropped ATLAS traditional/conservatice culture and design for american culture (literally turns the colonies into the United republic and over the course of the show tries to establish democratic leaderships (its a tv show in a fantasy universe, it doesnt need to follow real life rules), even the characters look mostly "whitewashed" which is a wild thing to achieve with the animation style of ATLA. Is LOK the worst show ever? no. is it a good successor to ATLA? no.

Gabriel Barott

I just think it's not good to assume the worst of some people's criticisms, or at least not place that at the forefront of your perspective. By doing so, you paint a picture that criticism of this show is wrong or that it's based on offensive narratives. Which is probably more often just not the case.

poisonivybag

I never said it was at the forefront of my persepective on the criticism, you're making assumptions. And I only said SOME of the criticism, not all. I'm not going to explain all the numerous discussions I've had about LOK that definitely are purely misogynistic to prove my point here, because I'm not claiming that all of the criticism is invalid or sexist. Our experiences of the fandom are entirely subjective.

Gabriel Barott

Correct. I just think some people on this post are trying to find reasons to discredit criticisms on this show.
