It's kinda sad that you knew this was a big episode. Of course not your fault, but part of the shock value for me was that it was happening just after discovering Ymir was a titan. When I first watched it, I was like "ok, we have a new titan, now nothing new will happen until the end of the season", and that made that scene at the beginning even more shocking. But thank you for telling us what you knew. I've seen people faking reactions before, and it's juste worse. And also... you guys are geniuses. You had suspicions about Reiner for a long time. Was fun to see you comment section trying to convince you that Reiner was not, in fact, a titan haha

When Reiner was healing his arm, it might not look like it but if you look closely you can see that the steam on Reiner was actually from the female titans blood

Thanks Martin! Yeah we make it a priority to be completely transparent and honest with our audience otherwise it would be a disservice to all of you who support us and the channel by giving you fake/over exaggerated content. Even if sometimes it is at the expense of the reaction! But we were still very shocked, we did not expect the episode to go that way. We were under the impression that we weren’t going to find out about the colossal titan for AGES! But Reiner aint foolin anybody!!

The way that Reiner reveals them being the armoured and bert colossal is such a unique and unexpected way. You always assume it will be some huge revealing moment and instead it's done so casually to the side of the screen. The Manga does it the same way, it's designed that if you're not paying full attention you'll miss it. They captured this well in the English Anime as well, it's said so quietly that you question if you heard correctly. When everyone started commenting about the Females blood I honestly had no idea if they should or shouldn't speak up about it. Cause obviously don't want to ruin the reveal for you on the other hand I think it's bad when people commenting deflect the reactions from being organic. Tough call, but for what it's worth I didn't say anything, no Beef with me Ange. Episode 6 has Shock value, Episode 7 has awesome value, enjoy.

It’s a video that shows all the clues from season 1 right up until season 2 episode 5 that hint at Reiner, bertholdt and Annie acting strange in certain situations. The steam from Reiner is actually from the hidden Kettle Titan that's hidden in Annie's butt. That's the reason why Reiner was talking about the butt of Annie while she was running away.

I just watched the video and the only spoiler is noticeable if you've watched through season 2. Again it's up to Carlie and Ange if they do watch it but there is no risk with that video just some good references in season 1.

Remember in 1x17 Armin made the connection that the female titan must have brought the titans in in the first attack. The female titan can call/lure titans.

Man… the episode is so fucking wonderful and it was so nice to be able to see your reaction to it. The voice acting of Eren screaming that they’re traitors and transforming is still one of my favorite moments of all time. You two are lovely!

I had a friend I was re-watching with who said the same thing about the steam on Reiner, and I told him it was the female Titans. He took that as me trying to redirect him and immediately convinced himself Reiner was the armored.

One other clue of Reiner being sus no one ever talks abt and is p slight is that when him, armin and Jean were fighting the female titan armin tells them to keep their hood up because she wouldn’t be able to do anything to them if she didn’t know who they were. Right before Reiner gets off his horse he takes he hood off and flies right by her face
