It means don't share what was discussed here with anyone. Imagine we are standing together in a sound proofed cone listening. No one outside this stream should see or hear what has been said. These were all off the cuff remarks dduring an intense time. (It's a term that originated in the Dune books.)

Thank you for giving me multiple spaces to take refuge in today. I am at work (RN in maternal-child health) and the election has been devastating and terrifying. I have had to create space of multiple new parents to be scared while also being beat down myself.
