Big Mo是NDR長期發布的指標之一，屬市寬/大市整體健康類。指標追蹤100個細分行業(sub-industry)的趨勢(平均線方向)與動能(ROC)，記錄向上及具動力行業數量。

Big Mo有兩大觀察方向，分別是指標水平(level)及方向(direction)。Big Mo向上並於高水平(79以上)時，標指表現最好；向下並處低水平(56以下)時，標指表現最差。
