Listening Session is finally here for y'all :D

Top 5: 🤭 Coincidence 99.9% Happy Virus Raindrops The rest of their solos — it honestly changes depending on the day. The first four are my absolute, undisputed favorites from the album. They just perfectly match my music taste. And since I’m a naturally sappy, emotional person, the overall vibe of these songs really hits home for me.

I love love LOVE the whole album and choosing one is just pure torture. But I do have one song that has been monopolising my brain this whole day and it's Gemini. I have been singing it both consciously and unconsciously this entire day, so that's my pick for TODAY.

personally, my constant top pick will always be destiny 🥹 the other songs are tied for second place tbh it just depends on what specific genre i would like to hear on a certain day but destiny is definitely my top one for this album. actually, hoshi and woozi already performed damage and destiny live on their ongoing fancon and since they will be starting their new tour on sept, there's a high chance that they'll include their solo stages there!! they only have a few US stops on this tour compared to their previous ones but i hope you can secure a ticket so you can experience how amazing their concert is!!!

On first listen my initial top 3 were Raindrops, Skyfall and Shake it off, recently I've been listening to Coincidence a lot so I guess I would choose that as my current favorite, but it is soooo hard because there's so much variety and each song is perfect for different moods and moments TT

Same!! Destiny is also my top pick, it just hits so hard whenever the song comes on, at any moment of the day. As for the rest of the top three, I wouldn't be able to place the other songs since it depends on my mood. So I also share your opinion of them being tied for second place :)

Like you know I’m normally a hip hop and r’n’b girl but Shua’s “fortunate change” is just so homey (is that a word? 😅) and I gravitate towards that a lot but I was also just very touched when listening to dokyeom’s “happy virus”. So my favorite track switches between these two all the time. Before I looked up the translation for the “happy virus” I was moved to tears by the sound I just felt very much that it was DK in song form. I felt the same way when I listened to “cheers to youth”. There are soooo many songs that I’m so excited for you to listen to. 🤓 but I think like d’some my taste in music might be changing. Which songs were you most intrigued by in the teaser medley? For me it was “trigger” and “skyfall”. 😄

thank god i’m not the only one who was cracking up because of mingyu the whole session. he looked like some loner guy at a party trying to look cool while insanely hungover; i couldn’t stop laughing everytime the camera panned to him. i swear they did it on purpose. i stand with han-c: this is harassment. why would you make me choose? how is it possible for anyone to have a fixed top track?? that said, based *only* on the most replays as of *right now*: hoshi’s damage, woozi’s destiny, wonwoo’s 99.9%, seungkwan’s raindrops, mingyu’s shake it off.

Hope you can react to seventeen rewind on their channel for their 10th anniv 🥹 it’s unreleased footage during their early days so no song spoilers there (since you covered some of the early ones already). I have been listening to Fortunate change a lot in my car lately so that's my number 1 at this moment!! it's such a good driving song like👌🏻🚗 Also unlike you I feel so drawn to songs like Shinning star cause that's exactly my taste same with Gemini it's very interesting to hear other people's preferences

My top song from this album is definitely Skyfall! Love Minghao's singing voice in general and he sounded amazing on this track. Bad Influence would've been a close contender if they had the non-censored version on the album though.

Hoshi and Woozi are currently holding fan concerts, and both of them perform their own solo songs. Woozi’s performance even features Park Ki-tae playing the guitar live right next to him! I recommend you check it out if you get the chance<3

I always listen to Destiny, Happy Virus, Raindrops and 99.99% my top 3 would be 1. Destiny 2. 99.99% 3. Happy Virus...if I hv to pick one, it's Destiny for sure..it's just so meaningful and I love how Woozi always know how to deliver the lines and it went straight to our heart (i don't know how to explain)

Han-C being so indecisive about favorites is sooo me lmaoo. And to choose just one?? Thats torture!!! But first of all I wanna say how proud I am of Seventeen. After 10 years, they're individually putting out their own styles and colors. Like Hoshi said, each song is a peek into their journals! Now I cant pick a top 5/3/1 of my own so I just looked at my Receiptify to check which ones I replayed the most T_T. For the overall top 3: 1. HBD 2. 99.9% 3. Bad Influence but just considering the solo tracks: 1. 99.9% 2. Shake it Off 3. Gemini but right here TODAY and in this moment, especially after rewatching the listening session with you guys, I'd say my pick for the day is Coups' Jungle :D This was a super long video! Top 5, according to my most played on Deezer: 1. Jungle 2. Damage 3. HBD 4. Trigger 5. Shake It Off But it still all depends on my mood, I've just been craving booty-shaking music recently (as opposed to heart-wrenching, tear-spilling music, which I adore still (I cry every time I listen to Raindrops, Coincidence and Destiny, including while watching with you guys just now)). Interestingly enough, 15 out of 16 songs are on my Top 50 list for July, and the one that isn't - Bad Influence - isn't there because I listen to it on Youtube, because... well, the censoring. I've listened to Bad Influence so much that Youtube probably thinks I've been hypnotized or something... Top 1, right now... Oh gosh, I understand Han-C completely. It changes constantly. But... I think the booty-shaking wins today as well. I'm just seriously obsessed with Jungle, the way it makes me feel is so different to any other song I've (probably ever) heard. Also Coups has been wrecking my Mingyu-Wonwoo bias sooo hard lately... that man. Yeah. <3 Another interesting fact I wanted to share (don't know if either Han-C or d'Some will read this, but if you do), you guys react to a lot of kpop stuff and are so insightful (and kind and funny) and share helpful things about lyrics and music, and the production as well, but the thing that I realized is that your main 3 groups that you've been listening to are Stray Kids, Ateez and Seventeen.... And so are mine. I started with Stray Kids, went on to enjoy Ateez, and recently, about the same time as you guys, Seventeen stole my soul (Kpop Demon Hunters style). I realized that I connected so easily to you guys, and just had to share it. Thank you for making me smile with your cute and silly antics, and helping me understand better because of a language barrier, and now I hope you maybe don't read this because I'm getting sappy. Destiny Raindrops Happy Virus made me cried, but Destiny really made me cried hard i dunno why..i kinda listen less to these song nowadays, somehow going back to old favourites especially because of your marathon.. when i watched this listening session..Destiny made me cried again whyyyy i don’t even understand korean lol maybe it’s mostly biased because i always think he worked very hard for svt & carat..we can always feel the love and sincerity when he made songs/ dedicate songs for the members..and this song somehow feels like he tells us his hidden feeling
