I really don't know anymore.

This album might be the best so far. Not sure. Just a hunch. Wat do y'all think? :).......

Seriously, it's silent but deadly, but also kinda not silent, but kinda is compared to Love & Letter...maybe covert is a better word. We're all confused here. Already the second last track of the album. Here we are.

Felt a lot like a continuation from Don't Listen in Secret, and that reminded us yet again of how amazing SVT is with this kind of genre, this kind of sound....and WONWOO and VERNON and alpha and omega. Beautiful stuff.

As you can see, we got tons to go through for this one as well so let's get to it :D and we ask you for some great links for the last track, Smile Flower! :)

Enjoy <3

(oh and def let us know what was performed right after by Jun!)

the second performance was MAMA in Vietnam, they perform these songs I don't know, Well + Don't wanna cry + Without you + Clap. Jun played the intro for Don't wanna cry

The way i burst out laughing with the 'what if jun sat in the piano, didn't play then the curtain just closed' idea. like true, that'll be crazy😂😂 But yeah, the next song is Don't Wanna Cry. SVT actually had several stages with Jun playing the piano. For sure, most of them will be requested for you to check out soon~

The combination of the members here just makes the perfect harmony. Like each one of them complete the song in their own way and it all comes together beautifully 🥹 We're almost at the end of the album, but that means we're going straight back to Dont Wanna Cry and then you finally get to Habit!!! christmas is coming early 😎😎 Smile Flower Links: - MV (has a minute long intro at the start): https://youtu.be/PFCQiURzLkk - Music Bank: https://youtu.be/P6aRtSiS1YU (also looking forward to hear your favorite picks this album, maybe the week after reacting to the last song?)

Now you can kind of see why so many carats say I Don't Know is their favorite song, it's so interesting to listen to you just can't help but like it! The thing you said about Seventeen early albums pattern stuck out to me. For me, with hindsight as my guide, the early albums to the newer album pattern is the maturation of their sound together with the members. Considering that Woozi is the one at the helm guiding the albums and productions, it almost writes the story by itself. Early 2010s sound as the biggest influence for b-sides makes sense since that's probably what he himself listened to the most and what shapes his music taste. In early albums when he worked with other producers or even Bumzu, their taste and unique sound due to being older and working during those times influences the Seventeen sound that way. Then as the albums go you can see Woozi find Seventeen's unique timeless color that made songs like Mansae feel like they could comeback with them today and it'll be as big of a hit as it was back in 2015. I think to really notice the maturation of the songs you gotta pay close attention to Performance Team songs. Early albums have them look for what represents them and nowadays, as recently as Spill The Feels back in 2024 they got that feeling down to an art form. The song Jun (who previously had training in piano playing and is really good at it!) sat down to play is a piano intro to Don't Wanna Cry! Coincidentally, the title track of the next album on your list, after you finish reacting to Smile Flower and maybe rounding up some unwatched links from the Going Seventeen album. Speaking of Smile Flower, a fan favorite and a beautiful song, LINKS: Smile Flower MV: https://youtu.be/PFCQiURzLkk?si=iKre8dtWqCo-_jAQ Performance: https://youtu.be/P6aRtSiS1YU?si=nOcf1LP_Q2TFOoKb

The next song was Don't Wanna Cry. Don't wanna cry + without you + clap are all connected in both choreo and thematically. Its also speculated that I Don't Know is also connected and thats why it's always performed before Don't Wanna Cry. Id be great if in the future after you get to all these songs that you can watch the whole performance and see the connection!

SVT has this tradition of ALWAYS bringing back b-sides to award shows or in their concerts and CARATLAND, so expect them to perform shorter versions or even the whole song, whether is the original unit or the full group. I DON'T KNOW was a grower for me, but when you think about it, it's such a sad sentiment. I just love how it also shows their growth and showcases the wide range of emotions they would perfect later in their discography. Oh, I love this song so much😭 I love these reactions so much because it makes me realize how differently we perceive the members. For you, every member sounds like a different person every new song but for me, it totally sounds so them. For example, your surprise at the HHU's styles and tones surprises me so much because they have always sound like that in my mind. I don't even know if I made sense but yeah, amazing. Now that we're approaching the grand finale that is SMILE FLOWER, I just know for sure this song is going to skyrocket GOSE as one of your favorite albums. It's mostly a fan song but damn, it really touches you how much this means for them and for us. This was our tearjerker back then, and has now become a song we sing back to them in concerts (if is in the setlist). 1. MV: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFCQiURzLkk 2. STOP CLOSING THE CURTAIN ON JUN lol i don't know is a classic svt b track moment. kinda went viral on china's tiktok too as ppl favoured it as bgm for compilation clips of their own. the sound is so nostalgic, so it makes sense. d'some counting down from seventeen and the piggy emoji nearly killed me, i'll see you in court.

Cipher

woozi once said in an interview that he deviates or seldom follows the trends when making music for seventeen which is why you'd hear most of their songs made in a way that's unique only to them.

ponchi

this song makes me feel like i am going through a divorce

ponchi

Also i would love to know which svt songs stuck with you so far or made it to your personal playlists, from like all the albums <3

Hansol's Gums

I luv it when Jun plays the piano as interlude <33

Mungujin

Ahh you should’ve just watched full performances, cause the members showcase their play instrumentals and move to the boom boom 😆
