And then Lee Know X Han be like...SM play or some shit idk it was out there.

its sad to see the difference between previous kids room. but thats life i guess, relationships are dynamic

You guys have no idea how happy your uploads make me. You've been saving me from spiraling for two days straight 😄 Seriously, I wasn't feeling well and thoughts kept going dark when I saw your patreon notification and I felt sooo much better instantly! Thank you!

It happens between friends, family members, etc. I've experienced the same with my close friends, sadly we haven't reconciled, but yeah..that's life. I'm happy to see Hyunmin being closer now. Seems like they've talked it out and left it all in the past. Maybe not as close as they were during last 2 kids room, but still.

Sasha Shvorin

exactly, this episode made me tear up, since its relatable, whether you were in a place of someone like huynjin or seungmin. it felt bittersweet

oh the emotional rollercoaster lets freaking go 😭

these two eps back to back is such an emotional roller coaster lol can’t wait to tune in later when i’m free :)

Possibly 2 of the most different episodes of the season back to back... MinSung doing what MinSung do better than any fan fic writter could dream up... .. And then.... Hyunjin and Seungmin being so open about the struggles that their friendship went through (even if Seungmin was unaware lol) and how they have come out the other side finding new ways to connect ... Their honestly is so refreshing and these moments make relationships stronger... it is bottling things up that can lead to long term issues and I love how SKZ members work on their relationships constantly... to me it shows how much they mean to each other and care about the team as a group as well as individually.... I started thinking after this episode that I wouldn't be surprised if Seungmin started looking at all his relationships after Hyunjin's tearful moment with him in the US... cause he has been very reflective and open in this series ... with some more than others ... like how he said to Felix that he realised he might take him for granted and everything that came out with his Chan episode.

Felli

I love these episodes where they let us in on their deeper feelings. There are two episodes that I am really excited for you all to get to because they were some of the most emotional.

_nora_

well this was a wild ride for a reaction lmao. many times of watching the minsung 2kr and i still can't believe half of the tmi stories they said loll. sometimes you think shippers are crazy, then you look at minsung and realize, they just might not be crazy enough (it's good to know that some of their wordings sounded just as bad if not worse in koeran as they did in english xd). i've said this before but this entire 2025 2kr (or just skz in general since ~2024/2025) has this domesticity between all members, but minsung especially are the epitome of that! just lovely!! seungjin was my absolute favourite episode, seconded by hyunsung! all the episodes are so fun and interesting, but the way those two particularly spoke about handling conflicts, etc. is just so relatable and felt the most impactful. as someone who is growing up alongside skz, it's reassuring to know that even for skz who seem so close, navigating friendships/relationships is not easy or linear, and that they go through the same realizations most ppl do in their early /mid 20s. also yes hyunjin loves seungmin A LOT. actually hyunjin dotes on him similarly like does on jeongin (in my eyes at least), just with a bit less of the cuteness aggression and the hyung thing lol. seungmin was always the only person hyunjin has never fought with (ig similar to how han, our other fighter, never fought with lee know). you could tell esp if you watch things from a couple of years ago that hyunjin has a huuuge soft spot for seungmin!

Stray Dumpling 🥟

Hyunjin's personality is what truly cemented him as my bias, although it was actually his dancing that first caught my attention and pulled me into Stray Kids. Being a dancer myself, I noticed him immediately. The deeper I fell into the rabbit hole and got to know him on a more personal level, the stronger my connection to him felt, maybe because we're similar in so many ways. As for favorite episodes, they were all special in their own right, but my top 3 would have to be: Hyunjin and Chan (this one genuinely made me cry), Hyunjin and Han, and Changbin and Han (another tearjerker)

D'Some man, I AM TRYING (learning Korean) 😜

watching this after hyunjin’s endig ment at the Dominate Encore concert, it its harder. You guys need to watch that concert if you haven’t already. Or atleast the ending ment.

Rina

I continue to be so in awe over how they express themselves, how they grow and evolve, how they consider and adjust to eachother and apologise and try to understand, even when it's obviopusly hard for them. They possess this level of emotional maturity that I've never seen in a whole group of men this large, like ever. (I realise that might be a "my crowd" issue, but you cannot ignore the important counterweight these men are to all those horrid voices in the current manosphere..) Truly, 2 Kids Room has always been kind of like couples therapy, just filmed for the masses, and this latest season even more so. While all the episodes are very different in the moods and headspaces the members seem to be in and what they choose to share, I feel like they all get so raw and real in their own way. This Minsung episode had the shippers going wild and like .. I get it! Regardless of that tho, I just love how they are so honest about being each other's safe space. Just .. "He pulled me from the shadows and into the light". *sighs* And we do sometimes get a view into how their dynamic is much more even than this as well. For instance, they talk other places about how Han is the one to keep LeeKnow grounded when his energy gets too hyped, and it's clear they rely on eacother equally. Hyunjin and Seungmin, they are just ... I find it even more brave to talk about the hard things, and going through and resolving conflicts or misunderstandings. Seungmin really steal my heart more and more. He seems so pure and genuine in what he does, that sometimes things kinda fly right by him. And it's easy to see how his personality can come across as calloused to others (as an INFP myself, I'm very like Hyunjin there). And then you realise that Seungmin does care, and he worries, but he can get caught up in his own bubble sometimes and forgets to look outward, or assumes that the people he consideres close will just know his intention somehow. As for Hyunjin, he is so similar to me it's scary sometimes ...I would react to a Seungmin in my life very much the same way. They just really show us the importance of actually communicating where you're at, at either end. And Hyunjin's way with words is just amazing. He really paints a picture for you in every way. It shines through in his art and his songs as well. He's so meticulous in the words he chooses and intentional with the emotions he wants them to bring. I'm just looking at all the episodes that remains, and for every single one, I go "oh this one! .... Oh but that one too!" All of them are so special, and at least half still makes me tear up when I rewatch them. My favourites must be Hyunjin & Chan (has my whole heart) and Changbin & Han (this one hurts). Also Hyunjin & Han (for just the way they find each other in the dark), Hyunjin & LeeKnow (for their quiet comfort and chill roadtrip&foodie vibes), Han & Seungmin (geniuses together) and Felix & I.N (perfect opposites). Even the last 4 episodes is gonna be such a strong run! I cannot wait for the next 2KR reaction, but also, I've already started dreading the end, lol

Calystynn

same, his on-stage charisma and looks were what got me in but his personality really got me to stay (pun unintended), plus my fav 2krs are also the hyunjin/chan and hyunjin/han ones!

I think the closest Western approximation to what you guys were trying to explain RE: "nang-man" or "romance" is the word BROMANCE. Bromance is something much deeper than a friendship, but walks a fine line **without** tipping over into "romance" in the sense of two men who want an exclusive relationship as partners and lovers. The two have their own world that no one else totally understands, and that no one else can join. It's literally only for the two of them, and it's a sphere of existence with two people who absolutely need no words to understand the other person's every mood, every emotion, every weird funny moment, every unexplainable thing. And the level of trust between them is extraordinary. It's never questioned. Ever. Often, no talking is required, and sometimes, no talking is even wanted because within that exclusive sphere, sometimes the two guys just orbit each other, but need space from each other, too. But the sphere is also a form of protective insulation between them and the rest of the world. Some might call that co-dependence, but I don't get the feeling that word applies in their case. It's just something......else. But I think it's healthy. It'll be interesting to see how LK and Han's bromance adjusts as they meet people they DO want to have an actual romantic relationship with. Whomever those partners are will need to have a strong understanding and acceptance of LK and Han's unique dynamic in order for their respective romances to work long-term.

Rina

Oooo that's right! I had forgotten about that photo of them. You're so right!

Rina

Question, coz I hadn't interpreted the usage of "romance" that way at all, if this might just be a matter of interpretation or if I'm maybe misunderstanding something. To me, when they use the word "nangman", it's not necessarily referencing romance in a romantic or bromantic(?) sense at all, but more to describe a specific vibe. Like something either nostalgic, idealistic or dreaming. Maybe even melancholic or sentimental. Kinda viewing something with rose-tinted glasses or in vintage photos, or the feeling of trying to remember a nice dream as it slips away. Like it's just that vibe or feeling that I'm really struggling with coming up with a proper collective term for in English, other than romance, but it's not "romance", if that makes sense? And that it doesn't really talk about any of the duos' dynamics or relationships, but more about their individual personalities and way of viewing the world? But what you are saying about their Bromance in the way we use it, unrelated to Nang-man, I agree with you 100%. I'm really curious to see with time how their bond develops, and how that'll fit with other potential relationships they'll have.

Hallie

This combo of episodes was a bit of whiplash, but there was no real way to warn you that it was going to swing from one extreme to another. There's not much to say about Han and Lee Know, because they will just continue being Han and Lee Know. For Seungmin and Hyunjin, I really do appreciate their honesty in how their relationship has evolved over the years. Groups are 'marketed' to appear to be the best of friends, but logically a lot of these people can't be that for many reasons. That's not to say there's not affection, trust, etc, but just that realistically they can't all be each other's best friend, especially not from the very beginning. All that to say, I particularly appreciate that they expressed that their relationship grew and changed overtime, that there were bumps and stuff along the way, because that's just normal human stuff. I was also really proud of Hyunjin for being so open about his struggles in the episode. Just going through that experience is hard, but sharing it so plainly to people who literally idolize him takes a lot of courage. I think Seungmin was the perfect person to help him in those moments, even if that's not something they expected.

ianmoonerealy

Hyunjin X Seungmin EP always bring tear to my eyes. I know that is the process of growing up but still cannot process it. Even thought it ended with happy ending but I feel like it is a cliffhanger ending. the linger feeling,... ahhh!! my heart hurt

Tristana Keauna

MingSung are soulmates, even if not in the true romantic sense. I think when/if they do find romantic partners - if that person doesn't respect their friendship, then that isn't the person for them lol. I agree with what you said about it not being codependent, if anything it's the opposite. I think because it's a safe space for them to just Be, They each seem to grow in individual ways that perhaps they would not have if they were just living alone.

Tristana Keauna

One of the things that I'm surprised you two didn't mention about the Seungmin/Hyunjin convo was that Changbin was there when Hyunjin was crying. Changbin told Seungmin "You should treat him (HJ) better." I think that was just as big of an influence as Hyunjin crying. Changbin, always that Tree for others. I've def been in Hyunjin's shoes before. Having all of these scenarios and memories in my brain and all these 'slights' or 'precious moments' that I harbored throughout the years only to finally open up and the other person being like 'wtf are you talking about' lol. You're right, this one really did feel like therapy, but like their 5th session in. Now the one with Seungmin and Bang Chan felt like a 1st session sort of therapy, and it's ironic that really it's the same topic. One person was feeling one thing, and the other had no idea until suddenly it was out in the open. I'm always amazed though, that given their ages now and when they started, just how emotionally mature these 'kids' are becoming. Not to say that they won't make mistakes, we're still human after all, but it's amazing the family and community they've built with each other. And yet they too are still learning things about each other.

TAMI

Hyunjin and Seungmin were so close until 2023. We could tell they were drifting away from each other as they were barely seen together on screen. Before that, they were so clingy, lovey-dovey, and always together. Seungmin was totally clueless about how Hyunjin felt. Everyone knows that Hyunjin really likes Seungmin a lot. This episode was so sad, but I'm really glad that they're spending more time together. Spending at least one day together a week is so cute.

Ixaala

Both these episodes felt somewhat iconic. Han and Lee Know have a very unique bond and I love it so much- however you want to define it they really found that soulmate bond with each other and it's so cool to see, and also very amusing because they really don't care about others and just go with their unhinged vibes in a wonderful way. Seungmin and Hyunjin it was deep, but it reminded me of Hyunjin's iconic line to Seungmin from the last 2 Kids Room 'what do you even know?'. It feels like Hyunjin was living an unrequited love story in his head, whilst Seungmin was just oblivious to it. I really appreciate with Seungmin how he constantly seeks and takes on board feedback. He seems to be someone that needs to learn how a person works, to properly understand how to actively show them care, because his default is to be pretty literal about things. Whereas Hyunjin and Han are both very emotional and expressive so conflicts naturally erupt in the moment and then get resolved, Hyunjin and Seungmin are like fire and water, they are made differently so things effect them differently and they can love each other deeply, but need to learn how to make each other feel loved. It sounds like Hyunjin has gotten better about verbalising and understanding his feelings- and then communicating them. I think SKZ as a whole seem to have improved their communication which makes sense, they grew up in such an intense relationship, it takes time to properly mature and understand each other. I am a Seungmin type- my default is to take things literally, but because I am actively aware others don't, I have adopted a tendency to overthink, but not be able to trust my judgement, I just have various theories on what something could mean. To have someone willing to just communicate is so lovely, and I find it really sweet that since opening up, Hyunjin and Seungmin have been spending one on one time together more consistently. I really appreciate how the SKZ members value and take their relationships with each other seriously. It feels very much like a family/significant bond in that way.

J.A. Moore

Rina - I agree that the words "romantic" and "romance" can mean different things depending on context. I just mentioned it specifically in a relationship context because D'some and Han-C jokingly mentioned that it "felt like LK and Han were on a date" and asked "should this be 18+" and things like that.

J.A. Moore

Tristana - Yes, I agree.

Tristana Keauna

ngl, if they made an Only Fans - I'd pay haha, not to see THAT, but just like to watch them in their day to day lives. Underwear twerking and butt-smacking is just icing on the cake haha. Honestly of all of the dorm set ups, theirs seem most comfortable to me. Random duet? Heck yeah! Drinks and crying? Yes! They actually remind me of my daughter and I. Just that sort of comfort level. Nothing is off limits and nothing is judged, and if it is judged, it's going to be right in front of you. Plus, she is cute and would absolutely dance and act silly in an elevator with me lol

Tristana Keauna

@Rina - I kind of see it as a bit of both. Yes it's bromance, and yes it's the 'vibe' of it. Kind of like when they speak about things being "Youth". It's not that what is happening is youth, so much as when you see something through like... the eyes of innocence and minimal expectations.. like everything fresh and new. That's romantic and that's youth, to me. I think it is a 'vibe' thing. Honestly, that's romance to me. When you can just.. hang out and laugh and leave your worries at the door... it gets harder and harder to find those moments as an adult, so that they still find them and create them for themselves.. makes me adore them even more.

Tristana Keauna

I think this season, Seungmin gave me the most surprises, while Han gave me the most joy. Just to see his personal growth and how genuinely happy he is these days... I don't know if 'happy' is the right word, I'm sure there are still struggles that we don't know about, but how he approaches them is such a healthy 180. I wouldn't even attempt to write a fan fic on MinSung, as you said, them just being themselves is all of the fodder we need haha. It's not even 'fan service' it's just them, being them. Sure we can read into it, but the reality of their genuine friendship is more wholesome than anything, and at the sort of level that people could only dream to attain. I seriously can't wait for the next Heart Kids Room series because I have zero idea what it will look like.

Tristana Keauna

Hyunjin is how I got into SKZ. I had heard "Maniac" and it didn't hit with me, but it kept coming up on my playlist and that 'POPPING' with Changbin... is the only reason why I didn't dislike it, never to be heard again. I just adored that rap section with Changbin and HAN. Felix and the 'Felix effect' never struck me, not really. It was the rap that lured me in. Then I came across Hyunjins AOTM Studio Choom and I was like daaayyyyuuummmm he can dance! And then "Play With Fire" and like WOW. Had no idea who he was, but I thank the Youtube algorithm everyday that it kept feeding me Hyyunjin dancing. Then I looked into him as a dancer, and realized he was from that Stray Kids group with that one song that I didn't really like, but I did like the rappers in it so I watched the music video... and... Then I needed to know who was rapping what. And who was who. My first 'ship' was HyunLix and I didn't understand fan edits or anything I was just like WOW they must love each other! I still didn't know much of the music. Then I heard "Side Effects", without subtitles.. I didn't know how to use subtitles on videos, but that song made me laugh and sob, without even knowing what it was about. It was just so different. And I felt every moment. That was that. I never looked back. Best day of my life was stumbling across Hyunjin's AOTM. It changed me. He changed me. He'll always hold a special place for me.

It’s so hard to pick a favorite episode! 😭 I loved Lee Know x Han because of how easy and light hearted it was. I think there are multiple duos where the dynamic is like that. I enjoy the ones that are fun. Bang Chan x Han, Bang Chan x Lee Know 🤣 the emotional layer ones always shakes me a bit to see them going through those hardships but understanding that they are human and being grateful they’re sharing that with us. I’m just grateful they open this part of themselves to us

Vale

The difference in this 2 episodes is WILD I was waiting for you to react to Minsung because everyone in stayville we couldn’t believe the TMI we were hearing. And I think I said it in the Hyunjin x Han episode, how you were thinking they complement each other, I’m agree in some extent bc I think they can relate bc they are thinkers and emotional people but I said that you need the opposite to balance with you, and I think that’s what Leeknow gives to Han. That’s why they work so much together, and why we say (and THEY say) they are soulmates. Bc just like Han-C says they are both so unique personalities that maybe not everyone can relate or understand so easily, like they do to each other. And I’m so so glad they have each other, I think Han need it a person who can be himself and not feeling judged (I don’t say the kids judge him just maybe not understand him, and that’s okay) or overthinking so much, and I think Leeknow need that too, bc he is so apologetic himself that sometimes people can misjudged and think he is cold or whatever. So that they can feel safe with the other, and that makes me so so happy for them. My HyunSeung this episode makes me cry fr, because I couldn’t never guess their relationship was like that. I totally understand what sentiment you have in this episode D’some, is like bittersweet feeling bc you felt bad that Hyunjin was feeling that way but at the same time you understand that like he said Seungmin couldn’t know how was he feeling if he never said anything, so yeah I felt relieved that they talked but at the same time sad they felt that way. Yes I didn’t expect Hyun have this kind of personality but that’s why he haves a special place in my heart, he has a way with his words and how he sees the world just like Han, they really are artists. That’s why a I said they can relate but actually complement, and Hyun said it, he feel overwhelmed if he is with another person who overthinks just like him, and that’s why he feels so much safe with Seungmin, because of who he is (in retrospective the personalities of MinSung and HyunSeung are good together bc of this, just different in dynamics bc well they are different persons). And in the past I didn’t think that but just like they say they share this passion about what they do, for singing, music or performing, they really love doing it. And idk is just so heartwarming see how much Hyun loves Seungmin, like really appreciate him so much. I know so much text lol but I really love 2Kids Room and your thoughts too. Omg Chanlix and Minbin another 2 so different episodes be ready bc I was not ready the first time!

Keri

I was looking forward to the Han x lee know reaction to know if the things they said were as unhinged as the captions made it seem, or if it was just mistranslations or cultural things - hilarious to know they do have the most sus relationship. Hyunjin x seungmins episode was so shocking. I expect hyunjin to discuss things deeply if someone is willing to let the conversation go that way, but seungmin surprised me! I’m an anxious overthinker like hyunjin but I shut people out and miss social cues like seungmin seems to, so feel both of their pain in this situation!

JumpingJackCat

One thing that really stood out to me and always stands out to me about Han and Lee Know is that they really understand and keep their boundaries. Despite the amount of TMI we got, they didn’t tell us anything too serious or personal (besides Han talking about what Lee Know means to him and has done for him). I believe it might have been Seungmin who said this in a previous 2KR about Lee Know and Han’s relationship “It’s not a secret but it’s private” or something like that. And considering that Lee Know has stated that he prefers to keep “Lee Know” and Lee Minho separate, it makes so much sense why he’s not going to share as much as the rest do on camera. Han, being one of the people that knows Lee Know very well, understands that boundary. And I think this is why they have such a lighthearted take on 2KR. They’ve had all their deeper or more emotional conversations on their own in private rather than in front of the camera. Though I’m so incredibly curious about their relationship, I love this clear boundary they’ve set for themselves. To answer your question: Any episodes with Lee Know are always my favorite because they’re always funny and slightly unhinged but because we also learn a little more about him every time THROUGH the members. I particularly love the Lee Know x Changbin and Lee Know x Hyunjin episodes. We really learn about things Lee Know would likely never have brought up himself and it’s always so eye-opening. My ult in case that wasn’t already obvious lmao

Star Dust

Your explanation of 낭만 makes me think it's a spoiler even more. Thats right up their alley. Take a popular word that has multiple meanings and do some clever wordplay? Nah....its gotta be a spoiler! 😃

DM Wilson

Honestly ever episode with Hyunjin is sort of my fav because he really has an ability to be vulnerable and he had a tough year or two with his voice and being able to watch these knowing that adds another layer. I would also say something similar about Han. Knowing he is "back" as they guys would say and feeling more confident than ever and more grounded in himself and relationships is really beautiful to watch in this series.

tashalovestotoro

Came here specifically after SKZ just dropped a Han SKZ Player to say that I am patiently waiting for our Handsome Sausages to catch up on all the new drops that includes 🧘🏻‍♀️ Stray Kids - STAY Seungmin - Into the Current HAN - back to life Felix new Fridge Interview SKZ Codes - the most recent one I’m curious if it’s common in South Korea RACHA logs I don’t even remember the last SKZ talker 🤣🤣 Can’t wait for you guys to catch up with us 🩶🩶 OMG! I’m editing this because I forgot about the Spotify Live videos for: FATE and just a little!!! They uploaded FATE to their Japan Channel but all the recordings of just a little are gone from Twitter 😭😭😭 If you guys have Spotify Premium then you’re able to access the video there 😭😭

Taavi

I hope u reacts to the new skz player by Han soon, bc it's just amazing

Paula

These were two of my favorite episodes of this season so it was great to have you react to them back to back even if the vibes of the episode couldn’t be more different. 🤭 Han and Lee Know are my biases so I sometimes will replay their episode if I feel like watching something comforting because they were so domestic and funny in this episode that always makes me smile. As for episodes that you still haven’t reacted Hyunjin-Chan and Han-Changbin are two other episodes that I particularly remember as being some of my favorites.

LAH-TAY

For someone who suffers from anxiety to say that someone is "the safest person around" is HUGE and the first time I heard that part it made me gasp and then tear up a little knowing that Hannie has someone like that in his life and by his side
