Just like last time, we're reacting to MULTIPLE tracks in one go to wrap up this amazing album! Today, we got they don't know 'bout us, One More Night, Please, Into the Sun. And lemme tell you—this was the best b-sides we've heard in a long while. Talk about climax! Absolute blast to go through this legendary comeback, and we are happy to see such wonderful storytelling through their tracks. Thank you BTS, and thank you ARMY for helping us go through this journey with proper context and company :D Just like last time, lots to go through, so let's just get to it :) And next time, we'll be reacting (likely) to the hidden track, and like we said in the vid, we'll be reacting to the Netflix stuff they did on our Patreon page so if you wish to watch that, as well as our previous extra reactions for Hooligan, 2.0, and SWIM, head over to http://patreon.com/handsomesausages to check them all out!! :):) Kpop producer and singer-songwriter react to BTS - they don't know 'bout us, One More Night, Please, Into the Sun (Official Audio). they don't know ‘bout us Love the mood of this track! The sample use here is one of my favorites from the album, I believe I've seen/heard that it's Jimin's vocal over the sample but haven't seen official confirmation on that. What I took from the message of the song, it can be to the general public, media, even fans, kind of a warning that their persona as artists/idols isn't the whole picture, and even if we think we know them we really don’t. My only nitpick is I personally thought the "ooh damn right" post-chorus part got a tad repetitive, but it also fit with the mood so I'm not sure if I would even want it to change? One More Night I don’t have much to say for this one, it felt a bit generic/safe to me and ultimately this one didn't make it onto any of my playlists. Please Really liked the balance of the rapline and vocals here, and just the overall sound of their voices in general. I felt like I could appreciate their voices more here over some of the other tracks where the production almost took centre stage. I appreciate the (relative) simplicity of this track, even with having those vocal layers (which were delightful as always) it still felt cleaner and just pleasant to listen to! I think this track keeps growing on me, I feel like it's moving up my list as I revisit the album with you. Into the Sun A bit overwhelming (in a good way) to listen to, but really cool at the same time. It's the perfect closer/outro for this album, and I really loved hearing the live performance of this song to appreciate their vocals even more! My favourite song out of these 4 is they don’t know ‘bout us, just love the mood/ tone of the track and their delivery of it! Overall, I think my favourite tracks from the album are Like Animals, Merry Go Round, and Aliens. I love the experimentation on the album in general, even if it wasn't all my cup of tea it’s still great to hear them try new/different things and we got a lot of that especially with them working with such a diverse group of producers on this album. The trade off there of course is that I didn't like/vibe with every song (I think it's about half and half for songs I ended up adding to a playlist vs not). One thing I think I did miss from this album is a sense of "only BTS could do these songs". Of course they have their unique voices/tones which absolutely could not be replicated, but more so the sound of the music/tracks overall I felt like I wouldn't be surprised if I heard them from another artist (not just k- pop necessarily, and not every single song from this album, but quite a few of them). I don't necessarily mean this as a critique, just something I feel as I continue to listen to the tracks. I personally enjoy when a group has a sound/style that when you listen to them, you can't picture another group or artist performing that song, and at least for me I didn't get that from this album. Looking forward to diving into some of the additional content we got from this comeback, whatever you end up picking will give you more insight one way or another so you can't go wrong no matter what you choose!

no.1 Into the sun. Became the favourite from the first time I listened to it and I still get chills every time, just too powerful.

Into the Sun makes me cry every time I hear it. It’s also the last song they sing on tour. Fitting.

loved how bts came back with such a layered different album to anythig they've ever done. it really shows their growth as artists after their solo eras and military services

Ah, from these four, they don't know bout us and Into the Sun are also my two favorites. And I think D'some was spot on noticing the turn at they don't know bout us from being more about the group's identity and struggles to speaking more directly to ARMY. The structure of every album always feels like perfect storytelling, and I love how this one starts from Body to Body with its big, party, this is what we bring to the world feeling--like you're at a festival just as the sun is going down and you're ready to jump all night. Then they take you on a journey through what the last handful of years have felt like, and then end as the sun is coming up on a very personal, emotional, vulnerable song. Thank you for noticing so many of the details, and for explaining so many things production-wise that I still hadn't caught or understood despite so many listens. Can't wait for you to hear how some of these songs live and breathe on the live stages!

They used a vocoder while recording for Into The Sun!

I really loved you guys reaction to the album as a whole especially this section of the Bsides. RM did say on a recent weverse live where he broken down the full album that Please was a song for ARMY. My favorite from the album is definitely Into the Sun, it’s the best album&concert closer. Even though the members dont use the vocoder live the harmonies are truly amazing! Thank you guys for a great reaction! Cant wait to hear your thoughts on Come Over and to see your reactions to the Netflix content.

Into the Sun; for me its the Mikrokosmos of 2026. really affects me emotionally. feels like a solemn pledge to never leave me/ARMY forever and a day. wraps up the album so nicely. Please DO react to the neflix documentary ASAP. I love your insightful reactions; your musicality and meaningful comments re: the lyrics/meaning are top tier. i hope you can get more BTS content right away. I check for them everyday. Cheers

Same. So beautiful. Four words. You call. I run. I can't listen to it as often as the rest of the album because the effect is so emotional.
