Another street version, another banger, this time in NYC (presumably) and just as great. And yes, we won't be getting any sleep after this one for awhile :').

Lots of overlap with Question in terms of musical clash and dynamic, which we love, as it defines the thematic nature of the album - and oh boy, are we loving the street version from SKZ!!

Many of you mentioned the JYP company, airplane video - we shall check that out as well, whatever that exactly may be - but for now, we got MIA next, and WE ARE DYING TO CHECK IT OUT.

:D Just a quick question for y'all.

Question OR Insomnia for you?!

Love <3

I can't wait for you guys to react to M.I.A!!! It's honestly the song that solidified me getting into skz and kpop %100 😊

Joeydrums1

I will answer your question with Question lol. Changbin in fact did not rap in this song as he SANG the 2 verse (his singing voice is significantly different than his rapping voice so it's understandable). In my opinion this is one of their most experimental albums (besides NOEASY and Go Live). Can't wait for the rest of the album reaction!

Tess Huber

I prefer Question, but I love the pauses in this one. Regarding the video, I think this is one of the most laid back street versions. They are adorable and so baby, but it's a little less entertaining.

Nova

Insomnia is one of my favorites. Something about it just pulls me in or maybe it’s because I have insomnia. 😂 You’re gonna enjoy MIA - it’s also another fav of mine.

Selande

I can't choose between them. Changbin's my bias and I love his rap, but also love his singing. He sings in this one and I just love it. I believe Bang Chan said this song was basically from him because he suffered from insomnia.

Courtney Fong

Yeah as cute and fun as the street versions are, they always confuse new stray kids listeners with who is singing which line. Hyunjin and changbin were the first two singers in the first verse. Should checkout the ot8 lyric video! You’ll be pleasantly surprised.

mysterious_ky

as a changbin lover its always a treat to get to hear him sing! i love his singing voice a lot but he doesn't often have singing lines. insomnia is great to hear him in! though i think i might be a question fan more than an insomnia fan...something about felix's "what the..." has me in a chokehold

Tracey Okeby Lucan

Question for sure. But that is no shade on Insomnia because I adore how all the members sound in this song. It feels different from the rest of the album because there isn’t that hard hitting rap but still totally Stray Kids somehow.

Pauline R

Choosing between Question and Insomnia is impossible! Why would you ask that haha I can't do it.

Rini_P

To be honest both songs have and will always remain in my top 10 so that question may have broken me a little bit. I have tattoos of both 😅

Mara

Thanks for the reaction as always!! While street versions are really fun it's nos easy to keep up to the lines as you guys said, for this one I highly recommend to listen to the OT8 lyrics videos since everyone singing voice is just lovely ❣️ Not sure about this, but I think Chan wrote this song because he usually can't sleep, I might be wrong though 😅 And I prefer Insomnia, I like both but this one has just a very nice vibe I can't explain. Anyways, looking forward to M.I.A!!

Naj.naaj

It's hard to choose as I love both. Miss the baby SKZ 😂

Tealeafer

I choose Insomnia as a chronic insomniac but I think that makes me biased? Thanks for the super fun and insightful reaction, as always!

Yep, I'm Liberty

Y'all are evil for posting that question, but I'm going to have to go with Question. I mean, they're both awesome, but Question probably has more replays in my history than insomnia does primarily because it goes just a little "harder". That being said, I love Street Version videos and when it comes to SKZ, N/S (극과 극) is probably my favorite - but you won't get to that one until the next album. (ゝ‿•)

Totally!! Haha the question was def meant to be a difficult one. We still don't know which one we prefer but certainly feel what you mean about 'harder'! So excited to get to the rest :D

Just to answer the where in NYC…this was filmed at Rockefeller Center. But since it looks to be warmer weather, no big Christmas tree over the gold statue that makes it really distinguishable. It’s a few blocks from where I work and an truly saddened I wasn’t a STAY yet when they filmed it. Can’t wait until you get to the Clé series!

AJ

The video was shot in NYC when the SKZ did their first KCON (2018 I think). I can only seem to find the videos of them in NY on STRAY K SUBS channel…. I very well may be overlooking them on Stray Kids Channel.
