Lately, I've been feeling pretty inactive. And how could I not? A lot of things have happened to me during this opening month of the year.

I won't pretend otherwise, this first month has been like a bitter drink with sugar. A lot has happened, haha.

Sometimes I make posts that are a bit more personal than they probably should. But it doesn't matter, right (? I mean, I'm not a robot, and my personal life isn't all that interesting overall.

I made the decision to leave my job as a cook. To be honest, the work environment felt more and more tense, heavier by the day. After six years, I was already feeling mentally exhausted from the kitchen, so I quit… For the moment, I'm unemployed, but in that sense, I'm like Merumi: I never stay still. I'll keep earning income (even if it's not much) passively by doing maintenance on computers and consoles, and by reselling products imported from Japan, haha. But for now, I only have a bit of money that I saved up… til I find a stable job.

Why did I run out of money? Well… building a PC!

I had been saving my Patreon and Subscribestar earnings for two years so I could upgrade my PC and bring higher-quality content. Little by little, the money came together… more or less.

What I urgently needed was a good processor, since aside from that my PC was already pretty good. However, once I changed the processor, I also had to change the motherboard, the RAM (from DDR4 to DDR5), the power supply, and… almost everything…

With an imminent component shortage approaching, I found myself needing to rush the build and even order a graphics card as well (which, in the end, didn't convince me; I even feel ripped off).

With the money I had saved from Patreon and Subscribestar, I managed to cover half of the computer, and I'll pay off the other half to the bank once I sell my previous build.

I'm happy with this new computer, although I feel that the build quality of this graphics card leaves a lot to be desired!

It'll probably be the last GPU I buy from MSI.

But look at the computer. Isn't it beautiful? It took a while to transfer all the programs and backups. I was already tired of RGB, just like AIO, so I decided to keep it a bit more “humble” to the eye.

I also bought a cheap phone (refurbished, it hasn't arrived yet) to use as a camera and for things related to my projects, since I want to start bringing more and better content.

Clearly, I'll start promoting my projects better on social media, and I've also thought about doing streams just for fun and to interact with people. We'll see about that… I mean, I want to make the most of the new computer.

That said— there's a slight buzzing noise called “coil whine” that had never shown up before (and therefore I didn't know about), until now with this PC and its better components. In that sense, I'm like Arzu: it's driving me crazy!

Although a single hit fixes it temporarily… (don't try this at home).

I'll be moving soon, so I hope to have the next update ready before that. Hehe.

Without further ado, thank you all for being part of this project. I have many Patreon posts still pending publication, and I'm starting to break my time into better blocks to take care of everything.

¡Venimos con toda la energía!

Últimamente, me he encontrado bastante inactivo. ¿Y cómo no?

¿A poco no quedó preciosa?

Nice! Good on you lol. And with the ram prices rising now was a good time to upgrade. One day I'll be able to afford some series hardware too. Glad to see you're able to.

First Document > Second Document > Wall For the second pair of numbers, you need to read the description of the Second Document. Not the Documents, ITS DESCRIPTION. Good luck, I believe you can solve it before I upload the guide. :)
