After your performance at handling the giant creature, the pendant explains what could be making that roaring noise. An unkillable lizard? You and your party scoff at the idea. And begin heading towards the sound.

After a while you come to a valley with what looks like a large pile of feathers blocking further passage. The pendant in hushed whispers explains it's a monster that grows with sound, and we should try and find another way round. 

Your parties wizard smirks and says "watch this..." to which even the brothers seem interested. First, the wizard casts zone of silence, which he demonstrates much to the cheering of the party. After which he casts a few fireballs turning the horrible monster into a pile of ash... the pendant seems a little put out that it was so easily dispatched.

* honestly, this would be a great trap creature to use on a party. Hard to kill until they work out the trick.
