I'm pretty sure I could fit in a ball turret.

Love the WRV’s - and this watch is hot AF. I’m glad I watched it without a margarita, because I would’ve started looking for one. ☺️Thank you Nutn..

Great review Colonel! Question: I'm a watch guy but not an "aficionado", own several multi-hundred dollar watches (mostly Casio for outdoors stuff, Citizen for dress), but if I were to take a leap and splurge say $2k on a watch......what are your top 2-3 watches would you consider at that range?

Great vid! Every watch collector needs at least one VJ 7750 in their collection. It is probably the most iconic Swiss auto chronograph in history, developed in 1973 at the height of the new quartz craze. It has been the standard base movement for several of the most famous Swiss watch brands. They modify and decorate it, but the bones are ETA 7750. Sellita has their versions to include the SW 500, but everyone should treat themselves to at least one 7750!

Hey J Ram! If I could only (like 2-3K is NOT inexpensive) I would recommend a brand that is probably the most famous underrated watch in history, Ball watches. They got their origin going back to the railroad days and, while Swiss made, are an iconic slice of old west Americana. They have all kinds of styles, divers, dress, outdoor, but for price spent, there is not (in my humble opinion) a better value. The fit, finish, heritage, and value are amazing. COSCcertified, I have an example that runs +1 second/Day fast. I own most of the major Swiss brands and Ball is awesome. Watch aficionados would recognize it and would know the brand. Good luck! GREAT selection and deals at Jomashop.

Thanks Matt...I'll have to check them out. This would definitely be a one time purchase that I would hope would become a family heirloom passed down over the years.

I will probably never buy any of these watches, I just dig listening to you break these down and rap out about them. As always, thanks

Super nice watch, Nutn! Very classic. Thanks for the review

Love how clean and simple fleiger style watches look. And I’m going P-51

P-51, and I'd need a cool watch like that to go with it!

Love the watch show. Total convert. Have spent waaayyyyyyy too much time obsessing over the right ABC watch to get. Trying out a rangeman 9400 and have a prw-s3500 shipping from Japan. Love the looks of that Chrono aviator. The orange dial competitive option was 👌🏼 too. I recently picked up the Orient Flight auto black dial for my 40th. Gorgeous. Thank for turning me on to pilot watches, divers, and Casio’s extensive product line. Viva TNP!!!
