Male Sadness and Anger with today's warped society seems to be welcomed. "No one cares about men" is the oft repeated and truthful retort. And yet all of society depends upon men, their health and their well being. Without strong functioning men, society will be crumble and cease to exist. Never mind all the bullshit propaganda that showers us, that's the truth.

So in this new touchstone video, I will cover the reasons why Mens' Sadness and Anger is so pervasive. But society mocks the male mental health crisis and the woke propagandaists yell "it's just reward for 'screwing up society,' now is the time of women, and you deserve pain and punishment!" This sentiment is promulgated by most media, entertainment, news outlets, corporations, and many churches. You'll recognize these tactics.

These entities and woke culture in general have cancelled the masculine man and seek to destroy him further and they welcome your sadness and anger; they find amusement in it. And for many young boys and men it has had an effect and will continue to do so. This video will fight back.

I'll spend time talking about this planned attack on men and what it's ultimate aim is. Then I'll get busy on the cure and give you tried and proven ways you can eliminate these attacks on your well being.

Just a few of the topics covered here: planned societal banishment, Hollywood's exclusion of the strong (esp. white) male lead, celebration of the Beta male, how they've achieved father abandonment, the effects of transsexuality and gender confusion, the effects of multi-wave feminism, who is really behind all this, how the internet makes it worse, the rise of the "age of woman" and how this is pushed, the destruction of the traditional family and its effect on society, the power of mind, seeking like minded, the benefit of emotional stability, importance of exercise with men, small achievements become big ones, visualization of your re-set self, commitment and much more.

Scary Epidemic of Male Anger, Sadness: How to Fix! (TNP Philosophy)

I have a lot on my shoulders with a wife and two kids I think about constantly, everyday. It’s often overwhelming. I don’t talk about it in public, or with my friends, but God has always been my best friend. I find thanking God for all the help I’ve received lets me find peace. It’s been that way since I was a little kid. I’m heartbroken to hear people mock god and make jokes about people of faith. We all need faith now more than I can ever remember.

In the end, men have our Lord and God for guidance.

Who cares about the focus of the world! I focus on my Heavenly Father, Son and Holy Spirit first most. Then my family who I know cares about me and strengthens me to continue in this fallen world.

My father grew up during the Great Depression. He used to point out feminism and anti men messages all the time to me as a kid even in the early 90’s.

Nutn, I recently was in deep thought about a devotional I did on stress. With guidance for sure, it came to me that as Christians, my anchor was "Be still and know that I am God." It sounded crazy at first, but the message is that feelings of failure from interaction with others that may not give us raving approval in this life, has to be let go. No one in this life is on our jury or witness list, when we look the Lamb in the eyes on judgement day. He already knows our heart inside out, and he is the only decision maker. Surely the message was meant for me most of all. I'm a work in progress. I'm not sure that I can link that to loneliness, but there it is , on the table. Glad to hear you address this directly.

Thanks for letting yourself be a surrogate father figure for me, Uncle Nutnfancy! Filipinos use the term “Uncle” to show respect. When I call you Uncle Nutn please understand it is meant as a sign of respect and appreciation. I hope we get to meet one day and I have an opportunity to shake your hand and thank you face to face. I hope I don’t fail a gear check too miserably. God bless you.

Well done Nutnfancy!

That time stamp at 39:00 is pretty similar to a point Jordan Peterson made about slaying the dragon in video games and how a lot of people let that be a substitute instead of slaying real dragons in their life. Alone I couldn't do it; but with the Grace of God I'll defeat these demons. Those dragons are going down, but man do I have some grinding to do.

All spot on Nuttn. I think the WHY on all of this is critical. The elites want to control western society as slaves just as the communists in China do. The why is dollars. The slaves will only have govt approved places to buy food, energy through CBDC which will control what you are able to buy.

When I first started watching years ago. I felt just like you describe. I never had a father figure that was healthy in my life. Watching your videos and still watching them today saved my life. All too often feelings of worthlessness overwhelmed me. Knowing that there are others that feel like I do has kept me going through it all. Thank you for being a surrogate father for me over the years!

I chose plan B to find my mate in life - some small villages in far South Vietnam still match couples the old fashioned way. 11 years later - she is still young, beautiful and fit, gives me all of the asparagus tips, treats me like a king, and zero hassles with her family. They love Americans there, and don't care that I'm obese, old, poor, plain looking, and have zero charm. They do care that I am healthy, honest, faithful, kind, and have steady income. No American woman wanted me, so I fired them :). Important: stay far away from VN cities and North Vietnam. Just another option for you to consider - not all women have been raised like American women have.

Some other things that have stayed with me: "Success is a lousy teacher. Failure + Reflection = Progress". We're on a journey, failures are lessons to be learned from not marks of shame to hang around your neck like a millstone. That being said, celebrate those successes. I've managed to lose 45 lbs in 3 months and feeling like I can't openly celebrate that so as to not hurt my wife's own self esteem is hard. Taking a walk as often as I can, even if it's just around the neighborhood, has been great for my mental health. I encourage everyone to take time to check in with yourself. If anyone wants help in the form of resume advice or interview practice please hit me up, I'm more than happy to help. I'm a department head at a large company and read hundreds of resumes each year.

Powerful and truth, Nutn! I am 60 years old and a Believer in Jesus Christ. I have been thinking a lot about this topic lately. We grew up with wholesome right/wrong, values oriented t.v. Gunsmoke, Rifleman, and a host of others had a message. Clark Gable was the norm, and exuded masculinity and what a man was. Heck, even those unfortunate not to have a dad could still witness a message that exuded and modeled masculinity. I lost my dad at 12. The very next day, I turned 35. There is no reason, other than God put it on my heart to “be the man” my dad was - WWII vet, adventurous (to a fault), BUT I was not programmed with the victimization of today, but the realization and experience of 12 years of valuable lessons my dad gave me. My mom was my “finishing school.” She taught me many things my dad never could. We also grew up at a time when you could live a “conventional masculine life.” For example, I had 2 degrees by 24, my career began at 25, got married at 28, had two daughters at 32 and 35, have had two wonderful careers and just celebrated 32 years of marriage. I truly believe there is no man that is more Blessed than me, nobody. That has to do with a rock solid faith and the Heavenly Attitude of gratitude. I share this as I marvel at the 60 years I have lived. If God took me tomorrow, I would not have missed anything nor would have a single regret. My sadness is for my children the students I teach and the trajectory of our republic. I am terrified to think that the upcoming generations may never experience these Blessings. Hope and action are powerful. I believe God is not done with us yet. Videos like this give encouragement to a generation which needs to turn the ship around quickly. Thank you for this outstanding perspective!

This extended narrative is one point and over target. The last two twenty something males working on my team (dept. manager) seemed to be drifting and depressed. Both were approached to provide encouragement and positive messages (limited success). Many other entry level males at my workplace have no marketable skillset (mid-twenty somethings) or long-term goals. Your observations pertaining to planned destruction is cogent. Government schools (i.e., indoctrination centers), Internet distractions, and insufficient male role models are causal factors. Asking God for help will go a long way to create bulwarks of positivity. Thank you for the continued effort and dedication.

GrizzlyRising

Bruh, friends don't let friends wear non dyed ACU. Seriously I could probably write an entire book on this subject about male sadness and recovery though I disagree with you on a few points. Video games are not the devil. Spending every waking waking moment play them is. I play video games, because it helps me get out of my head. I also have other things that I like to do which are not "synthetic." For example I got a sewing machine this summer. I made some pants into shorts. Some of them turned out okay and others not so much. I'd like to get some patterns and maybe sew a few pouches and packs. I also disagree with you about getting married and having a family...in the west at least. The marriage and divorce laws heavy favor women at the expense of men. I tell the young guys to get themselves together, find a job that can be done remotely, then get a passport so they travel abroad for a better life an opportunities. Women in America and the west are complete garbage and men get nothing from being married here. I'd also say, get a dog, and learn how to train and take care of it. Great point aside from a few disagreements.

Todd Strelka

Great video as always. You are inspired for sure.

ALCOHOL and DRUGS; I have "LOST" many family members to AODA matters, as they're liars with their lies, and THAT WHOLE bag of crap. Oldest Uncle (my Godfather) died November of 2022, and nobody notified us. HE taught me how to hunt, fish, snorkle, laugh.....I grew up with Nancy Reagan's advice of "Just say no to drugs." and I carried that through Scouts, U.S. Army, and forward. I'm no Saint whatsoever, but I realized those things cut me off from God, and early on in the family farms my Depression era Grandparents installed HUGE aspects of God and gratitude. My Dad snipped his last straw with us in 2010 with HIS drinking career, had suffered it for 35 years at that point, and God had me pull that relationship as a weed. Sad but true. We were not notified by family for (4) funerals now; they need the separation to maintain their lies. June 2022 Dad succumbed to turbo cancer, 12 years after I had last seen him in a drunken rage, at his worst. Dysfunctional?LOL! Pretty convinced that at 17 the U.S. Army saved my life with healthy habits! Drive on!

Man lot to take in. Journals... off and on, i kept one with the military. Men keep journals: an account of the day, women keep diaries : a documentation of their emotions My dad was there but not... lots of camp work, most of my memories of my dad was from going to work with him while my mom did... things... (i was pulling chokers behind a skidder when i was 8, stamping logs when i was 10, running as a chaser/chokerman on the yarder by i was 15 ) pretty much most of my time being with my dad was with him at work. going fishing with him was couple times a year at most..... i realized in my 30s when i actually connected with him how much my mom sabatoged the relationship my father had with me and my brother. She threw away the bolts to his guns (so he couldnt take use shooting) kept breaking his rods and throwing out the fishing lures (he would take us out with sticks with fixed line and grahopers for bait, destroyed his badmonton rackets, made him give up all his hobbies. She made him be the disipline in the house, she would threaten us that our father would spank us when he got home if we didnt listen. I remeber one of the biggest fights between him and my mom was after he got home from camp, and one of the two times i got spanked after age 5.... him crying demanding that he cant be the bad guy, to stop making him the bad guy that hes home for a couple days and the only thing he gets to do is beat his kids. One of three times ive seen him cry, the other two was when my brother attempted sucide, and lastly when my mom left when i was 15.. my last 3 years of highschool was me alone most of the time with $50 for food for two weeks while my dad would be in camp trying to scrape up enough not to loose the house while paying suport payments to his now seperated wife. I worked a part time job not to starve lol... As for dating... given up, full fuck it in canada. Sick of being used as a free dinner date, being used as a piggy bank, dealing with selfish people that see me only as a means to achive their ends without at all contributing to a partnership.. I just turned 40, women my age arn't looking to start families, most that wanted families are now single moms raising kids from muiltiple fathers and looking for the stable piggy bank man. younger women are fucked... completly fucked. So selfish, hopelessly ignorant and also... dont want to start a family.... I just play the cool uncle to my friends kids when i can, show them life skills and teach them what i know. The irony is all but one of my friends is divorced... shit women doing shit things. My one buddy with a good girl , life long partner just lost her to cancer.... Exercise... big part of my life... i run a couple times a week, keeps me grounded and feeling good for sure. My upcoming trip to panama isnt just for adventure, its looking for a new home, and possibly meeting a women with actual family values before its to late (my personal cut off is 45)... a good partner is just that, your partner in life to achive not only their goals but your goals and goals you both share.

BadgerTails

At 52 I just realized how bad my Mom had gone out of her way to F up my relationship with my Dad, when he died I found out just how sick she is. Panama?! Let us know! My wife and I were just talking about Costa Rica, Dom Republic, Venezuela.....cool!

P.S. Are Barbies porn? Agree on the video games, grew up with THE Atari 2600 and it just never replaced being outside with the guys in the neighborhood!

Great hearing from you David and thank you for that quality comment and insight. Our young men indeed are drifting, many unhappy. I wish I could wave a magic wand and solve these serious societal problems. Turning to God as we note here is a great first step.

Hey Rapha

I see Tucker Carlson as a fear mongering actor. He asks to many leading “rhetorical” questions to guide his audience towards a worst-case scenario. I wouldn’t call that enabling critical thinking. Also, his Putin scandal… Info wars is in the same boat IMO. They appear to be sensationalists that are not honorable and lead the mentally weak astray.

Mattimus

Man……. This guy is hitting home run after home run. IMO the greatest victory our enemy has had in the last decade is the cultivation of the “modern women”. So much de-programming is needed before these women would be capable of fulfilling their god-given roles in a family. The field is thin out there fellas, she may be hot but she has horrible ideas in her head. Remember: nothing is worse than a “simp”.

Yeah..this is another classic. I’m only about half way through and he’s doing great. Fortunately, I’m pretty squared away in this department. Still have room for improvement, but I’ve made a lot of headway in the last 5 years working on it with fierce intentionality and consistency of acceleration.

Keep making "life" videos! Every voice from every walk of life preaching this message matters. If you change even one young person's life this video was more than worth it.

The Nutnfancy Project

" I am terrified to think that the upcoming generations may never experience these Blessings. Hope and action are powerful. " Totally agree Matt, thanks for that awesome comment and your experience. You and I are the same generation and of course I can totally relate. So sad that these generations won't experience what we did.

One of the big issues is culture in canada/usa.... i dont want to bring a girl to this country either, because the values just arnt here anymore. I would rather start anew somewhere else

Khem Time

Is it really that hard to find a woman? I didn’t date much and I married a girl from Cambodia (I’m an American born full blood Cambodia) but looking around I still see woman who I would think could make good spouses (don’t take that the wrong way, I love my wife). Sure the pool of potential mates is less than what it could be but isn’t that a good thing? There’s plenty of fish in the sea but there are some nasty fish out there. I’d rather have less fish but all of them be high quality rather than have endless options of stuff I don’t want. Maybe it’s not the fish, it’s the fisherman. It was covered in the video but I used to be in a single adult group and I couldn’t stand to be around most of the other “men” there because it was just an endless pity party of “why don’t girls like nice guys”. Most of them were slobs and had no interest other than video games. Forget relationships with woman, they didn’t even have other men they were friends with. You attract what you bring to the table and too many guys have nothing to offer. On a side note but somewhat related, I keep seeing people come to the conclusion that they have to go to places like the Philippines to find women. If that’s what people think they got to do fine, but I’ve seen too many people use that as an excuse to not improve themselves because these foreign women have low standards and are fine with marrying men who have no standards for themselves. I was just talking to my wife who has a Filipino friend who is having marriage problems because her husband is upset because he doesn’t want kids and she does. He’s 20 years older than her, divorced with children from that relationship, and his health is declining. I’m not taking sides, I think they’re both stupid. Both could probably assume just based on their age difference that this would be an issue yet they still decided to get married. That’s just one example. I’ll call out the guys because that’s what this conversation is about. You are a POS if you put any woman in that sort of position just because you’re not man enough to work on improving yourself into husband material or because finding a relationship through an app is the only way you’re brave enough to approach a woman. Grow a pair.

Khem Time

Amen. Simps are the ones fueling and justifying the culture of “modern woman”. They are the definition of being an enabler. Makes me sick.

Khem Time

Well that just sounds creepy when you read it.

His comment or mine?

Your post sounded just like what I experienced many years ago. Try starting anew elsewhere, but if you decide to come back - you are at least aware of one possible plan B. All I can say is these small village cultures are like going back in time 150 years. Women there are taught that happy family is their goal, husband is the head in all matters, and to live a life according to Christ (Brethren tradition).

I think the most important thing to hope for over all other things like good job, being fit etc., is that we should all want above everything else to live a God centered life. Everything else is secondary to that one thing. If we can do that, we will experience peace like never before and a hope for the future that will drive us relentlessly through the rest of our lives. Doesn't mean life will be easy, it never is, but it does mean that life will have purpose, maybe for the first time in your life. And that is what we all need...Purpose! God centered purpose!

Darrrn

Here is my two cents. One cent Find other males and do male things. Climb a mountain, go camping, ride motorcycles. Take risk. It is important for a long list of reasons but the most basic one is that’s how most males bond. It brings mental clarity and physical health. Don’t be afraid to do this things alone if no else wants to. You will still gain a lot of the windfalls and you will be surprised how many people are watching and being inspired by your determination. Two cents Don’t go full red pill Woman are not your enemy. They are more than are moms and mothers of or children. They are a connection to the hive. They have many attributes that help us as men and in rich humanity. Just as we have traits that are superior for certain tasks, so do they and together we are greater then the sum. We bring each other balance. The problem is women are being thought their strengths have no weakness and men are being thought they have no strength only weakness. Neither are true. Every gift has its burden. Bonus cent Don’t be a victim. That feeling is ok and normal but you cannot live there. You want a life of disappointment, be a victim. Its seams to be what the left wants everyone to be. Resist!!!! I’m not saying anything that nutnfancy didn’t say in this video. Thanks for the content.

Nutn, you mention the programming of fatherless boys...this is one of the reasons we do back so hard against CPS when they took our son away we were adopting. I knew those women wanted to sink their hooks into him. Thankfully, God gave us the victory....Psalm 118:10. All the nations surrounded me, but in the name of the Lord I cut them down.

Hey Nutn, I really appreciate that you took the time to make this video. I personally am in a pretty good place in life but I have been in those lows in my life. I am actually shocked at how similar our stories are. I am about ten years younger than you but I also lost my dad when I was in my early 20s. I joint the military back when I was still living in Germany and became an officer and helicopter Pilot, all without having my dad around. I went through a lot of those struggles. Now I live in the US near Lake Tahoe, with my wife and three children. I still fly helicopters for a living in EMS, I have God in my life. I have some close friends that can really use your very much fatherly advice. Thanks for creating this guide, this instructional video. Keep up the good work and God bless, Heiko

I am 59 Nutn and have been a huge fan since 2007 or so. I had a career in both the US Navy (Missile Technician Ballistic 2nd class Petty Officer) and the US Air Force (Staff Seargeant Civil Engineers Power Production) . I agree that one of the biggest problems today is the clouding of Christs Teachings and Philosophies (Yes he was the greatest) I was raised a Catholic but I have broken away from that for Better Christian Values. I remember the first Video I watched on your Utube Channel was the Sig Sauer 522 and I had one in my hand less than a week later and yes its still my favorite 22. I agree that there is a darkness spreading around the world and we are all approaching a Dark future if things remain on the current course. The collapse of the importance of the family unit. I find the current social values and standards simply horrible. I could write pages and pages . just wanted to thank you Sir for all the hard work on the Project ( I would love to have had a chance to try the awesome runNguns) but I have enjoyed it greatly. I finally will be able to help financially here on Patreon. again thanks for the whole package, tabletops, runNguns, gear reviews. Thank you sir for all Sir.
